Had this delivered. The fries were pretty good. I'm not picky with fries at all. Understandably not super fresh but it's delivery so that makes sense. No bad marks there. TBH the fries were the best part of my meal. I might be spoiled, but Olive Burger is my go-to gyro and this place is not anywhere near comparable. The lettuce had more flavor than the meat, I am not exaggerating. I could taste my lettuce and I could not taste the meat. I tried it alone and it's just salty. I cannot taste any other spice, just salt and it is very very salty. There isn't much of it, either. Pita is nothing special but not bad. The tzatziki is runny but they call it their "signature sauce" so maybe it's supposed to be something else. It tastes ok. I'm used to thick and creamy tzatziki. I selected hummus as a side for one of the meals and it was just hummus. I thought it would come with pita or something to dip into it. Keep that in mind if you order delivery, or maybe they forgot my pita? The baklava is so tiny! SO TINY! It is essentially a single bite. It was not worth the $2.25. I should have assumed since the mini cupcake is the same price. I think a mini cupcake is actually more dessert than the baklava but neither would be worth $2.25. I highly recommend. *********** On occasion, I order the Signature Chicken Kabob or Wrap Gyro. The last few times that I've ordered carryout it has been very disappointing. Today my Chicken Kabob was charred so bad it looked like charcoal briquettes. The time before that, there was only two pieces of chicken on a huge bed of lettuce. So, if you get takeout from the Flower Mound location, make sure to look at what your getting before you leave. read more

We used to love this place, it was a weekly family favorite...but the service & quality of the food has declined. Gyro plate came out cold, so did my wife's chicken plate. The Luna Grill is one of my favorite restaurants in Flower Mound. The meditranian menu is light, healthy and affordable. The restaurant is always clean and the staff is friendly and attentive. They have takeout available online or call in. I like the gyro plate and my wife prefers the chicken kabobs. You can order a plate with salad rice and grilled tomatoes or carrots or get a wrap with fries or a side salad. The portions are huge. My wife and I sometimes split a plate and there is plenty for both of us. However the food is so good that you will probably want your own. read more

Did start out as a two star because of the broken Gyro machine for the second visit in a row, then for multiple unbussed tables, then for the very long wait but all of that ceased to matter when i got to the register with Brandon. His communication is beyond his years, the older gentlemen in front of me were treated with utmost respect and then he laid it back when i came up. The manager named Sarah Flores needs to be looked into after my visit there today Friday May 10th. The first thing I noticed when she interrupted the cashier who was assisting me is that she was obviously irritable and seemingly had alcohol on her breath and her eyes were noticeably red in color. After I placed my order with the cashier who was very nice, this so called manager rudely interrupted him and I while we were discussing promotions I had received as regular customer signed up for rewards. She proceeded to cause a scene by interrupting our conversation in a way that was very nasty, argumentative and loud in front of guests while they were eating. I was placing my order to go by the way. It would be wise of her too speak to her employee on how to handle things without interrupting and starting confrontation with paying customers. I hope you all do better because I will continue to leave a review and post because she was blatantly wrong and furthermore antagonistic. I want to ensure she doesn't get the opportunity to continue to misrepresent the Luna grill. I should have foreshadowed the outcome, given that the name is in Spanish and the decor looks like it's Chinese food. From the start of the concept to the food on the plate this place misses the mark. This is the most watered down greek/Mediterranean food I've ever had. The prices are too high for the quality of food they give you! The fafael was gummy and dense, the Greek salad was full of wilted brown lettuce, mushy tomatoes and dark bad spots on the olives. For $12.50 I expect crisp lettuce, juicy plump tomatoes, and fresh olives. My friend had the lamb tenderloin plate. The lamb was flavorless. I'm not sure why they even have tapatío, but the bottle was digusting. They are clearly refilling it and not cleaning it off. They should not be refilling without completely washing it first. Luna Grill is hands down the best Mediterranean food in Flower Mound and is my go-to for when I want a healthy/fast meal. The only two things I have tried off their menu are the spicy hummus and Mediterranean salad. The spicy hummus had excellent flavor (being spicy but not too spicy!), and was served with warm pita bread. I am not sure if they make their pita bread in house but it sure tastes like they do! So good! Not feeling pita bread? Not to worry! Luna Grill also offers a healthy alternative to pita where you can order veggies on the side. I also recommend trying the Mediterranean salad. It comes loaded with israeli couscous (my favorite!), cucumber, tomato, feta and is dressed with a light house vinagrette. If I could eat this salad every day...I would! Ps. I have always received good food and service here, but not this time. The time stamp on my receipt was 2:24 and didn't receive my Gyro pita and fries until 3:00. I know companies are short staffed right now, but really over 30 minutes?? If the service is going to be slow, at least let people know. We have eaten at Luna Grill in Flower Mound several times now and it has become our favorite mediterranean restaurant in Flower Mound. I typically get the Falafel Pita and my wife get's the Salmon platter. The service is always very helpful and friendly and the food is consistently good. I am a vegetarian and have a good selection of other things on the menu I can eat when I want a change. The fare is more Californian mediterranean then authentic Mediterranean, (we have spent summers in the Mediterranean and my wife is from there) but the food is good, fresh and consistent. I am not saying this 5 star mediterranean food, but rather that the food is very good and that the overall experience is 5 star for Flower Mound. There is a large outside seating area, and the inside seating is very bright and cheery. Unless they are really busy the food comes pretty fast and is always presented well. I notice she always circles back around to check on guests and if they need anything. I have always been so so impressed with Luna Grill! Many of the dishes are traditional Mediterranean with an American spin. Very high quality ingredients, especially the meats and seafood- I have been impressed with them all! The people here are so kind. Although it is a "walk up and order" type of establishment I truly have felt the employees getting to know me each visit. The tables are always bussed and usually once throughout the meal they will come check on you as well. Cannot recommend Luna enough! read more

I really miss middle eastern food so this is the closest kabob place by my house. The first time I ordered, their chicken wasn't fully cooked but everything else tasted fine. The second time I stayed away from the chicken and ordered the ground beef and beef plates and those were really great. I got the Grilled Salmon Plate that contains the salmon, white rice, salad AND 3 pieces of pita bread. I paid $1 extra for 6 more prices of pita bread and I highly recommend you do this because once you have one pita bread you want more and more and more. I have a small stomach so I couldn't get through half of the meal so it will be feeding me for at least 1 more day! It was affordable for how much food it was and how healthy it was!
