Wife and I came in today on a whim. Live in the area and have never thought to stop in at Good Stuff restaurant, which is located at the Peninsula Center Mall in Rancho Palos Verdes. Was pleasantly surprised! Seated right away. Hostess was prompt and polite. Initial impressions were me wondering how I've never been here in all the years I've lived in RPV. The ambiance is great! Simple, yet elegant decor. Our first waiter Marco was great! Quick and courteous. He had to leave for the day as his shift ended, and we were handed off to Katie. Katie was amazing as well! Also very courteous, prompt and personable. They clearly train their staff the right way when it comes to proper server etiquette. As for the food, it was delicious! Elected for the traditional cheeseburger and fries, while my wife ordered the Patty Melt and fruit. We were both extremely satisfied with the food and will be returning soon!! Thanks Marco and Katie for a great first experience! They have a dog friendly patio as well, so we'll definitely have to bring our pup next time!

I'm glad to see Good Stuff is doing well on The Hill because so few places stand the test of time. Over the years, I have been several times and the food and service are always good. They've got lots on the menu to offer; just no cocktails. Natalie was our server and she was very attentive. We ordered the Yummy Sloppy Chicken Nachos ($17) and the Fried Zucchini Sticks ($14.50) which were both ample and delicious. I love their salsa! This was a date lunch for my wife and I so we ordered a couple of glasses of Chard ($12/each) and it was quite good. We sat outside because it was a nice, warm and sunny day; the patio is lovely. The inside is light and bright. My only recommendation would probably be to swap out those plastic water cups for glass. And some cocktail options would be nice, too. RECOMMEND for a solid, tasty meal. Will it blow you away? Probably not but you won't leave unsatisfied.

Breakfast burrito. Unfortunately, the hash browns were completely burnt. Meal was unedible. The meal was disappointing!

With 4 locations in the South Bay area of Southern California and initially founded in 1980, Good Stuff Restaurants serves up a good selection of all day breakfast favorites, with a few lunch items as well. My wife, her mom, and I stopped into the Palos Verdes location for breakfast after running errands in the area. It is located inside the Promenade on the Peninsula outdoor shopping mall, so parking would be at the connecting parking garage, and going down to the ground floor where it is located. The interior was very spacious and modern, with a decent size bar anchoring the space and a lot of modern, comfortable booths. It looked new (even though it isn't) and definitely one of the more upscale environments we've eaten at a family diner type restaurant. Beverages was water, and some tea ($4 for a cheap tea bag with some hot water). However, the food was good with decent prices. I really had a hard time deciding among three dishes that I wanted to try. Settled on the Chorizo Chilaquiles ($19), which was really expertly prepared. As described, each tortilla chip had been sauteed in a good enchilada type sauce, and was topped with a generous amount of crumbled, very high quality sausage. It was finished with some crumbled feta, choice of two eggs, and onions. It was clear that time had been spent making, and the presentation was really nice. An order of buttermilk pancakes (a 3 stack for $13.50) was decent, a bit denser than I prefer. And the 1/2 Cinnamon French Toast ($15) with eggs and bacon was decent. Service wasn't great: accurate and expected timeliness, but a bit snooty throughout. The bill was accurate and we were able to join their loyalty club by giving an email address on the receipt. Later got an email confirming our sign-up. Will hopefully have an opportunity to try one of their other locations soon, ordering either the loco moco or carne asada with eggs.

My friend and I came here for dinner on a Sunday. I got the carne asada plate, and she got sliders with a side of zucchini fries. All portions were generous and reasonably priced. The carne asada was not tough and seasoned well. I appreciated that it came with many sides. The sliders tasted fresh and delicious, another good choice. Service was fast and friendly as well.

Yummy yummy yummy!! Good coffee, good sweet potato fries, and she gave me saltine crackers!! FG - (review by teenage daughter)

Service is always great at Good Stuff in either location. Tuna melt is great, nice to see the island breakfast back (as a Friday special) :)

You know that feeling where you're stuffed, but you're stuffed with good stuff? It doesn't happen a lot for me, but I feel that every time I'm at Good Stuff. I love their California Wrap. Today I got the Chorizo Chilaquiles and I'm so glad I did! Great portion size, so fresh, and great flavor! We were served by Marco. Friendly guy and he helped me decide on which dish to order. The restaurant is casual but looks very upscale and well designed. They have a room for events, too!

Nicole was a phenomenal waitress! She was so kind and got us our drinks and food in a good amount of time! It was a bit busy, and we still were seated within 10 minutes and were taken care of. Food is delicious and staff is always nice

The food has been on point for the past few times I've been here. Such a nice CLEAN restaurant. Always friendly service. Thanks Elaine! We had a lot of requests and additions and Elaine was so patient and gracious through it all. Never felt rushed. Such a nice place to have a nice meal with the family and then enjoy the rest of the revamped Promenade. Blessed to have Good Stuff in PV! Thank you guys!

No need to worry about parking either, as there is a large (free) parking garage adjacent to the PV promenade it is located in. Located on the second level of the promenade, we came for a graduation celebration and were blown away by the food. Got the: 1. Pao de queijo: 10/10 addictive baked 3 cheese Brazilian popovers served with lime aioli sauce (which it didn't need, because it got us hooked the way Cheeze its gets us - once you start, you can't stop!) 2. Fried Calamari: 7.5/10, also served with lime aioli sauce and house made marinara sauce. Good but not spectacular and not something I would repeatedly pay $18 for. The only dish we would not get again. 3. Modena Salad: 9/10, what a delicious salad with butter lettuce, candied walnuts, crumbled goat cheese, shallots, Italian parsley, and balsamic vinaigrette. My only complaint is that the lettuce was not bite sized, but for $17 this was a scrumptious salad 4. seafood pan roast: 12.5/10, TO DIE FOR! snow crab, shrimp, and it's sweeter larger cousin, prawns, in jasmine rice with a delicious house garlic focaccia. $30 but totally worth every penny and every inch of stomach real estate. 5. Crème brûlée: 8/10, it was good but compared to the seafood pan roast, it was nothing spectacular (however, the seafood pan roast is a really high bar) TLDR: delicious food in a date worthy and business meal worthy restaurant.
