This guy knows what he's doing! We took our hard drive to be recovered after if crashed. The place we took it to said they could not do it but they knew a guy that could. This hard drive had all of our customers jobs/info on it from the previous 5 years. So we called this guy and he says he could do it for $1800! 5 stars is not enough for the quality, pricing, and speed of this place. I made a huge mistake and knocked over my Xbox series x which destroyed my hdmi port and according to Microsoft it would be a $300 fix taking 1-2 months. Other repair shops nearby me said it would be anywhere between $100-$250 taking 1-2+ weeks and that they had never done this repair before. The owner of Luxe Tech Repairs, who is extremely polite and knowledgeable by the way, charged me less than almost every other quote I got and when I came in for a free diagnostic he told me he could have it ready by the end of the SAME day. I searched and searched for a quality screen replacement service after having some disappointing experiences at the mall kiosks with some of my earlier iPhones. In an effort to get the OLED screen on my XS repaired without having to sell a kidney, I figured I would try to find someone who could do the job right with aftermarket parts. Luxe was very quick to get back to my request for a quote and the price quoted seemed almost too good to be true compared to what I would pay through Apple. Knowing how much I relied on my phone, Luxe was quick to schedule me for a time that worked best with my schedule. On the day of the appointment, I unexpectedly had to modify the appointment time. I was accommodated without any grief. It took only 20 minutes for the repair to be completed and my XS looked as beautiful as it did the day I bought it. The new OLED screen has an incredible picture and the touch function works perfectly! The same couldn't have been said for past experiences with previous phones and other repair shops. I'm comforted knowing that this repair comes with a 3 month warranty should the phone develop a problem down the road.
