Just recently took my mom to get nails done. I always come here but never felt this much disrespect by the staff! My mom got her nails done and as soon as she walked out of the nail shop her nail polish started coming off peeling off! It was horrible and she got it done for a wedding purposes. So I took her back the next day to get it fixed. As soon as we told the lady this happened. They talk. she gets done gel or regular they shouldn't making comments ohh it's regular that's why it's coming off and all! If it came off within few hours then it's there fault. On top of that the whole staff talking in there own language and I can literally feel that they are talking about me and my mom and starting at us. Also she brought nail polish from home and while I was waiting for my mom I was just putting it on my daughters hand and all the staff members looked and started talking again and one of the staff members comes and ask if I borrowed there? I said no we brought it from home even thought I told the lady already about it! This is ridiculous and I am so disrespected by this gesture. I have been coming to this place since past 5 years but from now on I won't! Say whatever you want to say on the face but do no talk in your own language and make someone feel low! Regardless whatever nails we get done we are paying for it and atleast want it to last 3 days atleast if not more! But no one have right to disrespect. BLOODY AND PAINFUL: I got a fill-in with gel color done last weekend and it was a manicure from HELL. My nail tech Wendy TORE UP my cuticles. I told her I was experiencing pain and she just kept apologizing. After the torture to my cuticles, she applied some stuff that made it sting so badly. I was on the verge of crying. The gel color is also streaky. The WORST part of this experience is that the OWNER looked at my nails and her excuse was "when it's cold outside, the skin in more prone to be dry and break." She never apologized or anything else. I paid FULL PRICE for this god awful service. Dont waste your time here unless you enjoy pain and streaky nail color. read more

I will not be back here. I went in to have SNS nails removed and a basic manicure. The only "manicure" that happened was me washing my own hands in the sink to remove the acetone from the SNS removal before they painted my nails. They asked my to pay halfway through the service and refused to finish until I did. They did not ask anyone else in the salon to do this. My nails are uneven and there is still old nail glue stuck under my nails from the SNS. I left with my hands visibly dry and peeling. My hands are in worse condition now then before I went. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

Everything I look for in a nail salon. Clean, friendly, quality services, esthetically pland fairly priced. They were quick without rushing and I didn't need to wait at all even though they were busy. They were not pushy on upselling their services. Nail tech Ivy took off my SNS and gave me a simple gel manicure and my nails look great. I didn't get the young man's name that did my pedicure but he did great too! I went here while on vacation since it was new and close the the nail place I normally go in Lilburn. The owner checked me and convinced me to try powder color. I should mention that I HATE gel or acrylic, so I asked the owner if it would be anything like gel and she said no. The girl did an okay job, she was nice but made me bleed on two nails. She finished the polish of with gel so my nails ended up being superrrrrr thick and uneven. Since it's gel I can't get it to come off. I wish I had just got simple polish. Update: I just spent 40 minutes at a local nail salon trying to get this polish off. In the end they charged me double their typical polish-removal fee due to the labored process. When the owner sold me on this polish she said it was very easy to take off. read more

They have astounding customer service the moment you walk in the door, you are instantly greeted and asked what services you would like done. Ive visited this salon twice and have had great service and have not ever had to wait, even though I did not have an appointment. I had SNS nails done once, and a gel manicure on another visit. When I got home from my gel manicure I noticed that the top coat looked a bit lumpy, like the product was running low in the bottle. I went back the following day and was helped very quickly. Tina, the manager got me back quickly and applied another top coat, No questions asked, and it looks great. Will be back. read more

I'm usually satisfied enough with their work. However, the manager or owner...whoever she is did my nails this time. She was so busy the whole time! Watching the other technicians, telling them what to do, watching the store...she scared me a few times while doing my nails because she wasn't even looking while using the tools!! When you pay so much for nails, you expect a technician that gives you a little bit of attention...or enough to look at your nails while they're doing them! And she's extremely obsessed with you wanting to like their Facebook page, she will literally snatch your phone out of your hands so she can like the page and mark it as "see first" on your profile. Run! Run far away from this place. Extremely rude. Apparently they look down on acrylic nails. They have this woman working, I believe her name is Tina. She is like the pit boss. She asked me 3 times if I had been there before. Which I have. My nails look awful, the tech (Kim) didn't put a base coat on, and they are not even (very jagged edges and should have been filed better). I am scared to even say anything negative because of how aggressive they are here. I would be afraid the pit boss would try to fight me. They get super defensive. I felt extremely rushed there towards the end, I guess since they were getting busy they needed to rush me out to get to the next dollar. I asked for a fill in (acrylic) and gel polish, along with a pedicure. While I was getting my pedicure I noticed 4 other women getting their nails done as well. So I asked my tech if those women had appointments? (Since I was there long before them, they should have started my nails first) Apparently nobody wants to do acrylic anymore. They only want to push the SNS, which is garbage here, I got the SNS done my first trip here, and it didn't even last a week before it started peeling. No thanks, I'll stick to the tried and true. Magically when I said something, a guy appeared to take my gel polish off. (Funny how that works). I let it go. Whatever, I won't come back again. Kim finishes rushing through my nails, and then dumps a gallon of oil on my fingers and yells at me to go wash my hands. I get to the register, and there's pit boss. Waiting to lecture me about how only certain technicians do certain things, and that when they are busy they can't do 2 things at the same time........(Really? Because there's 4 people getting nails and toes done at the same time as we speak) The last time I went the pit boss asked me about Facebook. Yes, because they force their facebook page down your throat. I told her, I already follow you on Facebook. She looked at me and said "Are you sure?" Really??? Again, I just let it go. It's not worth it. They won't be getting anymore of my time or money. read more

I was definitely hesitant to come here because it wasn't rated as high as another salon close by that I did not have a good experience at. Upon walking in, it was so big and spacious and CLEAN and I was greeted instantly by a very hospitable host. I was offered water or coke as well. Then the amount of SNS colors sold me. I am a patron for life now. I'm very particular about the whole polish change process. I hate to soak or try the cotton ball and foil method; they didn't make me soak for very long and gently filed the glue off. They shaped my nails how I wanted and didn't object like most salons do. (Why does no one want to do a short slight coffin shape?) It's not too thick, it's not too thin, and my tech put on extra stuff to take care of the health of my nails. Everyone was so kind and the manager or owner made sure to inform me of their discount days or days when they have free or discounted wine. Overall, great experience. I'm glad I took a gamble and I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area. read more

Nice and clean. You will be pushed to get SNS nails but it's worth it! I love that the pedicure bowls have the plastic protectors. Kelly, LV, and Cece do great work! Wine on weekends is always nice. I wish they had the pedicure chairs for the little customers but they try to accommodate them with more pillows to reach the tub. Wax services are awesome also. Weekdays before 5pm are your best bet to get in and out. Lots of colors and options. Definitely a great nail salon! read more

Pedicure was fine. She actually did a wonderful job. There was a bit of a language barrier and she got assistance. The concern is that I asked if they had latex-free gloves due to a latex sensitivity. The technician was given a different pair of gloves but the redness, tingling, and puffiness on my feet tell me that they contained latex. The technician changed gloves and I took the time to ask...next time I will have to see the packaging. -Nine hours later skin still tingles. read more

Was trying to find a new place to get my nails done and thought I'd give this place a try. I didn't schedule an appointment so I went almost right when they opened. They definitely know how to deck out the place for the holiday season. Everything was super festive and Christmasy. No one seems to have come in for work yet expect maybe one person and someone I'm assuming is an owner or part owner. I saw a picture on their yelp that I really wanted for myself which was a glow in the dark nails. Pretty sure the photo I showed them from their yelp page might be a stock photo. I usually get acrylic nails which is what I said I wanted to do when I got there so someone started to put the tips on for me. Employees started to come in so the person I assumed was the owner let another lady continue my nails. I showed her and the person before what I wanted and the lady doing my nails seems confused. She went to ask another lady which again I assume was the owner since she was walking around making sure everything was okay. They said it was an ombré nail design and wouldn't work with acrylic nails. That was peculiar since I can do ombré on my own nails with regular nail polish. They suggested I get SNS which I knew was more expensive but I thought I would splurge since they kept pushing it on me and saying it was better. Everything continued to go smoothly until she said what shape I wanted my nails. I said coffin and she said that was another $3 charge. That's fine cause I was already paying so much anyways but never heard of a place charging to shape your nails. Continuing with the nails she started to talk to the owner in Vietnamese and after that the lady said that she needed to charge me an extra $2 bring my total to $50. Overall the nails seem fine, I like it but looks exactly like acrylic nails but more expensive without an explanation. The lady who did my nail was super nice and did a good job. read more

This is a fairly new place in the plaza, apparently close to one year. I've come here twice now since it's not a far drive from where I live. I understand that they're new so they kind of promote a lot such as liking Facebook pages, entering in contests. But I just want to get a relaxing pedicure. Reasonably priced, pedicures are not that bad. Of course, they'll try to get you to get a higher priced option like any other nail salon around. But the interior is nice and the techs cater to the customer. I'd just advise to be firm with what you want. I've gotten SNS nails here done before, which they also promote a lot, and I wasn't a fan because after it was done, I had a lot of glue residue under my nails. I told my tech who did them that there's still some glue underneath my nails and she tried to get it out. Eventually she told me it'll come out if you wash your hands. It didn't come out immediately but over time it did with some elbow grease. Anyways, I'd recommend going here but expect to be bombarded with promotion. For me, it's nbd because I understand it's their first year and they want to make sure they get some customers since their location can't be seen off the street so easily unless you pull into the plaza. read more

I went to this nail salon for a few months. I always asked for SNS and thought that was what I was getting and paying for. I went to a nail salon while I was out of town and told them I wanted SNS again and they were confused because I had acrylic on my nails! Lux nails has been telling me I was getting SNS when they have been using acrylic! I just recently started getting my nails done so I would not know the difference. However, there is a price difference and acrylic is bad for your nails so I am very upset that they have been lying to me! I will not be returning to this salon!! read more
