I heart Lululemon clothes. I don't care what people say or assume about me because I love wearing this brand. My visit was pretty good for a Thursday evening. The store is very neat and everyone was friendly. I think they are still working out the kinks since it is a new store in the shopping center and they don't have every new item. But I do have to agree with the other reviewer, Jennifer N. sometimes it is a hit or a miss when it comes to Lululemon workers. They either want to see you or they don't. That was my experience at other locations but as for this one the few times I have come here they were very helpful. read more

The staff here is so incredible! I had two girls helping me. I recently lost quite a bit of weight and I was really insure of what size I needed for shorts and sports bras. I must have tried on twenty bras in multiple sizes. The girls were so sweet to me. I actually live closer to the the La Jolla store closest to the cove. I would choose the UTC store over the La Jolla village one. They are a little snobby at the La Jolla village store. These items aren't cheap! read more

Once again this location doesn't fail to disappoint me with poor customer service. I went in with a $100 gift card. I had several pieces on my arm. 4 employees walked right passed me. I even stood near 2 of them as I tried on jackets. They talked about their plans for the week and asked EACH OTHER about merchandise for themselves. How about the customer?? I then went to the fitting room and stood while a woman working there picked at her nails. I coughed loudly and she asked, "Oh, did you want to try on something?" No, I like standing around holding clothes. I refuse to return to this location. I love, love the products. However, as another reviewer mentioned, it's not worth these people reaching their sales goals for being rude. read more

One star in terms of the customer service not for the product quality. Salesgirls were busy talking with each other and cashier was super arrogant. They were even not working on sth but standing there like a gang who was just back from a party. The girl working around changing room was the most friendly among them. I have ways come in knowing what I'm looking for and I've always been able to find everything fairly quickly. The sales people were very friendly even though I went two days before Xmas and the store was super busy. I've never been able to justify spending more than $20-$30 for gym clothes and I have to say their clothes just look amazing on you. read more

I've been a customer for a couple of years and I still wear my first pair of lulu's. Still looking good. The quality here is really good, yes it's a little pricey but it's worth what you are paying for, the girls and boys that work there are always very friendly and willing to teach you about their new products and the differences between their fabrics, if you have a couple of items in your hands they kindly grab them and separate a fitting room for you. A lot of active sportswear options out there, but this place is my favorite. read more

I've been a longtime buyer of lululemon but had stopped going into the stores because I always found the salesgirls to be a little stand-offish. I chose to buy my items online. However, recently I had a very pleasant experience buying a scuba hoodie from Austin. She helped me figure out a size and then took the time to call another store to make sure they had another size and had them hold it for me! Great service, thank you Austin! read more

I've only been to the UTC store three times, but each time it's been the same. It feels like a daycare in the back of the store where the changing rooms are, they have kids toys and families were just hanging out back there with screaming kids. The employees seemed overwhelmed, it really stressed me out and certainly made me very anxious to get out of there. Not the environment you want when trying on $60 running shorts and $100 yoga pants. Not sure why they think this is appropriate, family friendly is nice but it shouldn't negatively impact everyone else's experience. Like the other reviewers said the employees were hit or miss, some were great and others ignored you. The environment was just not at all pleasant. I like Lulu clothes, I'll shop online or go to the Girard store, but the UTC store experience has been no fun at all. read more

Absolute worst experience I've ever had with customer service. This company will most likely go out of business due to their horrific customer service. I bought a jacket in store and I am an athletic trainer and was supposed to get a 25% discount for the Christmas promotion. They didn't have my size so the employee had it shipped to me. They were very busy so she didn't have me confirm my e mail and typed it wrong so I never got a confirmation. She didn't apply my discount and I told her I would not buy the jacket without the discount. Now I checked my bank account and no discount was applied and when I called she blamed me, the customer, and told me that I wasn't able to get the promotional discount anymore. I called corporate and they said they can't help me and that I need to go to the store. So I called the store again and they couldn't help me. I will be returning their product and informing the hundreds of athletes that I work with about the experience that I had. read more

The staff and manager are very friendly and helpful. I thought they were so kind. I was surprised that the store has a "club" feel to it. The music is way to loud and annoying and it kind of ruins your experience there. I found it strange since they sell yoga clothes and yoga is all about being peaceful and relaxing. You do NOT feel peaceful or relaxed while shopping there (reminds me of Abercrombie, Guess, etc.). They need to create a peaceful and soothing ambiance to reflect the type of experience you get while doing workouts such as yoga. The staff was kind and lowered the music while I shopped there which was very sweet. Love the brand, love the clothing - just not this store. If you want to feel like a second class citizen for attempting to return a pair of pants that didn't work, then come here. Oh wait, they wouldn't return them. And I only bought them a day ago. So after spending 45 minutes in the store trying to find another pair of paints I liked, I asked the cashier for a gift card as I'd like to go online to find a pair that worked. As a long time ambassador/ R&D, I've NEVER had an issue with my previous purchases - meaning I've never had to return anything I've bought because it is such high quality. So to be told that your "love it or leave it" policy is to send me back to Fashion Valley to do the return because you didn't want your store to assume the cost of damaging the pants is against what this brand is about. I recently went into Lululemon this past Thursday afternoon at the UTC mall. I must say I was extremely disappointed with their customer service. I was not greeted by any employee the entire time I was there, or offered any help. The music was very loud, which I can understand, but to watch an employee do dance moves while she is putting away clothes and not greeting a customer I cannot understand. I really expected more from this high end expensive work out clothing establishment. I love Lululemon exercise wear, but I do not recommend the store at UTC. read more

I was hunting for a particular hooded waterproof jacket all over Southern California and happened to miss the UTC location. I spoke to K.R. (SA) and she was able to locate this hard to find piece that wasn't even on LLL website. I am grateful for her assistance and thank you for actually picking up the phone (unlike my home store). Discovering this location was luck I guess, but my interactions with K.R. was a sigh of relief. For those who know, once an item is sold out with LLL, is gone! K.R. (SA) made my day not to mention right after the purchase it started to rain & I had no umbrella. read more

Terrible return policy. I purchased an article of clothing from them and decide it didn't fit well. Only wore it once, but threw the receipt and tag away. When i went to exchange it for something else i was told since i had not receipt or tag they couldn't take it back. Almost all stores will exchange items without a receipt and tags. For how much they charge i think that need to have a better return policy. Disappointed read more
