How can I give no stars? I waited in the lobby for my to go order for 10 minutes. Not a problem. Got my order and headed home which is about 4 minutes away. Opened my food and what do I get: cold gyro, cold and soggy fries, and cold falafel. I like Luna's food when it's served properly but this was not that. Called up and talked to the manager P*****k. No help there. Not sure he cared but what teenager would? I just feel for all the people that ordered delivery. Hope they all have some good air fryers. read more

I've been going to Luna Grill here in Flower Mound for a very long my time. It has always been a great experience, but the last few times I've gone have been awful and it just went downhill in a hurry. My girlfriend and I ordered the Mediterranean Salad w/ chicken and a Santorini Bowl with falafel. It took 27 minutes for us to get our food. When we got our food, my chicken was cold, the falafel was cold, and the pita bread, which has always come out warmed, was cold. It was just terrible and for the price you pay, not to mention the fact that you are asked to tip at the time you place your order (stupid), it's just terrible value for your money. Lastly, they serve you your food all in to-go containers with plastic cutlery which just makes it feel cheap and depressing. You can get better value at a sit down restaurant just about anywhere. Luna Grill is just no longer worth going to. I've consistently left upset too many times as of late. read more

I went here for takeout today and loved it. The guy who helped me at the register had a great personality. Friendly but also very professional and customer service oriented. Exactly what I would look for in an employee to put in the front of house. The food was perfect. I got the falafel wrap with a Greek salad and my friend got the chicken wrap with fries. It was a lot of food but we both devoured the whole thing. It was SO good! I will definitely go back the next time I'm in Flower Mound. read more

My husband and I have lived here for a couple of years. We came across Luna Grill and have enjoyed eating there frequently. We eat there at least once a week. Tonight we ordered our usual and asked for three baklavas to go. The cashier even repeated our order back to us. After our dinner was delivered to our table without the baklavas, I went to the counter to let them know. I was given them in a to go container. Everything was great, then a person who works there came to our table with a copy of our receipt (we did not ask for a copy because we have never had a problem before). This person said that the baklava was not paid for and that is why it did not come out with our meal. Well, I said I ordered it. Our order was about $50.00 and we would never try to rip people off. But I will tell you that the rudeness of the staff that I was in the wrong and not their cashier was entirely rude. What an insult when your employee made the mistake! They have lost them some loyal customers. I will go elsewhere...like Cava. We liked that it was never busy, I guess now I know why!!! read more

I'm sure Luna puts a burger on the menu to cater to simple American palettes who really don't want Mediterranean food in the first place. Eat the Mediterranean food. Eat the KEBABS. If you eat the chicken kebabs or beef kebabs and can genuinely say you don't like them, then you & I, my friend, just come from different culinary planets. Period. De-f***ing-licious. Perfectly seasoned, juicy chunks of meat, flame grilled with chunky bits of onion & green peppers with amazing char that sets off the natural sweetness of those vegetables. Hummus is great. The mixed green salad is choice produce beautifully prepared & presented. Heaping piles of basmati rice. Tasty tzatziki sauce. The carrots are served in thinly sliced planks, as sweet as I've ever tasted for carrots, and we're not talking about vegetables dripping in some sugary sauce, just perfectly prepared crisp vegetable. No one does Mediterranean like Luna Grill. Their kabob entrees hit the mark every single time. Everything they put on the dish is perfectly prepared and intentional. It may not be the "authentic" experience, it's a retail chain after all, but I prefer it any day of the week because it's delicious, feels good, and I know I'm never going to have a bad or even a so-so meal here. Great place for Lamb, gyros and more. I have tried almost all the different dinner plates but keep returning to the Lamb kebab. They use basmati rice, season it delicately, and provide solid portions. Their Feta Fries are dee-lish and the food comes out promptly. Their atmosphere is comfortable and relaxed for casual dining. The only thing I wish they had but don't is any sort of eggplant dish. I really find myself wanting some baba ghanouj, but their hummus isn't lacking.. it's just not what I find myself craving with a lamb or chicken kebab. I could've saved myself from disappointments while eating at Zoe's where they have managed to lower their quality over the years- sadly. Anyways, this place got their food down! First of all, what kind of Mediterranean restaurant does not have Baba Ganoush? They told me they don't have baba ganoush because they have hummus. They are completely different dishes. When we were there, there was a lot of scrap food on the floor. When we had our table cleaned, the young man did not catch the food particles but wiped them all onto the floor. We always loved this place but the customer service stinks and the manager is part of the issue. We arrived waited to order while 2 employees filled call in orders ahead of us. A to go order arrived got attention then the manager asked us to move down while an employee answered the phone and took an order and the manger began taking orders behind us. FYI call in orders are preferred apparently. Rude employees - just going somewhere else in the future. read more

The restaurant is in between my office and my home. I finally decided to give it a "take home" try tonight. I actually expected to still be hungry and have to "supplement" my meal with something at home. The food was plentiful and outstanding. I was quite surprised and pleased. I had the lamb kabob and it was delicious. I enjoy lamb and there are so few places that even serve it these days. This is the first time I've ever written a Yelp review. And although the food was something to share it's really the service that caused me to sit down and write. The cashier was a young lady named Christin (?) and she was fantastic. Friendly, energetic, knowledgeable about the menu, etc. If the food was simply average (and it was much more), I would go back because of her service. read more
