In addition, the issues happening constantly were the scheduling: a different time every 2 weeks, and except for one cleaner most of the time, a different "trainee" with her each time. Sometime a very rushed cleaning. Brenda wanted to charge me $45 extra to clean my refrigerator. It's just my husband and myself, plus 2 cats, we aren't dirty people with a big dirty house. Andrew cleaned the balcony top to bottom including the railing and glass walls, then he proceeded to clean the windows inside and out. He cleaned under the bed, removed the air vent to clean it and even fixed the trash bin lid for me. All the utensils and dishes were washed in the dishwasher without rinsing, so they were spotty and had food residue. They required a good hand washing. Alex was up to the task and made everything sparkly and new. She took care to put everything back exactly where I requested. She somehow cleaned the stainless steel fridge without streaks, made the bed perfectly and even folded the TP and put a fancy seal on it. They both worked magic on removing spots from curtains, the couch, the rug, the walls and more. They worked consistently, quickly and efficiently for many hours and were sure to ask if they could do more before they left. I would highly recommend them for doing a clean exactly as requested.
