I ordered online for a pick up order. I ordered a Mediterranean Salad and opted to pay more to add the Garlic Bonfire Shrimp and pita bread (also opted for the Lemon Dressing). Low and behold, I come home and I have a to go box of just plain greens. No pita bread, no shrimp. I called the store immediately and the first person I spoke to a lady on the phone and she just said oh you'll get a refund in 3 days, when I asked to confirm the total amount to be refunded - she just hung up on me. I called back and talked to the manager, Elizabeth V., she was not helpful at all. She said she'll process the refund when she "gets a chance" to do it. When I insisted that she process it while I stay on the line, she put me on hold and was on the phone a total of 35+ minutes. I then decided to call back on another line, got a Zachary, who said Elizabeth got preoccupied with something else and delegated it to someone else who is now passing it on to him. The abysmal service I received is enough for me never to return to this place again. Total of almost an hour on the phone, and still no confirmation of a refund. Update: Total time on the phone 1hr, 12 minutes - no resolution read more

Came to Luna Grill for Memorial Day and was super happy with the service! We got an alert that entrees were BOGO, but we could not find the deal in the app. Janet, Sam and Ariana were super helpful in assisting us locate it. In addition, they reminded us of the deal of kids eating free Monday-Thursday without us even mentioning it! Overall, we had exceptional customer service and we left happy! I am so disappointed in Luna Grill. I ordered via Door Dash and I'm beginning to wonder for delivery platform orders don't get the same attention. I ordered the veggie kabob plate with 2 extra orders of Pita Bread. Unfortunately, they no longer have the spicy tzatziki; but I ordered an extra side of tzatziki. The veggie kabob typically comes with onions, peppers (red,orange,yellow), squash, and mushroom (I think). My point is there are different types of veggies. What did I get, ALL SQUASH and no extra tzatziki that I paid for, instead they added hummus. Then the salad had mushy tomatoes. Awful! read more
