I went here to get my lash extensions removed. The lady was really nice when I first came in, but…read moreonce she put the remover on my lashes, she went straight onto TikTok Live and basically stopped paying attention to me. The remover was left on way too long, and at one point she came over and rubbed it into my lashes with her bare fingers. After sitting there for around 15 minutes, I finally had to call her over and ask how much longer it would be. She then started removing my lashes rather aggressively and got the remover in my eyes. It burned so badly that I couldn't keep bear it and had to sit up and it was just awful and i was cursing and all this things because of how bad it was. She tried wiping it away with a wet cotton pad, but it just made the burning worse (mixing the water and the BURNING solution into my eye). I ended up having to go into their bathroom to rinse my own eyes out, and the bathroom was honestly disgusting so that sucked too. The craziest part is she didn't even remove all of my lash extensions. She charged me $25 like everything was fine and didn't apologize once. I sat in my car for a few minutes, and the more I thought about it, the more I realized I shouldn't have paid for a service that wasn't even completed and left me in so much pain. I went back inside to ask for a refund, and she immediately started arguing with me. She kept saying the burning was "normal." I've had my lashes done and removed before, and this was way beyond normal irritation. Her only solution was to have me sit back down so she could finish removing them, which I obviously wasn't comfortable with after what had just happened.When I asked to speak to someone else, she said she was the manager. She just stood there asking me what I wanted, and when I asked for a refund, she shrugged and refused. I honestly don't know if they're properly trained or certified to be doing lash removals. Leaving chemicals on while you're distracted on TikTok Live, using your bare hands around someone's eyes, and sending someone home with lashes still on after getting remover in their eyes is completely unacceptable. I definitely won't be coming back and will be escalating this issue to the city. Such a terrible attitude for 25 dollars, they must be desperate.

It did take longer than the average set of lashes but that is expected for a good set of lashes. Sandra took her time to ensure that the lashes were done correctly and I never felt rushed. I waited till the next morning to give more feedback to see if the lashes would stick together but to my surprise I found them looking perfect when I woke up. I also noticed that no lashes have fallen out in my sauna time. Yes I know I am not supposed to do that but how am I suppose to know if they are durable or not? I went in this week for a manicure and a pedicure. Basic polish no gel. I got the most basic…read moreservices for both. While I will say this included some nice amenities with the pedicure like a leg scrub in the hot towel steam, I cannot speak for the quality of the actual polish and work done by the technician. This is probably the worst overall nail product. I've been left with from a salon appointment. The nails are textured and peeling three of them have already peeled off. When I paint my nails at home, I can usually keep the polish on for about two weeks and this hasn't made it three days. The workers were very nice, and overall the salon was relatively clean, but I will not be returning. When the bottle of white that I chose was starting to run a little dry, a different white was substituted for one nail and, to me, the difference is stark. Overall, the service took about two hours which surprised me because with a basic mani pedi typically you're out much quicker than that. The technician started over on my nails multiple times, completely removing all polish, to try again, which was odd to me. From the pictures you can see that the final product I was left with was very bubbly and uneven. I paid $60 in total and the value was very much not worth it.

I raised concerns during the appointment and asked for fixes multiple times. At a certain point, it's not on the client to keep repeating themselves--the technician should take responsibility. She was also watching a show during the service, which didn't help. Saying I confirmed satisfaction at the end ignores that I was being polite after already voicing frustration as I didn't ask for a discount or anything. I spoke to the front desk because nothing was actually addressed the front desk because of the unpleasant experience I had. Then dissatisfaction with my actual nails. Which is shat anyone would do. Also I didn't trust the hygiene after I used the bathroom causing me to find a reason to cancel my pedi. You shouldn't defend these nails. Please be for real. These are absolutely undeniably trash.
