The undercarriage (that is, the bottom of the crust) was pale in color without any char. It also had a lot of flop, drooping significantly. More disappointing was the layer of congealed, rubbery cheese on top. There was way too much goat cheese, which was overpowering. I ended up trashing more than half the pizza. Bottom Line: Not good. I want to give Fat Tomato another try, but I have a hard time justifying it.

The positive is that the crust was very thin; and it was crisp. The amount of sauce was appropriate; and if you like a sauce that has a bit of "tang" to it, then you'll be pleased. But for a place that allows unlimited application of toppings, I felt the amount of pepperoni applied to this pie was spare.
