I contacted Knick once I knew my new WRX was coming in. I told him I was looking at options for a clear bra and he went over all of the options and the reasoning behind them. He even offered to come check out the car once it was delivered to the dealership! Even though I gave him short notice on the delivery, Knick was able to squeeze me in a few days after for the clear bra. He peeled off the plastic and checked for any imperfections before he started to work on it. After dropping of the car, Knick even sent progress pictures throughout the day. In the evening I went to go pick up my car and he walked me through all the parts that were done and even gave tips on how to keep my car looking good for a long time. This is the only detail/paint correction place I've been to that didn't scratch my car and leave swirl marks. I took my Jet Black BMW here to remove concrete and deep scratches from 5 panels. Knick really took his time to talk to me about my wants and needs, and gave me a VERY organized and professional line-item bid categorized by panel. He worked on it for a day and a half, and when I picked it up the car looked better than when I bought it. Did I mention the color is Jet Black? You see every little imperfection in this paint, but Knick killed it. He is the only one I will ever take another car to. With all of this, you'd expect someone of this caliber to be ridiculously expensive, but my quote was very reasonable and even cheaper than half of the other places I went. No one pays attention to detail like Knick. Knick's assistant Maribel is very pleasant to talk to, and very organized too. Can't say enough good things about this place! Recently bought a 14 Evo and saw Ceramic Pro on Instagram and from then on I knew that's what I wanted but, I had no idea how it worked or what it was exactly. If you want the best, this is it. Knick is a perfectionist. He's smart, he's professional, and he is very, very good at what he does. He did a beautiful job detailing my car when I first relocated back to California from Hawaii. There were a lot of salt stains, scrapes and dings, but when it was done the surface was as smooth as glass. Fast forward to a week after the car was detailed... I was driving to the desert and got a flat... in the middle of a sandstorm. The entire vehicle body had divots from sand pelting at the paint, and Toyota recommended a body shop they regularly use for repainting. I (foolishly) accepted their assurance that the body shop does good work, but after picking the car up I saw that there was a significant amount of "orange peel," drips, "fish-eye" divots in the paint from contaminates, milky areas from over-sanding, and splotchy colors on the lower portions where they likely thought I might not have noticed (or they didn't care to notice themselves). When I contacted the manager, I sensed I was being handled like a "dumb girl" who didn't know what she was talking about. He humored me nonetheless, and said to bring the car back for him to "look at," though he clarified that he thought the paint job "looked great" the first time he saw it. Before I went back to the shop, it occurred to me that I should have Knick check the car over to give me his opinion on the paint job. I gave him a call the day before my appointment to bring the car back into the body shop, and he squeezed me into his schedule. He went over every detail of the car with a flashlight, pointing out things I might have never noticed-- swirl marks, scratches, areas that weren't even painted, mismatched colors... I had gotten screwed by the body shop. When I went back to the body shop the next day, the manager initially tried to sell me on the idea that "this is normal for black cars." Armed with the knowledge that Knick dropped on me, I knew exactly what was reasonable to expect, and I was able to confidently and clearly point out evidence of the sloppy work. I did not back down, and eventually the manager conceded that he was "embarrassed he let the car leave his shop in such poor condition." I don't care so much whether the manager's "embarrassment" was sincere- what I care about is that they repainted my car again and this time is was done RIGHT, thanks to Knick's help. When it comes to my car, I want the people who work on it to be obsessive perfectionists. Add professionalism and integrity to the mix, and you've got Knick. read more

They come out to your location and with magic tools take your dirty car to the next level of spotless clean! And without leaving a drop of water or mess on the ground. Not sure how that works but in underground parking that's a good thing. If you want to really protect your car we went the next step with the ceramic coating inside and out. This protects the car. Our car finish is like glass so ask to see their YouTube on it. It's worth the money but don't have anyone else do it. We felt safe trying something new because Eco Luxury knew all the details of the product and brought the car back safe and done. I wouldn't trust just anyone with this car. A year ago, I did something I thought I'd never do - I bought a black car. For me, this was a challenge because I like to keep my stuff looking as good as possible and I'm observant so I notice blemishes or issues when they occur. After seeing how rough even a "premium" car wash was on my previous cars, I knew I needed someone who actually cares to wash my new car. About 5-6 months ago, I got referred to Knick at Eco Luxury Detail by a friend. I began a weekly wash schedule with him at my home. It isn't cheap, although it isn't extortionate either, and I always end up feeling that I received my money's worth as they take their time washing and cleaning my car inside and out. They've been reliable, which is important to me, and most importantly, they are gentle with my car. They use new/newish micro fiber cloths, they don't lean all over the car, they don't wear jewelry or harsh clothing or accessories, they don't scrape up the door sills/upholstery or seats as they get in/out of the car, and they don't rush the job. Black being black, sometimes very fine, extremely light scratches visible under only certain lighting may occur (simply from dust under the cloth or something similar), but these have been kept to a minimum. If ever a particular tiny blemish irritates me, I just point it out and they make it go away immediately. The car looks great when they are finished. A few months ago, I decided to have the car polished and a coating applied. I was deciding between Eco Luxury Detail and a business associate of mine. I decided to give my associate the business to help him and his business. It turned out to be a mistake. The polish was spotty and uneven, with some areas barely polished if at all, and the coating, while very glossy, has not provided the protection I had hoped for. In the meantime, Knick was gracious, learning how to care for my car with a competitor's coating on it, and even applying the necessary maintenance product a couple months later. My close friend had Eco Luxury Detail do a polish and nano coating on two of his cars, and after seeing the results, I very much wish I had gone with Knick and Eco Luxury Detail. The polish/paint restoration was complete and even throughout the car, and while I haven't seen the protection of the coating, it is advertised as being stronger than my coating, while still having a great look. When it comes time to renew my polish/coating, I will be giving my business to Eco Luxury Detail, and in the meantime will be trusting them with my weekly wash business.
