I usually like Luna Grill merely because I enjoy Greek food and I think Luna does it well. I had a particularly great experience tonight at this location. I brought my two young boys and the gals working tonight (Hailey, Marvi, and Norma) were super understanding with them and helped me a ton by offering coloring pages and crayons. They also helped me discover the benefits of the app and how to get a free kids meal! Which, by the way, M-Th kids can get a free meal through the app - amazing. Had to drop in a give a shout out. As residents of Vista, it is often less convenient to come to this location, but the Bressi Ranch Luna Grill is frequently quite a bit skimpier on the meal portions! Support local businesses: we ordered through DoorDash. I've always been a fan of Luna Grill, their original location in Hillcrest/San Diego. They have good Mediterranean food. I ordered the chicken and ground beef plate. The chicken wasn't dry and it had good flavors. The ground beef was a little dry but tasty. You need more tzatziki sauce on it, which they only give you one. The gyro plate was good too. We also ordered the falafel, which was dry and not the best. The lemon garlic chicken was the most delicious item I have ever ordered at Luna Grill. Please keep it on the menu! I also ordered 2 Gryo Wraps too. The Gyro meat was extremely disappointing, and a waste of money! The meat was thinly shaved like "scraps" and cold. The cooks use to slice it thicker and crispy! I sent both Gyro Wraps back to be remade. We received the same shreds of meat again! The manager was very nice, this is why I did not make any further complaint. I was celebrating my wedding anniversary and did not want to spoil the occasion! If we return, it will only be if the lemon garlic chicken remains on the menu. I have been to this Luna Grill location multiple times. The food is always delicious (hence the multiple visits) and I love how you can get a quick healthy meal. The decor is nice and definitely a step up from typical quick serve restaurants. One thing that has always stood out to me is the attention and care that the manager (Ash) gives to every aspect of the business. You can really tell that he cares about the customers experience!
