I also explained that I already had a new amp but was concerned it may not have been properly installed by my husband, and I asked that it be assessed as part of the labor. I was told the amp would be evaluated and that, if needed, the head unit could be bypassed to address any volume limiter. The salesperson continued to recommend new speakers. I agreed to replace the speakers, but I was clear that the amp assessment not existing poor sound quality was the issue. The volume issue was not resolved. The system is not louder, which was the sole purpose of the visit. I would not be raising this concern about the cost with the new speakers if the volume had actually increased. I did not pay to improve sound quality, and the current sound quality is worse than before. I was charged for a solution that did not match the problem or the agreed scope of work, and the original issue remains unresolved.

Fine. $100 upgrade. ($600) Then the frame is extra. $150 for plastic? Ouch.. fine. Then $150 to wire the steering wheel to the radio.. fine. That's $900 now. Then they said they would "basically" throw in the back up cam for "like- free" ($20) So.. how did that tally up to $1000 plus tax? They're doing scammer math here. And after all of that. The back up cam is like an 8bit game from back in the day. It's outrageously pixelated and I told them it's embarrassing that they are even offering such a product. I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE and now I'm out $1100 An installer down the street would've done it for me for $850.

I scheduled the appointment to have a 12.3 Android Car Play unit in my Mercedes-Benz. I showed up this morning and met with Arian, a true professional at his trade as well as a kind, honest and knowledgeable individual. The shop is meticulously maintained and has a vast array of tools, work bench areas, awesome LED ceiling lighting, a waiting area, front office and conference/training room. This shop and team of professionals are a class act. Arian explained the installation process and timeline and I was quite impressed. The Rolls Royce in the shop that was getting customized with lighting and sound was a testament to the quality of work that Arian, Sam and the other team members provide when you bring your car into the shop. Arian called me when the car was completed and when I arrived gave me a very thorough orientation on the features, modes and operational functionality of the new unit. Very impressive and truly a plus when you have such a professional take the time to show you the details and functions of the new unit. Sam was in the shop as well as was amazing.
