I am a woman of a certain age and I feel very uncomfortable in this particular store. Everyone is around 18-22 with the exception of on woman. I've tried asking for help on server almost occasions and they've said I might find some and I quote "More mature options online". Then when picking my sizes they grabbed size 10 and size 12 assuming that was my size, when in fact I'm a size 6. Not sure why they cater to only the young crowd, I'd love to see all sizes and ages working in a store that sells clothing for most sizes and all ages. That's the other thing, they only go to a size 14...get with the times. There are people of all sizes that like to work out. I NO LONGER SUPPORT YOUR STORE!!!! read more

This is my home store. It is by far the BEST STORE too. I have been to a number of Lululemon stores and I can definitely say Sacramento has the best customer service. I always get great help and I find what I am looking for or they always find it for me. As far as price.... yea it's a little pricey. You get what you pay for.... if you want quality get lulu. If you want cheap, rug burn and itch get Target or the other cheap Old Navy brand, Athletica gear stuff..... GOOD LUCK! I highly recommend checking out the Sacramento store and Roseville. I have never had a problem there either. The staff is helpful as long as you don't need them to put your pants on for you. read more

Two stars because I've always wondered what it was like to be a ghost and yesterday I got to experience it! There were two customers in the store, 4 employees all congregated around the island by the woman's pants. Not one "hello" or even a smile. No eye contact, literally not one of the 4 employees even looked at me which was pretty impressive. Their pretentious level is a 10 which is what I would expect at the galleria but this is Arden kids get a grip. I looked around for about 20 minutes really dragging out the whole ghost thing just to see how long they could freeze me out. I won when it was time to pay. "Oh are you ready?" She may as well have said "Oh I didn't expect you to buy anything so I ignored you, be right there". Needless to say I dropped $168 and left, got home and spent another $300 online. I typically do not like to go to Arden Fair but Lululemon is the main reason why I have frequented Arden Fair mall quite often recently. The store itself is clean and well organized. They have a nice selection for women athletic clothing. The staff members are always helpful and friendly. They are very well trained and seem know the brand and the store's merchandise very well. I find myself learning so much about what each piece of clothing is designed for just from speaking to the staff and they also make great recommendations depending on what you are looking for. I pretty much have not left the store empty handed every time I stop by. This brand definitely will put a dent in your wallet but what you get is high quality athletic wear that hugs you in the right places and make you look your best (at least with the women's selection as I can't speak for the men's selection but I have seen guys making purchases and the materials that they use for men's wear feel nice). I definitely had a change of heart because I used to think that I would not spend this much for clothes that I only wear to the gym and refused to even go into the store. I find myself wearing exclusively lulu items these days not only to the gym but for running errands before/after and even when I am lounging around (they are really that comfortable). I have always experienced great service here. I recently had a problem with the stitching for one pair of Lululemon pants and brought it in to this location to see if they can send it to alteration to reinforce the stitching but instead they had a new pair in my size in stock to they replaced it. It was quite a nice experience and not what I had expected because I have previously heard that they are quite strict with their return policy (I have never had to return anything here so I can't speak to that). With that said, the complementary alteration service is quite nice to have although I have not had to send anything for alteration. I typically like to wear crop pants so that's the majority of the bottoms that I own from lululemon but if I decide to buy any full length pants, I definitely will utilize the alteration service (I was told it only takes a couple of business days if I remember correctly). They also offer exercise classes on the weekends that I have yet to attend but plan to check it out in the future. I definitely will be back when I have a need for athletic wear but will abstain from window shopping here too frequently as likely I will be buying too many things that I may not need/know that I need. read more

Having paid $100 for a pair of leggings I certainly didn't expect the fabric to pill after 6 months. I have several pairs that we had no problem with but Lululemon customer service did not want to do anything to help....didn't even offer a discount on a new pair. I have returned Nike shoes in the past and their customer service is wonderful. I will certainly take my money elsewhere. I've had leggings from Target that have lasted longer than this! read more

Dissatisfied with their App - I placed 2 online orders and both got cancelled by #Lululemon. I contacted their Guest Education Centre and I got the following response "I m sorry to hear that your orders were cancelled. From what I can see, it looks like the items you tried to order were already out of stock when you placed this order which is why your order ended up canceling" - but my question was - Why the items were available for online purchase in the first place .. so you #Lululemon fans - I am sorry if you keep buying this "out os stock" overly brand expense expense items - They will cancel your order with no reason all the time. read more

The Regional manager Katie kept our business by providing the perfect customer service gesture based on a previous issue we had, and the floor rep named Tyler ended our experience with genuine concern and opinion while explaining things perfectly. We were about to write a one star review due to the female with tattoos who announced to the entire fitting room that she was a bra expert and "literally" begged one of the women in the changing room to let her know if she needs ANYTHING because she is so good at being "bra expert." That also was not the only obnoxious thing she states, and employees like that are what drives business away regardless of how certain customers may interact with the employee while they're still in the store read more

I absolutely love this store. I've always loved lulu lemon in general but this store is always organized and the employees are amazing! I've gone in here serval times and have received amazing service and the employees remember who I am and what items I love. If I have anything in my hands they always ask if I would like a fitting room and they've been so helpful when I've searched for product I want. The sales help are very unhelpful. They told me four different times that the pants I was buying had compression pockets for my cell phone, but when I misplaced my shopping bag from another store, I got blank looks and zero help to look in the dressing room or around the store for it. With those prices, I expect much better sales help. I am giving three stars because of the high quality of the pants I bought. read more

I'm a big fan of the clothes, but this review is for the customer service. I fell in love with the green fleecy keen jacket and called everywhere to track it down. Mikayla helped me over the phone. She was so eager to make the jacket happen for me and helped me brainstorm ways of getting my mission accomplished without making me drive over an hour to the store for pick up. The store does not take credit cards over the phone, but Mikayla worked with me to create a solution. She walked me through step by step to purchase a gift card online for the exact amount (garment plus tax) to ensure smooth transaction. I called back with the emailed confirmation number and another associate picked up, Chris. He informed me that mikayla was helping another guest, but assured me that he could help. I didn't have to give a back story or fill him in, mikayla had already done that. The transaction was easy and it felt like everyone was on my team. It would have been easy for them to tell me "no" or put my request on the back burner to help other guests in the store. My daughters love Lulu lemon. I think it is way overpriced, but it is their money and their choice. Between the two of them they have 6 pairs of leggings. One pair started to pill. They take very good care of their clothes and follow the recommended washing and care instructions. That being said we headed to the mall (without a receipt). We were greeted heartily and sincerely. After a few questions and an observation we were cheerfully given a brand new pair of perfect leggings. The energy of the staff was high. Everyone was courteous. I am glad that they stand by their products. I still think that their clothing is overpriced but the service is outstanding and the quality is (usually) very good. read more

I went into the store yesterday to return a purchase of yoga pants. I was immediately helped but the girl who helped me kept chatting it up with me about the latest things in store when I really didn't care. I was obviously returning something and not really looking to buy anything else. Anyways, she was so distracted on telling me about the new items that she didn't even look at the receipt clearly to know that I paid majority of my purchase in CASH and the rest on my card. She immediately asked for my card and kept chatting it up with me. She forgot to ask the most important question, "do you want cash or the amount back on the card?" But no, she didn't. She finally stopped talking and gave me my receipt. I walked out and realized that she didn't even give me the option to get cash. So I go back in and there she was, immediately in my personal space asking me what's wrong. I told her about how she didn't give me the option of getting cash back and she straight up told me that you cannot get cash back but have store credit instead. Now, I am a regular at this store. The employees know my face and who I am. I spend a lot of money here and my wardrobe is basically the store so I clearly knew the return policy. This girl seemed new because I've never seen her before. So I talked to another girl, she was very helpful and told me that you CAN get cash back. Well unfortunately, it was "too late" since they gave me back my money. Well I paid with a debit card and my money did not show up. They swore it would be in later on that day. Well it's the next day and still nothing. This is such an inconvenience because 1) I live 45 minutes from this store 2) this girl didn't know what she was doing. She's better off shutting up and focusing on the receipt instead. 3) she put the $106 back on my debit card but that transaction was done in cash so now I'm randomly getting that money put on my card? The bank will be confused since it doesn't show I spent that amount on my card. Like hello! I didn't even get a sorry or anything. And you could've quit that transaction and gave me cash. I know how it works. They were just lazy and didn't want to do it. I will NEVER go back to this store. They just lost a valuable customer. read more
