Who can complain about simple, fresh ingredients in all your body products, not to mention that their products are cruelty free! Well, paying $87 for a facial cream is definitely on the excessive side but luckily most of their products are in the $15-30 range. Which, yes is still a lot for body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and what have you, but at the same time you have to remember that this stuff is hand made with no crazy chemicals and it's not tested on bunnies. I know, still a lot of dough but why not ask for gift cards to Lush for your birthday so you can alleviate some of that sticker shock. That all aside, this is a cute little shop in a very happening shopping center. I've been in here when it was completely dead and when it's been so busy there's a line winding around the shop just to cash out, and every time I have had someone come up to me and ask me if I wanted to check some fun stuff out. I made my second trip here tonight and both times the customer service I've received has been amazing. I wish I knew the names of the two employees who helped me last time, but this time Lupe was a huge help! She guided me exactly to where I needed to be, and even let my sons try some soap out. I'm a little late on this review but I came here Sunday night and it was my first Lush shopping trip. After Sunday's experience, it definitely won't be my last one! I was greeted by a friendly worker who brought me a basket and showed me around. She gave me the rundown on the products and showed me some really great stuff. Her recommendations on the shower and face stuff were great. I can't remember her name, but she was in the night shift had dark hair and dark lipstick. Loved her. Then I go to the cash register ready to check out with all my new beauties. The lady at the register was the store manager I assume, cause she was very sweet and knowledgable about the products. My first time ever at a Lush store and got overwhelmed by how many different products were available. I was greeted by a staff member and loved that he told me background info about the company and how products were made. He did some product demo with the sea salt scrub and other soaps/washes. I came to the store only just to look around but the customer service was excellent that I really wanted to try one of their products. I bought a facial bar soap since I'm running out of the one I normally use. After one use I noticed how my face doesn't feel dry compared to my previous facial cleanser. I would definitely come back to the store once I run out of this facial bar and maybe try one of their cool bath bombs! read more

So glad they're open! All of the nearest Lush stores are all over an hour away from me. So, this location is perfect. A little downside is that many of the workers do not know the products. I understand it barely opened, & many are very new to Lush, but it would've helped if they knew what products I was asking about. Other than that, if you're looking for anything wait about a week, and go back when they get a new shipment. Everything I was looking for was out of stock. But, as always, I walked out with a huge bag full of amazing products! A few of my recommendations are: - Mask of Magnaminty (great for that time when your skin decides to get a little crazy) - Herbalism (It's a great cleanser) - Ocean Salt (makes your skin feel so soft!) - Charity Pot (best smelling body lotion ever! ) - Every bath bomb they have!!!!! This store is amazing. I've used the products for years. My favorite was the African Paradise skin conditioner. But now, I was blown away by a product called 93,000 miles; it relieves sore muscles. So, my toddler lost his shit today in the store! I mean, I couldn't even focus on what was happening in real life because he was freaking out so bad. Life stopped for what seemed like the longest 3 minutes of my life. The associates in the store were FANTASTIC! That whole scene did not phase them one bit. Visited this Lush location today and was pleasantly surprised! We generally travel to several San Diego locations but due to the rain we stayed local! We were helped by Nancy and she exceeded our expectations in regards to customer service. Lupe is so amazing! I have been having a lot of sensitivity problems with my face all of a sudden. I went in with some items i purchased that now bothered my face, returned them, told Lupe why they bothered my face, and she totally helped me out. I told her my issues and she jumped right in. She told me exactly what to use and how to use it from start to finish with my skin regimen. And said, "so which product do you think you'd like?" I said, "all of it" lol. I was so in love with all the products and my returns allowed it. And her demonstration and explanations of everything was so good, i just wanted to take everything home right away and try them all. Last Tuesday I finally bit the bullet and bought a few bath bombs. I've never been inside the store, but any time I pass by LUSH I always look at their window display. The female associate was extremely friendly, unfortunately I didn't catch her name, and described the difference in each bath bomb, some of the different ingredients, and her recommendations. The male associate even showed a sample in water. Ended up buying two, and have just used them. WOW, they felt great! Never used a bath bomb before, but the water looked like a deep ocean! Once in, the water felt like coco butter, skin was super soft, and a nice subtle fragrance. Really impressed with service and product. read more

I've been a big fan of Lush for around 7 years, but this location actually compelled me to write my first Yelp review! Not only do you get fantastic product, but also fantastic customer service. I do not recall the lady's name who assisted me, which is unfortunate because she totally deserves recognition, but she was superbly helpful. I'm generally really indecisive in this store because there's so much great stuff to try, but the aforementioned employee was really patient, and helped me find a couple of items that suited each of my needs, and gave me a TON of samples for the ones I couldn't make final decisions on without making me feel like a poo for getting so many samples, which I end up feeling a lot like when I sample product. I had to return a product that wasn't working out for me on top of my purchases, but she made checkout a breeze. I came in here for the first time on a pretty slow Wednesday morning. The store is very nicely laid out, very bright and clean, and easy to shop. The customer service was great too! I was welcomed in and once I indicated I had never been to a Lush before one of the employees showed me around and gave me a quick run down on the various products, then gave me a more detailed breakdown on something I was interested in and demoed it for me in the large sinks. Afterwards no pressure and no hovering they left me to shop and look around at my leisure. I liked it so much I've already been back once and I'm pretty sure I'll be in regularly. read more

In a "new world" with Covid, it's easy to get angry about things regarding retailers. Standing outside in 117 degree weather today was definitely not the high point although I LITERALLY ran out of Fresh Pharmacy last night so I had no other option. The team today (9/5/2020 around 4p) was incredible. Friendly, kind, and welcoming. They moved as quickly as possible and were all very nice. My 3 year old kept waving for attention and to gain new "friends" and everyone stopped to acknowledge her, an amazing employee even popped up at the end of our transaction to gift her something amazing- shower jelly. She walked away with her bath bomb and "bath slime" (shower jelly) she's OBSESSED. It's amazing how a quick gift (out of kindness) is now another product we will have to buy monthly haha genius for return on investment. She's hooked and we aim to keep her happy! Thank you guys!!
