While he was waiting, they let him sample some of the food fresh from the counter to make sure everything was just right, and he said it absolutely was. They even offered him a gelato while he waited, which made the whole experience feel even more special. He brought home a lasagna and four slices of pizza, and I have to say it was one of the best meals I've had in a long time. I had never tasted an authentic Italian lasagna before. As a Brazilian, I grew up eating our version, which tends to be a reinvention of dishes from other countries. I have to admit... the original Italian version wins! And even though I only got to eat it after he drove it home, it was still absolutely perfect. Great food, wonderful customer service, and a memorable experience from start to finish. I understand people love their pets, but there are basic hygiene standards that should never be ignored, especially in a food establishment. This crossed a line.
