It seems the quality of the wash has subsided a bit in recent months with the car coming out the other side a bit less clean and without really being all that dry, understood this isn't a 15 to 20 dollar car wash too. A tip is to just bring towel to mop up the final bits. I come here weekdays sometimes when I am in the area as there is a post office right next door. During the week the basic wash is only 5 bucks and it's fast. That is hard to beat and they also offer a monthly subscription too for those wanting to run their car through often. My 7 year old loves driving through as there is something fun and amusing about trekking through one of these car washes while you are tucked inside. They even have rainbow foam on the higher level wash and wax. There are a few rows of high suction vacuum's too once your car is nice and clean. I have only had time on 1 occasion to take advantage of cleaning up the carpets. They worked great and it only took a few minutes. To recap, it's a quick, efficient, affordable way to get your car shined up a bit on the go. The pros far out way the cons for me so happy to return when I in the area. Also a quick thank you to the staff who always seem to be on top of the sometimes crowded lines. In need to wash my car and this was by far the best way to wash it here at wishy washy. Now of course, don't expect to be all dried off when you exit the car wash. Always come prepared with a towel. I brought one with me and dried whatever leftover water was on. It looks completely clean and can't wait to show off to the co-workers my clean car which is on the outside. The inside is going to be a long saturday of me putting actual effort to wash it. Now you have the choice of paying either by cash or by debit/cc. I paid by cash. Upon entering the car wash, there's an attendant who will direct your car to the chained lift that pulls your car in slowly into the car wash. That's always a plus since you go into any express car wash, it takes a while to get the wheel aligned. The price varies by what car wash you want. I decide to go $10-- and I did get my money's worth. I will be back here again once the car looks like it needs a wash. The staff here was very nice, but the machines scratched the hell out of my car. I have been trying to get in touch with management about this and to no avail. If their machines are going to damage vehicles they need to be accountable and that is not happening here. My car is brand new and did not have any scratches prior to visiting this car wash, and now there are many small and significant ones on the entire thing. Please do not go here if you have any interest and keeping your car safe. I really don't like to give negative reviews, but I'm really disappointed I just wasted $10 on a less than mediocre car wash. I came more so to self vacuum my car, since the car wash guys usually skimp out on that. I purchased the $10 deluxe wash and drove through... a quick few minutes and I'm spat out at the other end (not nearly enough dry time under the fans). I pull up to the nearest vacuums and went to work. Jk.. the vacuum suction is a joke... I pressed it directly to a dead leaf and it didn't even move it. I'm irritated and cannot imagine they have repeat customers. Then, the best part... I get home, take the tape off of my rear antenna and the entire back half of my car is dirty... not just dirty but DUSTY, meaning it wasn't even touched I will not be coming back. I'd give a 4.5 if I could. I washed my car here around 6pm on a Sunday. Not busy at all. I got the basic $6 wash and it came out pretty good. Workers were friendly and I think it's a pretty convenient set-up with the way you go in then loop back around to the vacuum area. There are plenty of vacuums on both sides of the car so no problem reaching all areas of my car. Trash cans located nearby. Not a 5 star just because I used a couple of the vacuums and they're not that strong. BTW, you do normally have to towel off your own car after washing no matter how you do it or where you go. So if you have some smears here and there, that's to be expected. That being said, my car looked pretty good even though I didn't dry off my car with a towel. :) read more

None of the vacuums work and it doesn't not wash the car right! Your car will come out dirty and trust me when I say this none of the employees care. Machines do not work right and one time I noticed the machine was low on soap and hardly sprayed any on the car. Gas station express washes do a better job and vacuums actually work. read more

I'm giving this two stars since the car wash itself was ok. The customer service is horrible! The exit sign is broken and says to wait. It never changes. When I tried to ask if I should exit they yelled at me for not exiting. I stopped at the office to let them know the sign was broken and was told that I was not paying attention. Navigating in and around is also a little difficult with all the narrow paths and fencing. If they would improve their customer service I might consider going back. I had just bought a monthly pass and was advised all I needed to do was to drive up to the arm and it would raise for me to let me in, so that's exactly what I did. I sat there a good 5 minutes waiting for the arm to raise but it never did and cars were behind me. An aggressive Asian lady started pounding on my window screaming that I needed to back up and give her my membership number. I advised her there was a car behind and asked if she could write the number down. She advised she couldn't and stated that the other lane that is blocked off is the one that has the arm that auto lifts and for the lane I was in you have to stop at the window and give your membership number. It would have been nice if they would have told me that when I bought the membership. She said I will make it easy on you and she canceled my membership for no fault of mine. Really deserves 0 stars for false advertising and stealing money from many hard working people. I paid $12 dollars for "the works" and reserved the worse car wash. All the things it advertise for the scope of work was false, I pretty much got the regular express wash. My tires were not shined. My car was still drenched with water. I really doubt I got hot wax. Major price hike - Starting June 1, not only is the company increasing its monthly subscription price by $10 from $25 to $35, but it is stopping unlimited monthly washes, which was technically one wash per day, and replacing it with 8 washes in total per month. This place is good for the type of car wash it is. It's not a hand wash, so don't come here expecting your car will come out looking brand new. They have four different washes that you can choose from, prices are $6, $8, $10 and $12 and they all come with free vacuum and they have a $4 special on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Crappy service. Had my car cleaned there twice and the same thing happened. The first time the attendant aligned my vehicle incorrectly and had my car zip on through way too fast and blamed me. Barely washed my car that day. The second time the same thing happened. Zipped on through too fast on the track and only got soap on my car with no wash. Very fast and convenient way to get a wash. Your expectation should not exceed what an express wash can offer. You get what you pay for. Honestly for $5-$6 i'm satisfied by the wash and any drying issues usually towards the rear of the car I can take care of myself. What it does do well is clean your wheels. I drive a subaru brz and my car has soft paint. I am aware that washes like these can and will leave swirl marks on your car. So it's not the fault of the wash since any machine wash will do the same thing. Only way to avoid blemishes is to get a hand wash. read more

I purchased the monthly membership and it works well with my schedule. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because I feel the dryer component needs to improve.
