We frequent Luna grill here in Rancho SD every single week with our 4 children and the food is always amazing, served quick, with wonderful service by management and their employees. They know our children and greet our family warmly. We look forward to coming. Well, first, let me say that we love Luna Grill. The food is always fresh, the chicken is always tender and cooked to peak flavor, there is prompt service, and the staff are friendly and personable. That is still the case. Unfortunately, things were pretty crazy there this past Friday. I ordered and then reviewed my order, and the server still managed to get it wrong and some things out. Upon discovering this, fortunately, BEFORE I got back to the car, the person at the register was very kind and gracious and did her best to get things straightened out. It was a relatively large order, and the atmosphere bordered on chaos, so I trusted it would be straightened out. When we went home and I looked, it was pretty screwed up. They doubled up and charged me for some things, left others out, and gave me things I did not want. I forgive them and understand, but I want this to go on record so they can make it right when I return, which I will do on some nice, peaceful evening. !! read more

The service is great at this location I generally get waited on by Abbey. She is so sweet and respectful. She goes above and beyond in making sure you have everything you need whether you are picking up your food or eating in. The food is great that is why I keep coming back. What makes Rancho the best location is the customer service, well, from Mimi and Chris. These two are ALWAYS so bright, welcoming, and attentive; they give it a mom and pop feel.
