Been to Luna grill a few times in different locations, but never got around to reviewing it. I ordered the gyro meat plate since I'd never tried it but it sounded good! Gyro meat is a bit tough, but the taste is definitely there! Seasoning was spot on and I thought it had more flavor than my usual koobideh beef plate. Salad with dressing is refreshing to eat on the side and the pita bread was fine. The portions definitely got smaller as expected, but the food is still good! read more

It's ok. The pita bread is really tasty. I got the shish kabob beef and rice /salad. The beef tasted like lamb maybe because they grilled on same grill. Kind of had a funky taste to be honest- like this weird aftertaste. I've had better. The chicken is good. Kind of bland to be honest. You definitely need to dip the meat in the tzatziki sauce otherwise doesn't taste like anything. For $20 a dish, not worth the spend. I'd rather eat Japanese food. I probably would not come back here for price vs. quality of food. It lacks something, but not sure what. My favorite fast food Mediterranean when I was living in LA was Massis Kabob that you find at the malls. read more

If I could give zero stars I would! The food here is absolutely horrible, and the staff here are non attentive. My order came to the table box by box, fries first waited some minutes then chicken waited some minutes then the pita. As me and my family sit here about to toss all the food and hot drink (due to there not being any ice available), this was a huge disappointment. Staff upon ordering could not answer my questions, just pointed to the posted menu. The fries taste like the oil to fry in was old, and they tried to compensate the nasty taste with salt. The sides of chicken were grilled to the point of having a burnt taste, was not palatable. The lemonade was hot due to ice machine not working, when asked if they even had ice in the back the girl who brought the food walked away. I will never come back to this location! read more

Very nice environment, super clean, little noisy. I ordered spicy hummus Wich is chickpeas, tahini, lemon and spices with pita bread was very dry and not spicy at all. I ordered CORNISH HEN ON THE BONE which is marinated pieces of cornish hen skewered and grilled, grilled tomatoes, basmati rice, and salad and pita bread on the side was very delicious and very jucy. After a nice long walk a Irvine Spectrum Center I was craving some dinner and had the option between Javier, cheesecake factory, PF Chang 's, or Luna Grill. All my options had almost 1 hour wait and was really hungry so I chose Luna Grill. I honestly can't go wrong with this location because I have ate their in a different location and love the food. They did an amazing job with customer service and food quality. I was very satisfied with my dinner and would definitely recommend this location if your in Irvine spectrum center. Wasn't to crazy busy like everyone else and can at least enjoy your meal just like any other good restaurant. I would go back for dinner their if I get the middle eastern crazing for some tasty grilled chicken plate meal and salmon. read more

This place is very hit or miss. For being on the high end in terms of prices ($20 for food + drink) it's not worth it. My chicken today was overcooked and charred on the bottom. Their food is served in gray plastic containers which makes it feel like prison food. Today they had no lids for cups which was a bit annoying to take my drink to go. The lemonade is pretty good though. read more
