Everyone ordered a wrap, two people had the ground sirloin, one had chicken and I had the gyro meat. They were all terrific. The pita bread was exceptionally fresh and flavorful. My pita had plenty of meat in it. My sister, who had the chicken, thought that the meat should have had a more garlic flavor. I know some restaurants offer a garlic sauce with the chicken. Each wrap got a side. Most of us had the Greek salad but one had the sweet potato fries. The fries were plentiful and delicious. The Greek salad was definitely one of the best that I have had in a long time. The lettuce was incredibly fresh, plenty of cheese, and a nice dressing. Everything was served on real plates - kudos for helping the environment! Thumbs way up for the young man working the register- Super polite and cheerful. This place has quickly become a favorite of mine. They sale good fresh food fast. You can dine in or take it to go and they have a selection of wines. The beyond burger is the new craze with vegan burgers and Luna serves this popular dish. They've recently released a new triple dip and veggies platter. All of the dips are good but that garlic dip can be slathered over any and everything and be amazing. The manager and employees are very friendly with great service. read more

This is an ok place, the staff is wonderful and visually the food is beautiful, that being said it just wasn't flavorful enough. Case in point the rice is just bland, my beef kabob was lovely to look at, and the veggies were cooked beautiful with a nice char on the edges. The meat was so under seasoned and in very tiny portions. The salad was generic and very lightly dressed. My daughter had the gyro wrap and the meat was dry and to little sauce was provided. My granddaughters little kid burger while tiny was just the right size for her and the fries were hot and fresh. The price is high for the portion size for the platters. I plan on going back because maybe it was an off day. But it isn't as good as Prince Lebanese in my opinion so will make the trek to North Arlington when I need my fix. read more

I tried Luna Grill on a whim because it is new to my area (2 miles if that up the road), didn't want a sandwich or burger and tired of my go to's. I ordered to-go a falafel appetizer (I've read how popular it is in middle eastern & Mediterranean cuisine so I had to try it), Greek salad, and lentil soup. I liked that they showed you what they were packing in the bag to confirm your order. I got home and started with the falafel which was still hot(!). The dipping sauce was good with a mustardy tone. The falafel had a crisp outside and a nice moist inside. It was alright. Maybe I was expecting more with all it's hype or maybe just not my thing in general. The lentil soup was good and healthy, but too brothy for my taste, I like a thicker lentil soup. I was disappointed with the Greek salad; when it was put in the bag without a side of dressing I figured it was pre-dressed like another Greek spot close by has theirs made, so I didn't question it. There was no dressing at all! Bummmmmer! My refrigerator is broken so I didn't have any dressing to sub it with. I ate a portion dry; the kalamata olives gave it some moisture so I was going to push through it with maybe a drizzle of olive oil. I decided to call the restaurant to advise them of the mistake for future customer's orders. I was forwarded to the manager. Here's the kicker! He said i deserved to have my order correct and that he would Bring me the dressing!!! He said I shouldn't have to eat a dry salad and I should receive what I paid for! I responded with an "Are you serious?! There's really no need, I will just try olive oil". He responded with "I want you to be happy with your food, give me your address and I will leave right now". I could. not. believe. my ears! He arrived within :10 or less with a bag 6 teaspoon sized dressing cups and several business cards for free hummus and chicken or veggie kabobs. For this example of service I will definitely go back! Oh, and btw, the pita that came with the soup, and with the salad was To Die For!! read more

We've been waiting a long time for Luna Grill to open in Mansfield and we're stoked to be among the first guests during their training days. We ordered 2 kid meals and 2 adult meals, all of which were good. Staff were super friendly and helpful. My son, who is the pickiest eater ever, happily ate the kids chicken Kabob with fries. Only mediocre dish was the feta fries. They were ok but i have had better. I look forward to their regular schedule on nights when cooking is too much for this mama to handle. Extremely loud due to the high ceilings and lack of acoustic treatment. Self-serve drinks are a plus however the tea is something to avoid as it's simply water. Food, the salad was soggy; the rice was made up of two types of grains that don't go together. Think sushi rice and long grain. The bathrooms were clean when you could see, the motion sensor has a 30 second auto-off that the manager said "is just how it is". So you better be doing the YMCA whilst using the facilities or hula hooping while washing your hands. Maybe in 6 months this place will turn around or make way for another. read more

Our cashier was very helpful and went over the whole menu for us. Ended up getting the gyros plate and the chicken wrap. He recommended the appetizer of spinach pie so we got that as well. I have been coming to Luna grill for over a year mostly for theIr quinoa. I have been frustrated in the past with the lower quantity versus the price but management has always made it right. However, tonight this is by far the WORST serving I've received. These tiny cardboard cartons are barely half full and are $5 each. Whomever is determining their ratios to cost needs to reevaluate their customer satisfaction. Pleasant patio dining experience during lunch! We got an array of vegetarian salads and sides. The salads were tasty and fresh! Garlic Feta sauce is DELICIOUS! The only thing I didn't care for as much were the falafels. They are not very flavorful and were too crispy and oily. Other than that, the service and food was good. First visit and blown away by the food and service. Kris greeted us with a friendly smile and extensive information about the menu. The lamb kabobs were tender and flavorful. The salmon was fresh, flakey. and flavorful. Both entrees came with jasmine rice and salad and were very nicely done. Pita and hummus were good and it was nice to be offered fresh veg as an option besides the bread. Portions were not huge but nice size. Almost tired of massive portions so I was pleased. I work at an assisted living community. Our residents received BOGO free meal coupons for Luna Grill so we loaded the bus and arrived before they opened. The staff was great. They set up tables for our party of 10 quickly. Wade was very helpful and was very patient while I ordered. The atmosphere is laid back. The music playing was Michael Jackson. Both Demitrius and Wade vere great servers. They accommodated the residents wants and needs without hesitation. The food was great. I would recommend Luna Grill for a great meal. read more

This is my second time eating food from this Luna location. The first time was through Uber eats since I was lazy to get out. Ordered the chicken and beef kebobs. Meats we're dry and lacking flavor. I chalked it up as the food got overcooked because of the take out. This review is rated 2 stars due to the following issues: 20+ mins to prepare the order, inaccurate order, and flavor still lacking. 1. It was a Saturday evening crowd before the July 4th week. The place had 4 tables one of which had ordered before me. After 20 mins, I observed that the couple before me got their food delivered to their table. After some confused looks, they realized that the plates were not what they ordered. In fact the table next to them noticed that the food should have been delivered to them. They had a table number sign so not sure why it was not delivered correctly. 2). Finally my order arrived after 20+ mins. The front guy was very nice. He comped me a free entree the next time I come and apologize for the long delay. Well I was in a rush so didn't check my order. I ordered the chicken kebabs and gyros, with grilled tomoatoes. When stupid me got home and open up the package I saw that I only got the chicken kebobs. No gyros. No grilled tomoatoes. Sliced carrots which I'm not a fan off. There goes my gyros craving. Also got wife lecture me bout checking my to go food first before leaving. Lesson learned. Check your to go food at this palace for accuracy. Also noticed that when 8 left, the couple who got delivered the wrong order still hadn't received their real order 3). Keeping this 3rd comment short. Food quality in terms of ingredients seems very high quality. The flavors, however, were bland at best. I don't try mediterranean often, but I just dont think this is what the flavors of good food mediterranean is. Just my opinion. It's Saturday night, first time going here, and the lady told me it was a 20 minute wait.... it's been 35 minutes, and I can tell they haven't started the food because of how the cooks replied when the lady asked for my food.
