So... I wasn't going to put this on Yelp because I'd rather speak to the store directly but when I received an email asking how the food was I decided to take care of it here. I usually enjoy food while eating in the restaurant but this time I picked up food to take to a friend's house. We both ordered salads. One had chicken and one had salmon. Both the chicken and salmon were terribly overcooked and dry. The vegetables were not fresh. They were mushy. I was very disappointed. The flavor of the dressing was nice. If I were to eat here again I would only eat in the restaurant. If I had the takeaway food I received given to me at the restaurant, I would have sent it back. I was sad :(. read more

It was ok, for the prices definitely not worth what you get. This always pops up in my door dash, they must be spending some cash on advertising. It isn't cost effective though for what you get. In fact I forgot I even ate here until I was scrolling through my previous orders, I couldn't even remember what I ate. Couldn't be less memorable than that. They also do not allow any customizations in most of their dishes, which is a nightmare for someone with multiple life threatening food allergies. Meh read more

Luna grill is always good food. What's even better is when it is paired with good customer service. I love coming to the Rancho location because I just feel like the quality of food is better and the inside is so clean and enjoyable to eat inside. We live to closer Luna Grills, but I prefer going to this one. And I believe it's going to stay this way because of the great customer service that was given to us. We ordered catering. I was able to try several items and I have to say the only thing I like here is still the mediterranean salad. It has pearled couscous, diced tomato, cucumber, red onion, mint, parsley, scallions, feta cheese, house vinaigrette and a lettuce medley. The other food does not taste authentic at all. I think I the food is pretty good. It's very Main Stream/ not true Mediterranean. If you live in these parts you know what I mean. It is also pretty expensive, and twice in a row they have messed up the order we placed. I like their salads and their spicy hummus with pita. The pita is super good. Asked for pita gyro plain because they have a spicy sauce on them...all 3 came out the usual. With the spicy sauce. Ordered 2 El Greco bowls without the spicy tzatziki on them , she said they'll put the regular on the side. Nope, spicy tzatziki on the side. And I gave a 10% tip for the take out. I guess I didn't give enough. They're so busy in there with app orders and us customers coming in, they're not reading the orders right or they don't give a crap. They're quoting almost 1/2 hour on walk-in to go orders. Luckily my order was quoted 15-20 min, but it was almost half an hour. Good luck in there.
