They forgot my order of French fries, utensils and napkins. It's kind of obvious to think that when you order food for delivery they will give you your complete order and utensils (maybe not napkins but still) but the order was incomplete and no utensils provided. The driver was excellent and he was part of doordash. The bag was sealed so the restaurant forgot to verify the order was complete. Really inconvenient. I called the restaurant and they said i could go pick up the fries (sure let me waste my gas just for fries) or refund so I opted for the refund. We shall see if i get it back. Sucks when restaurants dont double check the orders. UPDATE 4/8/24: Customer Service reached back and refunded me for the fries and gave me a little reward which i really appreciate. Come here for lunch often for approachable Mediterranean food from this chain restaurant. Their big plates are big enough to split/share but are rather pricy and I find their meats and other kebabs to be cooked on the dry side so I typically order their bowls instead. Decent place to go for falafel and hummus and a bunch of other filling, tasty sides/sauces/spices that don't feel too greasy. read more

I don't know who the gentleman who helped me the last few times but I think he is a manager. The guy is super friendly, helpful, and always very kind. I have been meeting my health-conscious friends here because there are lots of healthy options. The thing I like the best about this place is the first thing I always check when I go eat somewhere and that is consistently clean bathrooms. Apparently this place is similar to the Kebab Shop which is one of my absolute favorite Mediterranean spots in San Diego. I decided to checkout this restaurant during a work trip in El Cajon. Food is good. It's a place that j would definitely come too a lot if I lived in the area. They make some fresh chicken kabobs and the veggies seem to be purchased the morning of. The "dolmas" are served room temperature or warm.
