This is a good healthier option if you want something quick and filling. I ordered the Chicken Pita Wrap and the Lemon Garlic Chicken plate. The meat was a bit dry, but still enjoyable. Salad was fresh and the dressing was nice and tangy. I also loved the type of fries that they use! I was helped by Gabby and Ariana and they were very patient while taking my order as I was still deciding what to get, as well as asking me if I'd like any condiments and etc. I'd come back if I ever want a quick craving for Mediterranean. read more

Rating: 4.0 Quiet Ambiance. Service was nice enough even though I felt like I was bothering the workers by asking for more sauce. I got a GREEK SALAD and it was huge. They toss it in vinaigrette and give you a little half side cup of dressing but that wasn't enough for the salad I got (see photo). I had to keep going back and forth asking for more sauce lol --hence how I felt like I was being a bother. THE GREEK SALAD came with: lettuce medley, NO feta cheese, Greek olives, sliced pepperoncini, diced tomato, cucumber, housemade pickled onions, crispy chickpeas (no bueno -- didn't like it and I won't get it on there next time, lol) and I asked for spicy chipotle sauce instead and it was good!! [see photo attached] Came with a fountain drink. [SUGGESTIONS] The salads are big portions I think (3) sauces/dressings would be sufficient instead of giving a guest half a cup of dressing. I'll be returning and if I need more sauces/dressings... I'll be asking, ha!!! read more

Luna grill Cerritos great service from Melly I ordered on the app and it was fast and easy went to pick up my order at the time given and it was ready for me to just grab and go. My type of employment is demanding so I really don't have time to wait around I prefer to just walk n and be able to walk out with my food in minutes if not seconds. And thanks to Melly I was greeted nicely and with the best customer service.. before I even Made it to the counter she was greeting me with my food ready. I ordered takeout today and to say I was disappointed would be an understatement. I came in around 3:15 and ordered two sandwiches to go - the hot roast beef and the BLTA. When I got in my car, I decided to take a bite of my BLT (with avocado) before heading home. It was not good, at all! Instead of a few (or more, because it WAS $16!) slices of delicious bacon, it was a thick sandwich filled with what appeared to be bacon pieces, like the preparer had just scraped together old bacon from earlier in the day. It tasted greasy and burnt. After several sips of water my tongue was still greasy! The avocado was almost nonexistent. I immediately went back in and asked for a refund. I brought my husband his roast beef ($18!). He is not a picky eater, AT ALL! He said it wasn't very good and he should bring them an Arby's to show what a roast beef sandwich should look like. He was really disappointed. Sorry, if you love this place, please ignore my review but I highly recommend that you do NOT order these sandwiches unless the owner makes an announcement that they've taken steps to improve. Too many great places to get a good sandwich.

I had such a great experience here and had to share! From the moment I walked in, the service and food were both top-notch. I ordered the peach and burrata salad with chopped chicken, and it was incredibly fresh, everything tasted high quality and perfectly balanced. The sweetness of the peaches with the creamy burrata was amazing, and adding the chicken made it super satisfying. I also got the pita bread with a variety of sauces, and wow... every single one was packed with flavor. Definitely a must-order! My daughter ordered the Santorini bowl, and she loved it, it looked just as fresh and delicious as my meal, and she couldn't stop talking about how good it was. I also want to give a huge shoutout to the staff. I had a hard time deciding what to order, and the cashier (I believe her name was Ariana) was incredibly patient and kind. She took the time to walk me through options and helped me choose something I ended up loving. It really made a difference in the experience. On top of that, I accidentally spilled my drink, and Thaila stepped in right away to help. She was so sweet, reassuring, and handled everything quickly and professionally without making me feel embarrassed at all. That level of care and attentiveness really stood out. Between the fresh, flavorful food and the genuinely kind and helpful staff, this place exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely be coming back! read more

My recent visit to Luna Grill was nothing short of exceptional. This location is always my go-to because it's always very clean and such an inviting restaurant. The ambiance was welcoming, and the staff were attentive, but Sam truly made our experience unforgettable. Sam's customer service was top-notch. She greeted us warmly and took the time to guide us through the menu, offering her delicious recommendations along the way. On top of her great customer service, she also assisted us with a prior visit for an app refund. She made things right and this is why we are always usuals at this location they really take care of their customers. Also thanks to Sam's suggestions, we tried new dishes some of us normally don't! The restaurant was immaculate as usual. I saw Sam not only taking orders but she also cleans she always kept herself busy, and reflecting Luna Grill's commitment to cleanliness and hygiene she exemplifies leadership skills. Sam prioritizes both exceptional food and a pleasant dining environment. Overall, Luna Grill exceeded my expectations in every way at this location. The delicious food, a spotless setting, and Sam's excellent customer service made it all much better. I highly recommend Luna Grill to anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience. Came to Luna Grill after work and WOW, this was such a satisfying meal. Everything just hit! The Spicy Hummus has that perfect balance of tangy and spicy--enough kick to keep things interesting without overpowering the creamy hummus. And the pita! Warm, pillowy-soft, and with this subtle natural sweetness that reminds me of a really good flour tortilla. I could honestly eat these on their own. The sauces were also . The Harissa is smoky with a nice spicy kick, while the Creamy Cilantro is cool, herby, and ridiculously creamy. Both were so good with everything on the plate. The rice was fluffy, fragrant, and nicely seasoned too. The Koobideh was the star for me--juicy, tender, beautifully charred, and perfectly seasoned. That little bit of char on the outside with the moist, flavorful meat inside was exactly what I wanted. And YES, the Roasted Garlic Lemon Chicken is back! Apparently it's a fan favorite, and after trying it, I completely understand why. It's tender and juicy with tons of garlicky flavor and that bright lemony finish. Just pure comfort-food goodness. To top it all off, the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming. Great food, great sauces, great service--exactly the kind of meal that makes you leave happy and already thinking about what you're getting next time. Definitely coming back! read more

I am back again to Luna Grill Cerritos and the food quality is still the same, above par and in terms of customer service they really do deliver. It was really insanely busy when i came (good sign! popular!) but ordering was still seamless and i got my food within a reasonable time. You should definitely expect a wait maybe like 10-15 minutes but this isn't fast food. I was watching the kitchen and they actually make each stick of meat to order, nothing is pre done so it does make sense that it's not a 5 minute wait. But in my opinion the wait is worth it for fresh food that I know hasn't been sitting under a heat lamp all day. The chicken was juicy, and the veggies crispy fresh. I do wish they had soup but that's just a suggestion LOL. I recommend this place if you're looking for a healthy true mediterranean dish and have a little extra time to spare. I took my food TO GO but the lobby looks like a nice place to eat too. It was clean and fresh inside which was a nice change from the muggy weather. Shoutout to the chefs and cashiers for great service and food. I'll be back for sure when i'm in the Cerritos/Lakewood area read more

I went to Luna Grill - Cerritos because my girlfriend wanted some Mediterranean food on Friday. We picked this restaurant because other Luna Grill locations are known to serve Americanized Mediterranean food, and it fits our taste. It was fairly busy, but we did not have to wait that long. We did not mind the wait because of their interior. The restaurant is filled with unique lights and decorations. The food is just okay. Nothing stands out. I actually liked their long rice the most. Beef kabob and salmon were too dry and did not have much taste. Their Humus was just okay, too; I can easily think of other Mediterranean restaurants with better Humus. Surprisingly, their fountain drink is good. They have unique drinks that other restaurants do not serve. The service was great. Everyone was very friendly and kind. As a franchised Mediterranean restaurant, Luna Grill is easily approachable and comfortable. It's definitely one of the healthiest lunch/dinner spot with reasonable price and good food. read more

My family and I recently enjoyed a wonderful lunch here, and from the moment we arrived, the inviting ambiance and thoughtful touches made us feel right at home. Attentive, friendly, and genuinely caring, Ariana offered helpful recommendations, checked on us regularly, and made us feel like valued guests throughout our meal. I had an absolutely wonderful dining experience at Luna Grill! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that perfectly complements the delicious Mediterranean menu. One of the highlights of my visit was the exceptional service provided by Ariana. She was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure that our experience was nothing short of perfect. The poultry perfectly marinated, tender, and bursting with flavor, paired with a side of fragrant rice and fresh salad. Overall, Luna Grill exceeded my expectations! Ereehana was extremely rude and very unprofessional. My mom and I came to eat and we did not get greeted by our cashier or anything. I was translating for my spanish speaking mother as Ereehana kept trying to rush me, she also asked for my sides and I was unsure what the options were she rudely pointed at the menu. Then my mom pulled out a bill and she raised her voice saying they do not take cash which is not the problem the problem is her attitude. Her shirt stated she is in leadership not sure why if she looks like she hates her job. I've never been treated like this at any Luna Grill location , it was a very unpleasant experience for sure. Then towards the end I went inside for a lid for my food and the other young lady (didn't catch her name ) was so nice and friendly! read more

Ok so I don't really write reviews. But the service here was awesome so here's my experience. Savannah and Arianna were so awesome tonight from the greeting to the ending they kicked aaasssss! They walked me through the menu for my first time and I'll admit I was kind of a pain it's my first time and I'm gluten sensitive...... but they showed me my options and Savannah walked me through the Luna grill app which gives you coupons and you can customize and see your options if yo have dietary restrictions. That is so helpful and aweaome of Luna. I loved my food and the free refills! I'll be back simply for the service but also the amazing food so thanks Ari Anna and Savannah for making my first time special lol I'll be back soon wit my kids for kids free promotion! read more

I'll start by saying that I'm a pretty picky eater. I don't usually try things that are out of my comfort zone. Recently my husband took me to a Mediterranean place and it was okay. Today I was looking for a healthy lunch because I'm on no sugar so I stumbled into Luna Grill- I was originally going to The fish place next door but this caught my attention. I'm so glad I did though. The moment I waked in they asked if I had questions they would feel free to answer. I explained the no sugar thing and they helped me chose the Chicken Kebab. Once the plate arrived I knew I made a good choice. Not greasy not overpowering but absolutely balanced in the most scrumptious way. Kudos to the chef and good staff! Highly recommended by a average Jane just looking for lunch! read more

We just order 2 Bistro filet Beef Kabob plates to go. I ate 2 pieces of the beef taste good until I started to eat the third piece , it smelled like poop, lithely it smelled like worker didn't wash their hand or dipped the beef in poop. The other pieces of beef was normal. I started to throw up and felt sick afterward. I would not even expect such a nice place like this would have bad tastes. We went to this place many times food always good, but sadly this is the end. Hopefully other peoples don't have the same experience I had. Warning, smells your food before eating at this place! Hopefully owner read this and fix the problem! Good luck to other people that eat here. Purchased on March 4, 2018 at 4:00-5:00 pm. read more

I have been to Luna Grill at Del Amo Mall many times. While I was at the Cerritos Mall, I decided to grab some food and in looking at what was around I saw that there was another Luna Grill in Cerritos. I was surprised to come across Savannah who I had encountered a few times at Del Amo. 5 stars for service from Ariana. My son has a peanut/tree nut allergy, and although his meal did not contain any of these ingredients, I forgot, at the time of ordering, to mention his allergy so that the kitchen would know to be extra careful to avoid cross contamination. When I informed Ariana of this, she not told us that my son's meal should be fine, but also went ahead and re-ordered his meal with his allergy warning to be extra careful and ensure his safety. Although a seemingly simple gesture, it meant so much because eating out with allergies can be stressful. We will return to Luna Grill in Cerritos because of service like this! read more
