Hilights were the Flat Cut Chicken (no knife necessary) and the pita (perfect crispy/fluffy ratio) and most importantly, the service. Shay could not have been more patient when teaching the three of us all about the different options and helped us choose the best choice for our taste! I've been meaning to do this for a couple of months now, but as you know life happens in the meantime. I tried Luna Grill for the first time back in May and I've been going ever since. I work nights (12 hour shifts) so when I go to Luna Grill to get lunch I usually get a salad and an entree. The Mediterranean salad is delicious and I add the chicken and it's perfect, very fresh. I also get the Chicken and Sirloin kabob combination plate. It's also delicious. The peta bread is light, buttery and tasty. I'm going to try more items on the menu but so far this is all I've ordered. I'm sure the other items are just as good. You should also join their rewards program. It's easy to join and you get points for every dollar you spend. I highly recommend Luna Grill. read more

Okay. Got a gyro platter and chicken platter for takeout. Gyro was pretty good but chicken was pretty bland. Also the ratio of pita to hummus is a bit weird. 3 small pieces of pits for a giant scoop of hummus. The portions in general were pretty good (though I would expect that given the slightly higher price compared to other similar chains). Note that the cookie sandwiches are a scam - they are those tiny bite size cookie sandwiches you can find in the bakery section of walmart or target being sold for $2 a piece. Lol. I scored an event ticket for the training for Luna Grills & brought my mom. We were able to order an appetizer and an entree! We ordered the sampler appetizer to try everything! The grape leaves were okay but everything else was great. The couscous was my favorite of the plate. I've never had couscous as flavorful and light as this one! I also had the grass fed filet kabob and it was perfectly cooked and a must-order next time I'm in! It was a lot of food and I was able to have another meal that night with the leftovers. I was very surprised at how little this restaurant did to try to accommodate customers. They cannot prepare the Beyond Burger without butter and cheese. Worst part is that it seems more driven by being lazy than due to any operational inability. Not sure how they decided to serve a veg burger and still pile on the junk most vegs don't eat. I have been here a number of times. The food is great and the service is great. Staff is friendly and welcoming. It kind of works like a Jason's Deli. You order from the cashier which then you are given a stand with a number on it. They bring out your food to you when it's ready, and they bus. I especially love the spinach pie. I know it probably sounds odd. It actually doesn't look like a pie, and I didn't think I would like it because I have never cared for cooked spinach. But it was awesome. Another one of my favorites is the Mediterranean salad. Haven't tried everything on the menu yet, but I am planning to. read more

Citi told me I had to go back to retailer after three weeks Luna grill tells me nothing they can do and to go to the bank. I have had to follow up each time. This place is just kind of meh to me. It's definitely like fast food Mediterranean and not authentic at all. I ordered their gyro wrap on pita bread with a side of sweet potato fries. The sweet potato fries were awesome and the reason why this review is 3 stars instead of 2. The wrap was just okay, the meat was pretty good but not knock my socks off worthy. The pita bread and sauce they used for the wrap were both kind of lackluster to me, and I would probably request my wrap on their multi-grain lavash instead if I went again. Overall I think it's expensive for the quality and the amount of food you are getting. There are cheaper and better tasting Mediterranean options out there. read more

I have been here for lunch every day for the past three weeks!! The food is AMAZING, the staff is all really friendly-- they always remember me. I think I've met everyone that works here at least once. Shelby is the cheeriest person I've ever met, Francia always remembers my order, and Stephanie got me hooked on the nutrolls. Floors are clean, lighting is bright, atmosphere is great. Everyone here smiles a lot; be ready to be friendly! As for the food... the spicy hummus is the best I've ever had. I had no idea what a spinach pie was, but had one when a cashier (I think his name was Gabe?) raved about it, and it does not disappoint. I'm working my way through the menu, and haven't had anything I haven't loved yet. Get here, fast! They have great beers too. I love this place, my office orders it all the time. The food quality is good, everything always seems freshly prepared. However, they're getting docked two stars for one simple reason: their falafel. It's beyond bad. Literally the worst I've ever had, hands down. I'm the kind of person who will typically eat anything if I spent good money on it, but this stuff was inedible. You can tell good falafel by how green it is when you tear it open or take a bite. This stuff is DARK brown - you can tell it's been sitting in the freezer for awhile. Not only that, it was completely dry and harder than a hockey puck. Mediterrenean food is one of my favorites and this place does not disappoint. Kabobs plates are filling and although price is high, the quality of food is worth it. Pita bread is amazing, I could eat a plate of it. My daughter had the kids chicken kabob, you have the choice of rice, salad and fries, she picked fries and they are delicious!!! My husband had the sliced chicken, per recommendation of our cashier, he liked it. Pomegranate lemonade is refreshing and with the right amount of sweetener. We will definitely come back. read more
