Amazing service. We were greeted and treated well from the beginning. Food was amazing! I highly recommend when visiting Houston to stop by. I live in Austin and would love to see this establishment there.

The food is amazing here, prices are great & the owner is super nice. I recommend the hippie burger with extra hippie sauce on the side. I HIGHLY recommend! One of the BEST burgers i've ever had in HTX. 10/10.

Based on the reviews and word of mouth from those in my apartment complex, the burgers are what you should order here. Large, juicy, flavorful, it's what their known for. Sadly when I arrived, all the burgers were sold out. I settled on their chicken flautas with the guacamole topping. I liked the flautas with the texture and flavors and the guac added a nice touch. However while eating them, it made me wish I had one of their burgers since I felt the flautas were identical to any Tex mex place. If I see them here again, I'll definitely be one of the first in line by any means necessary!

    The beeper -nice touch :)

Fantastic burger! What a groovy welcomed vibe in the middle of Covid times. So relaxing to hear the music, smells the food cooking and relax for a minute. But the Hippie Burger was amaZZZZZing! We also had the sausage app-it was delicious too. The fries...kinda like shoestring fries/chips. (Not my fav, but not bad...the reason for 1 less star) Definitely a must try foodie truck!

Here they are in front of the art museum.

When I ate here, they were parked outside of the Houston Museum of Fine Art. I got The Hippy and a Mexican Coke. The Hippy was everything a burger should be. The bun was toasted, and the patty was pink on the inside and so juicy that it endangered my shirt. The cheese, mushrooms, and Hippy Sauce blended perfectly with the absolutely delicious beef, and even without fries it kept me full for the next seven hours. Go to their Facebook page -- Yelp doesn't allow Facebook links -- to find where they're parked on any given day, do yourself a favor, and eat there.

They pulled up to my place so I was intrigued to stop by. I walked up and the music was blasting. The menu displayed options varying from fries, burgers, veggie and even mozzarella sticks. After placing your order you get a buzzer that notifies when ready. The food came out hot and fresh. Stop by if you see them around.

KETO-FRIENDLY! As usual, I was not disappointed with the food or service. I started the keto diet and they were so kind to accommodate me and give me a lettuce wrap in replacement of a bun. Not all burger chains or restaurants are as kind to accommodate to keto options. Burger was served hot, fresh and juicy as usual. I ordered The Hippie, No fries because of my dietary restrictions. But it was still just as filling :) Will be back as usual! Favorite food truck out there, you will not be disappointed.

This is the after picture of my meal.. IT WAS SOOOOOO GOOD!!!

Update 4/17/19 REUNITED AND IT FEELS SO GOOD! I was so excited when I saw that you guys were near my house. It had been long, and I was having a bad day until I saw your food truck. It was better than I remember. Thanks for making my night and stomach!

I ordered the 6 flautas got 4 and the mozzarella sticks were on the Apts ! I don't recommend neither one ! I should have gone with a burger - oh well lesson learned

Supposed Crab ceviche with imitation crab meat for $12.69 +tax ‍
    Mesha K.

So I got the crab ceviche thinking that I'll get real crab at least. One lb Imitation crab meat with pico is pretty much what I got for a whopping $12.69+ tax there wasn't even any chips to go with the cheviche. Perhaps the burger is good but holy cow, what's with the super inflated prices?‍

The burger itself is cooked surprisingly well, though I would probably go with the classic brioche bun next time rather than their suggested sourdough (felt more like a toasted sandwich) bread. They also have a daily math problem that you can solve for some candy which is literally so Asian -_- brings me back to high school math class

To start off with a positive, I thought the falafel patty had a really great taste and was absolutely the highlight of the burger. But outside of that the burger and the toppings I ordered just didn't work as well as I would've liked. I ordered my burger with mushrooms and sauteed onions, both toppings I know I absolutely love from making burgers at home and from other spots, but neither added much. At first I was worried that the falafel was overpowering them both but upon eating them by themselves they just lacked taste. We also got the scallion aioli on the burger and I never got a hint of it at any point. All in all, the burger was very much mediocre outside of the patty. We also got fries with the burger and while they absolutely had some potential they were extremely over seasoned. Any appreciation for the seasonings in a vacuum was immediately overshadowed by how salty they were. We also ordered the Sambal Mayo as a dipping sauce and while it did help subdue the insane salt level and overall tasted quite good, upon writing this review I found out by looking at their online menu that it contained some amount of shrimp. This information is nowhere to be seen on the ordering slip and wasn't mentioned when I handed it over to the person working at the cash register. And while I definitely accept some level of responsibility for not doing my due diligence and asking or letting them know of my dietary restrictions, it's still an extremely frustrating thing to have happen as both a vegetarian and someone with a mild shellfish allergy. If for whatever reason the online menu is out of date or I missed an obvious indication of it containing shrimp somewhere I am more than happy to edit my review.

I went with the Double Good Burger at Johnny Good Burger, and honestly... it was surprisingly good. Perfectly smashed patties with those crispy edges, juicy inside, and well-balanced flavors that didn't feel overcomplicated. Sometimes simple just works--and this definitely did. The fries deserve their own shoutout: extra crispy, hot, and downright addictive. No soggy sadness here. I kept telling myself "just one more" until the tray was mysteriously empty. All in all, a very satisfying burger experience. If you're in the mood for a legit smash burger and happen to be wandering POST Houston, this one's absolutely worth stopping for.

Service was mid, and I wish the workers gave as much effort as they put on their phone to customers. We ordered to-go, yet lacked necessities like napkins & silverware for multiple meals. The patty melt burger was tasty & the tangy secret sauce leveled up the entire burger (highly recommend). The burgers are big enough to share if you are doing a burger & fries because as you can see in the photos, it is so much food, definitely paying for quantity over quality here.

First, the parking lot entrance is blink and you'll miss it, tucked narrowly between the carwash and the cafe on Washington, but parking is surprisingly ample. The husband and wife owners are lovely people. The inside is very comfortable with a very old world cafe ambiance. The burger and fries are clearly made to order and incredibly well made. The burger was nicely seasoned and perfectly cooked, the vegetables were fresh and crisp, the burger sauce was really nice without being cloying or overpowering, and the bun was nice and soft. The fries were those nice, thick, crispy on the outside soft on the inside diner style seasoned fries. The pastry offerings, which I was told the wife bakes herself, look excellent as well, as do all of the coffee drinks. I'm very excited to come back and try their cafe offerings.

Burger wise, this place is just a well executed classic burger. Big, juicy, fresh toppings, honestly nothing to complain about. The onion rings were some of the best that I've had recently, and I ordered their "Texas size steak sandwich" to go as well for dinner, very filling.
