LOVE! Such a great cafe in Inglewood! I was looking for a place to do some work and luckily stumbled upon Luua Caffe! The parking lot had a couple of spots but I prefer street parking to tiny lots and found a spot a few steps away. the cafe is spacious, clean, and decorated with love for the holidays. I got to meet the owner, Pedro, and he was so, so sweet and kind. The cafe stays open until 9pm a few nights a week which is amazing bc so many other places close so early. I got the Shirazi salad and the Lentil soup. The Shirazi salad was a masterpiece and the lentil soup was hearty and flavorful. I also got an oatmilk latte, which was perfectly steamed and tasted delightful. The menu was also priced extremely well! Especially for such great food and drinks. Here is where the fortune is. Today, right now, June 28, 2025, is their grand opening! Score! Starting with the coffee: I grabbed one of my usual coffee pairings. Iced almond milk latte this go around. Well well! I must say Sammy is quite the talented barista. At first sip I could recognize the skill and experience he has behind an espresso machine. The drink is delightful. Espresso perfectly drawn. The almond milk brand is a known and good brand. Coffee is easily a 9/10. One of the top spots in Inglewood on day one! It's wild. The do have options for food; you can take a looks at my menu photos. The food smells great however, that will be sampled another time. TL;dr Space is beautiful and comfortable. Coffee is dope. Came back today and despite the bad parking, I had a really good lunch that made me reconsider my review. The kabob was cooked perfectly and the rice was extremely fluffy. They also have a pink chipotle like sauce that was very good and a great addition to the plate! I was looking for a non carb option with flavor and satisfying... I def found it here!! Lettuce was clean, well trimmed and chopped. Had the Mediterranean Salad with chicken 10/10 and I will def be back for it as a wrap. Full of flavor with the pickled onions, feta and chickpeas...no dressing needed. My lunch partner had the steak wrap and it was a 10/10 with the same lettuce and the steak was tender and juicy. Either hummus or spicy mustard in the wrap made it a bit messy. The iced chai had a non-typical flavor, but was still tasty. My husband's latte fell short - he said it was more like drinking coffee than espresso.
