Got seated by the Owner, he brought us water. Never got waited on! Many servers walked by, one even stopped at table next to us so she could complain about another employee!! This was the best breakfast that I've had in a long time. There was a waiting list when we got there, but we were seated within 15 minutes. Our waitress was very helpful, as the menu had so many great selections. I wanted to order All the items on the menu. Decided on the eggs benedict, one order with Canadian bacon, and the other eggs benedict with spinach. They were incredible. Even the hash browns were unique and flavourful. The waitress was a sweetheart and I can tell you that she enjoys her job. It only took us about 10 minutes to wait for our food. It's no wonder, everybody wants to come here on Saturday and Sunday for brunch. This place is worth a drive from anywhere! Large parking lot but it fills up quickly! First visit last Sunday September 8th. Got right in around 11:30 and the place was bustling with activity. We were promptly greeted with coffee, waters and menu's. Following our orders being placed we were offered coffee refills and the food shortly followed. Food was outstanding and our orders were cooked to perfection. Seafood omelette (wife) and my chorizo omelette was outstanding. Cannot say enough good about our visit. We'll be going regularly from now on. read more

One if my favorites for the past 15 years and I am finally getting around to writing a review. We have been regulars since before Raul purchased this and expanded the current restaurant 3 times that I remember. Known for homemade pies, breakfast potatoes, fast and friendly small town service from a grill type restaurant. A variety of omelets, egg skillets, pancakes (thick and the size of a plate), french toast to burgers and sandwiches all are can't miss. Try the omelet with chorizo and make sure you get the breakfast potatoes, one of my favorites. I recently tried their bloody mary bar. It is how I remember at a northern Wisconsin small bar, loaded with the garden and sausages and a beer chaser. I love it! You can get this or a mimosa outside while waiting for a table. We wanted breakfast at 1130am. It was a destination trip to a favorite location. We were seated right away, ordered and the food appeared instantly, I was amazed at how fast they prepared our meals. I've been here three time in the last few months, the first visit went great, it wasn't crowded service was fast and good. Second time it was super busy? So we left, instead of waiting. The third time, we were seated immediately the service was good and so was the food. I recommend the "Hog" omelet. Add mushrooms. My advice is, avoid the busy times, and you cant go wrong. read more

Before attending this restaurant I've been repeatly told that the food is good and it's expensive. Walking in the place was very busy and loud. We were seated in a booth right away and water glasses were set on our table. The food service was very quick and delicious. However the waitress looked annoyed and was dull. She looked angry when we said we were not ready to order and was not friendly. Everything else was fine. And yes the food is expensive. My second visit here was very disappointing. I ordered the vegetarian skillet and it had no flavor. My friends fries that came with her burger had more flavor than my skillet. I don't think I'll come back here again. read more

I CAN NOT say enough good things about this place. I wish I could have documented my experience here. From start to finish, the workers here were amazing. I called in an order to pick up - a very LARGE order, about 10-15 peoples foods - for a work thing. The guy was very patient with me on the phone, and didn't sound annoyed at all (which is amazing cause I would have killed me). I asked if they'd be able to label the food, which they agreed to without hesitation. When we came to pick up, all the workers were super welcoming and nice. My coworker and I were wishing we could have stayed and sat down! Anyway, this one guy comes out with a huge box filled with our food. They figured that would be easier than giving us a million bags (SO SWEET). And then he carried it to my car for me which was just an added bonus. They didn't forget anything. They gave us extra condiments, butters and syrups. They labeled everything which made it so easy for us to distribute. Things weren't all mixed together that weren't supposed to be (they didn't throw things all in one box). And the food tasted AMAZING. I personally had a breakfast sandwich with over easy eggs and fruit and wow. It didn't seem like it had been sitting in a box for 20 minutes. It was so tasty. The fruit they gave us were big pieces of melon which was awesome too - plus they weren't bad pieces, they were perfect. I wish I had a picture of what I ate, but I know I will be coming back here. This is a classic family type restaurant, we stopped for brunch and even though it was packed, we only had to wait about 5 minutes for a table. When you arrive you are greeted by a coffee station by the front door so you can grab coffee while you wait. The staff is friendly and take good care of you keeping your coffee and water full and getting your food out quickly. The menu is large, somewhat overwhelming for me but everyone will find something they like. I had the classic eggs Benedict, eggs were perfectly poached, but they have several variations that look delicious. One person in our group had the lox and bagel which came with a salad and was a large portion of food. The other person in our group had an omelet with a salsa verde. Wow this place was hopping on a Monday morning - don't people work? We were quickly seated in a both by a very friendly waitress. I ordered the Eggs Benedict with the fruit side. The fruit was very fresh and flavorful. The EB was not quite as good since they ruined it with a slice of American cheese. The rest was a typical eggs benny which was good but that slice of cheese was a big mistake. Any other cheese would have been ok but it didn't need any cheese. I know I was in Wisconsin but... I spoke to a few regulars and there has been a huge growth spurt in the area and the number of people that eat here. The place is actually huge with over 80 tables if the table numbering system is to be a hint of the size. So we had a 30 min. wait on father's day and the heat of the morning was already 80 degrees. The nice thing is the Bloody Mary and Mimosa tent. While you waited they served one or the other and they would just charge your table. An honor system that you would actually remind the waiter which we did. My bloody mary was delicious and my wife was a fan of the Mimosa. My bloody mary came with a mini beer chaser. Interesting. This is Wisconsin so many times the chaser is a PBR or a Miller. Once we got seated the menu was simple. I had the seafood omelet which is always tricky in the Midwest. We are not near an ocean and I was taking my health in a risky position. The rest of the party played it smart and had the veggie, a western, and the one that had a Mexican flare. Stopped and had lunch on late morning and sat outside with our dog. Food and people were great and couldn't wait to go back for a verification visit. Had breakfast this morning and had the Fresh Fruit Brioche French Toast. I have had a lot of French toast and made many varieties myself. Wow, best I have ever had with very fresh, never frozen, fruit. The lightly used and fresh whipped cream was amazing. All with a light drizzling of a peach purée of some sort. The whole thing needed no syrup. I think that is also the first time I have never used syrup. Highly recommend and can't wait to go back! read more
