My son and I love this place , it's very clean and doesn't smell like feet like other spots. BUT! the one thing that it lacks is the cafe is very slow paced. If you want to eat better to order 30-40 mins before you or your little one is ready. The workers usually are in the back and it's hard to get them to focus on a task apparently because they are usually having fun back there. I've been here multiple times and ordered food multiple times and it's the same experience... It would've been 5 stars if it weren't for the slow cafe service. Otherwise the bathrooms are super duper clean and the music is at a perfect level , not annoyingly loud or obnoxious. read more

My daughter comes here weekly to play & the place is always so clean & the staff are so friendly! The day of the party I was a little concerned about the amount of time they had to clean and disinfect between parties and set up. When the party before mine ended they came in with a team, stripped everything down, disinfected, cleaned and after that we decorated with their help. We have a membership here and usually enjoy this place but I was really disappointed to get the kids all ready to come here on a Tuesday afternoon to find out that it was closed due to "cleaning". I didn't get any email notifications on closures or anything, which would have been appreciated. I had to drag disappointed and crying kids away and took them to 3 Point Play Zone instead. read more

Ok I have to write another review after I cancelled my membership 2 months ago. I cancelled the membership online as the staff told me but I still got charged for 2 extra months after the cancellation. I called and the staff said they cannot refund the 2 extra charges because her manager is not there. I asked her when the manager will be available and she said she doesn't know. So this is it. I would give a 4 star rating because some of the machines and games are a little shoddy, and don't work sometimes, but the customer service makes up for it completely. We were hosting my daughter's birthday party at Luv2Play and made a reservation about 2 month ahead. While paying for the deposit, on the first try, they said they had some issues with the credit card reader and had to charge it again. Few days afterwards, 2 charges of the deposit showed up on my credit card statement. So I called Luv2Play and told them about the double charge, they lady on the phone said she can't do anything regarding it and told me a manager will call me back to clear this up. Waited 2 days, no one called. I called back again, same thing, said someone will call me back and nothing. In total I called in 4 times, also went in in person once, no one could take care of it and no one ever contacted ne back regarding this matter. I had no choice but to contact the bank to dispute the charge. This really made me feel like they only care about getting money from customers but don't really care what happens after they collected the money. This is really unacceptable business practice. On the day of the party, everything feel so rushed, only have one hour to use the party room. We booked the Ultimate Plus packge for 20 kids and 20 adults, we got 1 pitcher of water and 1 pitcher of coke for adults to share, for that amount of people, they could of at least brought out 2 pitchers each. The girls working there was friendly and nice, however for the amount of money we paid, it's just not worth it. I would not come here again to host another birthday party. read more

We booked a private party for my sons birthday here. I talked to Carolyn, their event manager, most of the time. She was very thorough and responsive. She called me a week before the event confirm all the details. On the day of the party we were able to drop off the balloon garland before our designated party time and the staff helped us put up the garland. When we arrived for set up the staff helped me bring everything from my car inside the venue and they assisted with everything. I didn't have to do anything which worked out great since I had to feed my baby. During the party all the staff made sure my guests were served food and drinks were refilled. They also always checked on me to make sure I was good. Jovan also took pictures for us on his phone. Martin and the other staff helped served food for our guests and even packed up leftover food and cake we had. The service was beyond my imagination. I would do it all over again. We opted for the private event because they clean and sanitize the whole place before your party arrive and that is a must with Covid still going around. All the kids had a blast and did not want to leave. The birthday boy requested luv2play for his bday again next year. Special thanks to Carolyn, Martin and Jovan. Equipment is new and what really sets this place apart from other indoor playgrounds is that you actually see the staff cleaning ALL THE TIME. I wish they had more of a ball pit area. They have a small ball pit for the littles but that's about it. They should also consider a trampoline or a bounce house. The equipment they do have is sturdy, clean, and secure. After visiting randomly one day, my son wanted to have his birthday party here. So, we did last month. Our initial date had to be changed due to a majority of our party being exposed to covid. The staff was accommodating and rescheduled our date. We were charge an administrative fee as it was just a few days away. Understandable.   The Place- The play area was awesome. My kids enjoyed the play area and arcade games. The Food- Our Ultimate package included pizzas and cupcakes for 1 hour in the party room with the optional for additional hours for an extra fee, if available. We also added fruit platters and fries. The pizza was ok, the crust was dry, and the fries were a bit sogging according to some of the guests. It would have been nice if there were more food options for the party. The cleanliness- The place was clean and sanitized. The staff- The staff were great and helpful. It would have been nice if we were introduced to our party host at checked in time. I went to my nephews party here. This place is ridiculous and smells like dirty feet. First, I would like to ask why a place would charge for adults that are either handicap or over the weight limit to enter the play area & also make them wear socks? We had over 25 adults who just sat there and talked and still got charged. Second, we were assigned a host who didn't do her job, never served us or cut the cake, however was still required to pay for her services. How is this fair? I had my son's birthday party here at the Chino Luv 2 play. Let me tell you it was the BEST decision I made. First of all, for anyone who wants to plan a birthday here, the staff will pre-decorate all your tables with the theme color of your choice. I never had to lift a finger, they decorated for me and even served everyone their food. They even cut the cake and passed it out to all of my guests! They literally waited on us hand and foot! Second, the facility was very clean, the food was amazing and the manager Jovan was always checking in to make sure we were satisfied! I live near the Riverside Luv 2 Play but made it a point to drive to the Chino location because of the amazing customer service they always had given us. They made my son's birthday so awesome and made it stress free for me. No clean up, no worries about food, they accommodated all our needs. Another thing I would like to mention, is when I booked the party via telephone, the party employee called me a few days prior to make sure we had everything I requested and/or to make changes. Jungle gym was cool but their policies don't make sense and their employees were rude. I was wearing sandals so I had to purchase a pair of socks in order to enter the play area and watch my kids (never set foot inside the play area). No drinks or food allowed (including my kids water bottles) which I thought was to keep the equipment clean but they have a full snack bar serving food, juices and sodas with tables just a few feet from the jungle gym. We had the use the restrooms so we went to get our shoes but were informed that there are community slippers at the restrooms. We had to wait until people were done using the community shoes or go into the public bathroom with our socks. I interacted with a total of three employees during my experience and only one was actually friendly. The other two seemed like this job was the biggest inconvenience for them. This was our first time at Love 2 play in Chino. It was also the first time we decided to have our son's birthday anywhere other than our house. We went with the ultimate package. Our overall experience was perfect. From booking to setup to party time, the staff was great! Shout out to Nay for her help in booking, which entailed about 8 phone calls with our questions before and after booking. Our party host Megan was incredibly helpful during the 30 minutes of setup, 1 hour of food and cupcakes, setting the timeline, and cleanup. We even happened to be there when they had Santa for free photos! All Kids are allowed to play the entire day of the party! Which is great since the kids could not get enough of the playground and games. There's even two separate areas for toddlers to play safely. The whole facility felt very clean and safe. The owner even came to check on us after the party. The pizza was surprisingly delicious! Our package came with a $5 game card per child and they loved the video games, although the prizes could be a bit better. And the birthday boy gets to come back for free all month! Great place for the littles to play (and adults LOL)! I visited this super cute, really clean indoor playground for a private party for my niece. I think I overheard someone say it was a new spot, but it's clear the owners of this franchise really care about cleanliness and safety - both important when the littles are at play. I especially appreciate that they respect the mask thing - you never know who's vaccinated or who's not, so kudos! I don't know if this is at all indoor playgrounds, but it's a socks-only environment. I normally would've been a little grossed out, especially in the restrooms, but there are clean slides just outside the bathroom doors so you don't have to go in without shoes! I came to visit Lov2Play with my sister and her kids. When we came in the gentleman that checked us in, which I believe was the manager. Told me I will not be able to enter unless I purchased socks. Throughout the time I was there I observed a party going on and most of them had their shoes on or was barefoot. The same gentleman who said I had to but a pair of socks was yelling at staff who worked in the kitchen. He did this in front of customers. Being manager that was very unprofessional. Even though I felt he targeted us and felt discrimination against us, the staff was very nice and respectful. So I live in chino and heard this new indoor playground just opened. Decided to bring my daughter here to play and she definitely had a blast. Price was great and it includes 2 free entrance for adults which is a plus for parents. The place was very clean, organized and staff is consistently wiping down areas and vacuuming. The only negative thing I will say is the skinny dude with glasses who was working the snack bar. This guy either hates his job or he needs some 101 course on costumer service. He seems to not have any patience while I observed him just being annoyed and slamming things as he was preparing orders. We had our Daughter's Birthday Party here last weekend. We chose this place among others because they let the kids play in one area versus other places where they transfer the kids to a different room after some time. It was our first time to come here on the day of the party itself. When we got there, our first impression was they were organized. The computer where the waiver is at is segregated from the line to the check in. There was ample amount of space for people to take off their shoes, put them on. The Party room we rented was bigger than the other one. It was really spacious and the way they put the tables in the middle where the kids would sit is pretty cool. It kept the kids seated long. They instruct you to give the goody bags last which i felt was a great idea to avoid unnecessary mess. They provide cupcakes in the package, there was pizza, which was delicious and freshly made in their kitchen. The Venue is clean like i didn't see any corner that was dirty, considering it is a place for kids. The staff especially the owners were very nice. I must have added multiple things to my package, called them multiple times and i have not seen a frown on any of their faces, staff was outstanding and organized. The bathroom had bathroom slippers, which was really hygienic. It is a very well-kept place and spacious too. it took away my worries of hosting outside my home in fears of landing in a dirty venue. Playtime was unlimited and everyone including the parents of our party enjoyed this venue. It is a Filipino-owned Business and you can really feel the Hospitality of the owners and their genuine kindness. I would use this venue again. We had a stress-free and successful party! I had high expectation, especially after reading such rave reviews. It looked like a fun place for kids, they had everything, an all-in-one, so we figured it'll save us a lot of time and fuss to just have my son's birthday party here. There were a few party packages available to choose from and each package had a list of what was included in each; we decided on Ultimate package. We worked with Carolyn on the logistics (food/color theme, etc). She was very friendly and helpful and answered any questions we had. Now on this particular Saturday, there was a private party that would end at 1pm. Our son's party is supposed to start at 1:30PM. You only get 30 minutes to set up and 1 hour in the room but unlimited play after. I got there exactly at 1pm, walked in and there was one person at the front but she was helping another guest. She did acknowledge me which I appreciate but she could have told me to sign the waiver while I waited. After I signed the waiver, I still had to wait for someone to tell me what to do or where to go. Mind you, my 30 mins is still ticking and I have yet to step into the party room. When someone finally assisted me, she told me to walk to the back to the party room. As I was walking back, I did not see which party room was designated for my son. There were 2-3 staff members in the back, where the employee lounge was; I had to ask one of them to help me. I asked which room was for my son's and he pointed to the room that had the lights off and some other kid's name on the white board. WTF? By this time, it was passed 1:15PM. With the "Ultimate Package", you're supposed to have one staff member assist with set up. NO ONE was to be found so I had to enlist of a few of my family members to help set up. When she finally showed up to help, she had nothing with her, no tape, no plates/napkins, no supplies! In some of the photos from other guests, you see the tables set up, the kids tables had place settings and decorations. The only thing that was there were the backdrop and table cloths. That was it! I even asked if there'd be tape or scissors at least, and yes they are suppose to have that for you already. I asked if she can bring me tape since we can't hang anything on the ceiling. She was gone for a good 3-5 mins and when she came back, she did help put up some of the decorations but she was really slow. She asked when should she bring out the food, I suggested to bring it all out now since its already 1:45pm and the party is supposed to start at 1:30PM. I did not know this but they do have an intercom where you can request your guests to come to the party room at "X" time. I had to have my husband round up our guest to come to the party room. He also had to go ask them for the game cards, which should have been handed to us when we got there because it was party of the package. Which was another problem because the cards they gave us, wasn't even activated! I felt unorganized because we were trying to finish setting up while my guests were eating. How embarrassing! The assistant let us know that we need to be out of the room by 2:30pm because there's another party right after us. She asked us when should she bring out the cake. I looked at my watch and it was already 2:10PM. I told her to bring it out in 5 mins since we need to sing happy birthday, cut the cake, serve and clean up. I don't even know how they handled the cake because when she opened it, one side of the cake was messed up. The frosting was scrapped off and was on the box instead of the birthday cake. She played it off like it wasn't a big deal -_- We have toddlers! They don't eat that fast. It was all so RUSHED, we didn't get a group pictures of the kids with birthday cake because as soon as we finished singing happy birthday, the assistant, grabbed the cake and started cutting it! She served the cake and started to pack because we needed to leave the room. She said there are tables outside where we can sit and reconvene there. I honestly think she could have given me an extra 15 mins as they wasted my 15 mins when I first arrived! The next party didn't start till 3pm because I didn't see anyone come at 2:30PM like they said. I really wish I can say I had a better experience because I really wanted to like this place. But after all that mess, I would not come back. Especially for what you pay for. They charge you gratuity when I should be getting that back since I had to enlist help from my own guests! If you decide to have a party here, please make sure to pick a time where there isn't a private party before yours so you don't have to experience what I've gone through. The only reason why I gave it 2 stars vs 1 is, the food was pretty good and Carolyn was nice. The staff overall was okay, not the greatest at helping unless told/asked. If you see your guest looking lost or needing help, wouldn't you think to come and at least ASK if they need any assistance??? read more

There is a Luv to play by my house that is awesome so going to the Chino location I already had a high standard! They did not disappoint! Plenty of room to have the kids run wild and have fun! Staff walking around cleaning and wiping things down. Adults must wear masks but kids some didn't too little or what not. Bathrooms are clean and great with little stools for the kids. There are some little games for the kids to play that cost extra but are fun for them to do when they are too hot. There is three play areas for crawlers to 1 year, 1-4 year olds, and for the bigger kids. Structure supports 250lbs so most adults are able to help out or play with their kiddos.
