People are always welcomed to the restaurant. Shay, Jordan and the kitchen staff were working the front counter on my last visit and despite having a large numbers of orders to fill, they handled everything quickly and efficiently despite being over-whelmed with items. I've been to many Luna Grills across SD and I'm always impressed with the service and food, but the bressi location was truly a standout. Shay greeted me right when I waked in, and he was a delight; friendly and helpful. He even laughed at my corny joke. The location is great, lots of easy parking, and outdoor seating. We are so happy we decided to use Luna Grill for our after wedding party. The food was super fresh and on time even though we were not available at the time it was delivered. We found the costs reasonable for the amount of food ordered. They followed instructions and delivered the food to the front of the Omni La Costa hotel without any issues. We ordered several trays of Chicken Kebab, Falafel, Rice, Pita Hummus and Sauces and the guests were all had nice comments to share. Bailey set the tone for a nice lunch up here. Super helpful with sauces, sides (because I'm a tad clueless on this kind of food... so thank you) and made it easy to order. The inside and patio space are kept spotless and that is very nice to walk into. Lots of choices with chicken (wife's fave) and Gyro (mine) and falafel. Salads, wraps, pita, plates... you name it and they have it. My wife's chicken kabob was to tender and delicious with hummus, rice and choice of sauce. My family frequents this Luna Grill location and although there's another one closer to where I live, I'll be coming back to Carlsbad the next time I'm craving mediterranean food. I got the build your own bowl yesterday and they loaded it up so much that I was able to have half of it for lunch today. Easy to customize your meal when ordering via the app too, especially helpful for me since I'm gluten intolerant. Everything was fresh and yummy, will definitely be back soon! read more

Place is well-kept, service is great, food tastes delicious, and the vibe is pretty good. The rep that took my order, Jordan, was pretty professional, helpful, and respectful. It is on a pricier side for me as an out-of-towner, although the veggie and falafel kabobs were so yummy! Took 2 stars off for burnt onion skins on my kabob. Like there wasn't an actual edible part of those three pieces of the onion on the kabob, yet I still paid the same hefty price for it. The next time I went here, Jordan was my service rep and whoever was the cook did awesome! Every, single piece of my kabobs were fully edible! Added one star back for that. Hence the 4/5. Won't be going back as I mentioned not from her, but y'all should try it for yourselves. Also, I didn't try the meat kabobs so you might have better luck with those. read more

Bressi Ranch Luna Grill is always great and we always enjoy our meals but it's the staff that really keep me coming back. Jordan and Mak are both amazing individuals who are always so helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and kind. I need that now more than ever. We all do. We had THE nicest staff member take our orders last night. So friendly, personable, and polite and our orders came out perfectly. His name is Daniel. He reminded us of many of the Trader Joe's employees we interact with. Our food was great. Four of us ordered two bowls, a gyro, and a salad. Everything was delicious. Service was excellent. We dined outside & it had gotten dark so the only issue we had, honestly, was we couldn't really see to eat! Haha! Some lighting and even the propane heaters would have been nice. (The temp indoors was too cold for the way we were dressed.) read more

I've ordered chicken kabob from Luna Grill multiple times and specifically asked for it to be well-done, but they always serve it undercooked and raw. I've even had to put it in the air fryer to cook it properly myself! This has happened several times, and it's beyond frustrating. I had the same issue last year, wrote a review, and later deleted it, thinking maybe it was just a one-time problem. But clearly, they don't listen and don't care. The staff is also rude and dismissive. This time, I'm not deleting my review because they need to fix this issue. Very disappointing! read more

I was given the opportunity go back to Luna grill after my initial visit and I was right, the food is good and the portion issue was a one time thing. We ordered the family serving and it was Huge. This LG was so clean. When not taking orders, Jordan was walking the restaurant to make sure there was nothing that needed cleaning. But..Jordan is who makes this place stand out. Came here for our first time with our twin 9 year old boys who are somewhat picky eaters and I can honestly say this is now a new family favorite! Excellent food and even better customer service, which seems rare nowadays. Highly recommend the shrimp and hummus!
