You know how everyone always trashes Florida for its Pizza? They are referring to places like Lutina's, absolutely the worst pizza I've ever had, disgustingly over sauced with what tasted like plain tomato paste, the worst blend of cheese, the crust did not rise at all, it was miserable at best. Also ordered a chicken parm sub, disgusting, loaded with the same tomato paste as the pizza, miserable rubbery cheese, and some gross soft hot dog bun posing as Italian bread, cannot even believe a place like this survives in todays pizza snob culture, this is an embarrassment, I'm ashamed to even admit that I ate this food. I'm not even wasting my energy to take a photo of it, never again will I ever eat this, I'm actually never even driving past it again I will now go the other way around town, I want to forget this place ever existed. read more

I got take out so I didn't eat in and get the full experience but the pizza was really good! I called ahead and they said 30 minutes but when I got there early, it was ready! I have been trying to loose weight and haven't been eating pizza and so it was a big deal to bring pizza home and they did not disappoint. I got a medium veggie and a pepperoni large. Bothe had a good sauce to toppings ratio and there was the right amount of cheese. The veggie would have been better in house but it was good on the way home and the pepperoni pizza tasted like NYC pizza. My wife is a tough critic and she liked it too. read more

This was our first visit and we decided to dine in. Everything tasted great! Food was generous in size, fresh, hot and full of flavor. I ordered the medium calzone not realizing it was enough food for 3-4 people! I haven't had a calzone this delicious in 10+ years! My husband ordered the square Sicilian style and he was full off of 2 pieces. (I wish I had taken photos because we will have leftovers for a few days) Also, we noticed this place is very popular since the phone was ringing constantly with pickup and delivery orders. The only thing you'll taste is a burnt bottom and a doughy crust with uncooked cheese. What a shame . This place used to be so good. Had gone there for years.The last 2 years has turned into crap. Deliveries over an hour and food cold all the time. Then you go there instead to find unattentive staff that serve subpar foods. Pizza nothing like it used to be. The other food items half the time they dont have. Side salads came out, also good and large. Then the wait for the paninis and ziti. And the wait. And the wait. Dozens of to go orders out the door, but nothing for us. Finally the paninis came, and they're not good. One was hot, the other wasn't. Chicken breast was dry and very thin. Let me start with the cleanliness of the place. Not the best. It's Wednesday at 4:30 and there's no one here but me. Some guy just walked in with his wife I'm thinking he's the owner or manager based on how he's yelling about his staffing and using foul language in the common area of the pizza shop. 50 percent of the tables are dirty, the windows look like they haven't been washed in a year, the floors are dirty, there are flies flying around my head, the ac vents are covered in mold. Just ordered again, said 45 min, took almost an hour and 15, asked for a well done pizza - the doughy piece of garbage that showed up wasn't even fully done for a regular pizza. Doughy and awful. so me and my friends got recommended this place because it was affordable diner style Italian food. in my opinion the food was a bit overpriced but we didn't complain because we thought the food would make up for it. we were utterly disappointed the baked ziti had a very plastic taste to it. my friend was not even able to take a second bite. The customer service was good though and the girl who helped us was very kind and let my friend switch out the pasta for a slice of pizza. but other than that the food was very bland and the quality was just not there. do not recommend this place there are many other good Italian restaurants in the area. read more

The have dropped the quantities of food they serve and raised there prices even still. On two separate occasions they have burnt my pizza. I normally order from this spot because they deliver and is close to my house. I ordered some wings and my instructions were clear. The wings came dry and they only offered to send more sauce which by the time the sauce came my wings were cold. We've been goin to Lutinas for over a decade. We ordered pizzas like we do once a week. 30 mins later we get a phone call sayin they don't deliver to us. We repeat to the girl on the phone a few times that we order delivery once a week... extremely confused... the girl snaps back with don't get rude with me, etc. Then finally offers to call the owner to see if that's acceptable. The owner relays that they DO deliver to our neighborhood, but won't be delivering to us. This girl was the only one with any attitude... incredibly disrespectful. I'v heard pretty things about this place and we decided to try for lunch. XL cheese is $17.05 and when I picked it up it weighed a ton. I was disappointed in this pizza for several reasons. The quality just isn't there, way too much cheese and sauce "more isn't always better" the sauce leaves you belching a unsatisfying slight burn as long as 6 hours after you eat a few slices. How one would order in this place isn't clear upon entering; the counter staff was sitting at a table and one of them said "you have to order there" (pointing to unmanned register). We looked around, she got up to walk behind the counter and said, "what can I get you?"... I replied, "a menu"... I had a meatball sub, and she had spaghetti & meatballs (she was carb-ing up for 12 mile run the next morning). There should have been a disclaimer that these were "Super Garlic Meatballs"; the amount of garlic in these meatballs was bordering on obscene. In the sub with all that melted cheese they were edible, but sitting atop a plate of pasta, the garlic almost burned it was so abundant. FYI, a bonus for any suburbanites that like to complain unless a trough is placed in front of them, the pasta portion was enough to feed 2 adults with leftovers! We did take leftover pasta home, the meatballs were never eaten.
