Ugh I am so annoyed right now. The sales people are beyond nice when you are buying/shopping naturally. The one reason i came in here is because I am a huge Lorraine Stanick fan, so i had to check it. I bought a 58.00 tank top. So unnecessary it sat in my car for 10 days, un touched, in the nice re usable bag they give you. Honestly they must of failed to give me a receipt, because I always say put the receipt in the bag. Its not there. I went to return, tags in tact, i even showed the same girl that helped me my bank statement on my iphone proof of transaction and all!!!! she was so rude! As if she didn't remember me. What specialty store first of all has only a two week return policy this strict?? Thats like Nordstrom having no return policy...when you are paying over $100 for yoga pants, they better be helpful on the flip side. I called customer service, they want me to pay for shipping, send a copy of my bank statement, all just to send my tank top back, instead of them just returning it for me in the store. WTF?!?! Ill never buy anything here, and ill never recommend it to anyone. Oh and when i called a "customer educator" I waited over 15 minutes, honestly the service does not match the price point, whatsoever. read more

This store is the only Lululemon store that has so many rude employees. They treat you like they are doing you a favor by answering any questions about their clothing or when I ask for items in specific sizes. I have voiced my concerns to their manager and got the same attitude so now I understand the behavior of the employees in this store. Their attitudes trickle down all the way from management. I have stopped visiting this location. I prefer to drive to other locations even though this is the nearest one to my house. All the other stores in the OC are fabulous. Lululemon has fantastic looking clothes and I'm a long time Lulu customer and I'll advise you to stay away from this store. read more

Came in here to get my girlfriend some stuff for Christmas. All I know is she likes this brand so I was completely lost. Alfredo came up to me and asked if I needed assistance and boy did I! I felt he asked all the right questions, I knew her size and that was about it. My gf is into yoga, hiking, and weight training. Alfredo was able to point me to what works for her active life style. I left the store confident I purchased the right stuff thanks to this man! I'm not a shopping person at all, but this was quick and painless. Was just in the store for over 30 minutes and not one person said hello or asked if I needed help. I waited to ask about sizing and not one person greeted me. It id also hard to tell who is an employee bc they don't have name tags and they are wearing LLL apparel, like many people shopping there. I love their clothes but Customer Service not too much. Yesterday, I was looking for some yoga pants (I've bought some in the past). There I was looking at their new designs when this heavy built sales lady (if that's what you call them) asked if I needed anything. I told her I was just looking for some new yoga leggings to use at school. She asked me what I did and I told her I'm an Instructional aide for special needs kids. She instantly directed me to their items on sale. So rude. It's sad when people assume you can't afford stuff. I've bought so many of their clothes. Don't be judgmental. My review is going to be a very different review. In all honesty I have never heard of Lululemon Activewear in South coast plaza prior to today. I have never stepped foot into the store. My experience was at Starbucks Coffee today when I was in line behind some wonderful individuals who told me enjoy my free coffee. I assumed that was a starbucks employee who was paying for my coffee and I was very thankful for this. I walked up to order my drink from the Starbucks cashier and thanked her for the free drink and that is when she said it was bought for me by Lulu lemon activewear. They came into the store and gave the cashier a $100 to buy a $100 worth of customers coffee.But giving hearts on this holiday season. Thank you Lululemon for this and I certainly will check you out! read more

For the longest time, I refused to shop here because of their hefty price tags. Even to this day, I look at some of those numbers and cringe. BUT if you are an avid runner or Bikram yoga fanatic, it's almost like you have no choice but to come here! If you're short like me, you definitely have no choice but to shop here because they hem everything for free and ready next day. This is the only location I shop at because they have the best customer service, hands down..sorry Spectrum and Newport..try and keep up. As for their clothes, as I said they're pretty expensive. Regular priced tank tops/shirts can run up to 60+ and jackets or pants about 100. Yes I think it's kinda lame when some people buy overpriced stuff strictly for lounging and soccer mom'ing but what can I say, it's the OC. But I love to be insanely active and work up a sweat, and these are the only clothes that can keep up, look pretty on, and last forever. And if you think about it, their prices really aren't that much different from Nike, Adidas, Puma, etc. They just aren't found in sales racks very often. I wear their clothes to work, running frantically with my students, and then go straight to yoga, the gym, the track, or dance. And the fabrics remain dry and clean. Less laundry for me makes me one happy girl. Again, customer service is wonderful here. They made a mistake on one of my alterations and forgot to put in the drawstring at the bottom of my runnings pants. The salesgirl, Dora insisted it gets handled even though it wasn't that big a deal to me. She spoke to the manager and approved for it to go back to alterations and ship it to me for free. Yay. Also, the men's selection is sooo nice. My bf isn't exactly on board even though he likes the features of my hoodies. I can't fully blame him, since it's predominantly a women's shop with a super femme name. How often do you hear guys say, "ya bro.. I got this ish at LULULEMON..." lol. That's how they talk right? haha Either way I think once you give em a shot, you'll be blown away by the quality and longevity of their stuff. read more

Tried to put items on hold... and the pregnant lady at the cash register rolled her eyes as I am still looking at her face. Kendra was extremely helpful. Finding workout apparels was so easy. I ended up getting what I needed for my half marathon thanks to all of the employees that are professional and helpful. This store is organized, cleaned and lots of options. I find lululemon fits me the best compared to any other athletic stores. I love this store! I do have a problem with the fact that they will not allow you to exchange sale items for a larger or smaller size of that same item. I agree with others, the quality of this product has deteriorated quite a bit. I have several pairs of pants from years ago that are still in fabulous condition. I tried on some yoga pants today and was shocked at the poor quality and lack of support. In addition, the staff was friendly but useless otherwise in helping me find the right product. And what happened to the guru yogis that used to work in the stores? The least likely people work there now... I'm disappointed and miss a product that was once quality. This store has the nicest sales people and EXCELLENT customer service. The closest lululemon store is Fashion Island but they are unbelievably rude and its worth the extra drive to shop at the South Coast location. Parking is easy since it's actually across the street in Crystal Court. Lululemon SCP needs to give Fashion Island a few lessons on customer service. Not to mention this location has seasonal clothing, they carry winter items where the other local stores don't. Thank you for such a great experience!!! read more

I teach yoga. I am an actor and singer. I work out at least once a day day. My grad school program consists of mainly movement/dance classes. Needless to say, I spend the majority of my time in workout apparel, and in the past few months, Lululemon has invaded my wardrobe to the point where I don't wear much else. While the quality of some of their products are definitely questionable, the style and practicality of them are not. I love me some Lulu. This location offers a 24 hour turn around for clothes you choose to hem. Not only that, they also KEEP THE DRAWSTRING! What?! No other location I've been to does this (from OC to Bay Area to NYC.) This is truly unique about this store, and the quality of hemming is fantastic (I got something hemmed at the E 63rd location in NYC once, and it was very poorly executed.) The staff is friendly for the most part, and they will always take a look at items that are wearing poorly or damaged. I did, however, take my studio pants in (which are made of the swift material) since they were pilling after the first wear. This is very unusual, as I have luon products and swift products that haven't pilled, and swift products definitely should not be pilling. The educator seemed very reluctant to replace the pants, and was very rude to me. The manager came and almost immediately dealt with the pants, while the other educator left and refrained from making eye contact with me for the rest of my visit. I mean, really? We all know that Lulu products cost no more than a few cents to make, as they are made in Chinese factories (a very disturbing reality.) The least you can do for a loyal customer is make them feel taken care of. Since then, that same educator has been really nice to me, so who knows what was up with her that day. Having said this, I had another experience where I went to drop off a pair of pants I needed hemmed, but the seamstress had already come to pick up the clothes that needed hemming that evening. The educator helping me decided to personally drop my pants off to the seamstress the following morning, so that I could pick my pants up the next evening. That's just ridiculously incredible customer service. Wow. All in all, I really love this location, but make sure you don't let up if your product is defective and you need it replaced, as they seemed a bit reluctant in my situation, when I was clearly in the right. read more

Love this place. This was my first time going/ buying from LuluLemon. I am a dancer and want new stylish leggings that work well. I have been trying a brand but haven't been loving it much. So i decided to buy from LuluLemon. The employees and staff are very kind. They always have a smile on their faces which makes me want to smile too. Karli is nice to everyone and helps me around the fitting rooms. Another staff which I did not catch their name but had a long ponytail and was Asian helped me find leggings that fit me. I was introduced to Lululemon after a race when I gave a buddy a ride home and she still smelled fresh. I had to find out more about this brand because their silverscent technology is totally awesome. I only have had positive experiences at this location! Went here recently to exchange a pair of leggings I purchased a few months back because the stitching was coming loose after several times having it repaired. The staff was so understanding and made the exchange hassle free! Aside from my experience, the quality is truly like no other. I like the staff here and feel they are fair if there is a problem with the merchandise and I need to do a return. (Problems are rare but there is some general frustration concerning Lulus return policy.) I love coming to the store and wear the brand religiously but choose carefully. I find its often easier to find my size online since some of the popular items in smaller sizes sell out really fast here. By and large, I frequent this store most out of the three in my area and think the clothes are worth the expense! read more

I had never been inside a lulu lemon store before or worn any of their products but I received a gift card for Christmas and wanted to use it. I don't know if this is the case with all employees at every store but the employees I spoke with were SO NICE and helpful at this location! At least 4 different girls asked if I needed assistance and helped me decided on two pairs of yoga pants, giving me advice on what would be best for my specific needs. seriously I don't know if they work on commission or what but everyone in here was awesome, store manager-kudos to you for cultivating such a happy and helpful staff and environment.
