5 Stars - Best Collision Shop Experience Ever! After getting quotes from multiple auto body shops $2,500, $2,800, and even $5,000 just to repair my right fender. I decided to keep looking. That's when I came across Luxury Auto Collision on Washington, and I'm so glad I did. Not only did they give me the most affordable price, but the service was professional from start to finish. I dropped off my Camry on a Thursday morning, and by Tuesday evening it was ready (I picked it up Wednesday). That's an impressively quick turnaround compared to other shops I've dealt with. Juan, who helped me, was extremely kind and reassuring, letting me know I had nothing to worry about. He was absolutely right when I got my car back, it looked flawless. The paint matched perfectly, the repair was seamless, and you'd never know the car was damaged in the first place. Another impressive fact: they also work with the Audi dealership in Santa Monica, which tells me they're trusted by luxury brands too. I don't know what happened with the few negative reviews, but my personal experience has been nothing short of excellent. Do not use this body shop!!! This shop cuts corners on the work done to your car and presents it as everything was done properly. Your car will sit outside for days without being worked on, they break parts on the car and cover it up, they don't blend paintwork properly, they use the wrong shades of paint, and their finished product will have tons of flaws. The owner Daniel Vargas is extremely disrespectful and will sweet talk you at first and then when you get a second opinion on their work after the fact you will be blown away by how bad it is. Stay away from this shop at all costs. Fraudulent business and they will lie about the work being done to your vehicle. read more

I had such a genuinely great experience here. The two gentlemen who helped me were some of the nicest people I've met in a long time -- welcoming, honest, and just really good humans. They previously did work on my boyfriend's car and when I got in my accident my boyfriend immediately said this was the shop to go to. They made everything feel easy and stress-free from the start. The work was done incredibly fast, which I appreciated so much, and everything turned out great. You can tell they truly care about their customers and take pride in what they do. Very poor customer service. My car was taken here by M&M Towing Bros. after being involved in an auto accident. Ever since my car got to the collision shop, everything has gone down hill. At one point, "Alex" even refused to return my car back to me. This collision shop does very questionable moves. $4,400+ in fees, with no work done! My Tesla was taken here by M&M Towing Bros after a rear end accident. Refused to release car to my Insurance within reasonable time. These people and the towing company worked together to take advantage of me when I wasn't in my best mind right after the accident and had to go to the ER. Tried to charge over $7,000 for storing my car for 7 days after 4 days of additional delays caused by them. My insurance ended up having to pay over $4,400 just to get my car out of their hands. No repairs or anything was done. The only thing they did was provide a bloated estimate for repairs ($9,000 in parts, $21,000 in labor). Understand the car did not start, but it was able to roll on all 4 wheels. It was winched onto the flatbed tow truck without issue. On top of the $895 towing fee and $195/day storage fees, bogus fees included to bloat his bill: $450 winch fee, $450 fork lift fee, $350 hazmat fee (for an electric car), $300 after hours fee (Accident happened at 1pm, drop off should be no later than 3 or 4 pm), $250 gate fee, $300 admin fee, and more. He claims he is a Tesla Certified Body Shop - Untrue. He claims he is a Police Impound. - I have submitted this for inquiry with the LAPD. So is this a storage lot for Teslas, a body shop, or an impound? All I see is this company is looking for ways for victims to commit fraud. Run, do not walk, away from this place! My Hyundai was broken into in an attempt for the thieves to steal it. Thankfully I had just had my SUV serviced and received the anti-theft software update. Although it wasn't stolen my passenger windows were shattered and my ignition was torn apart. The owner, Monsar was very pleasant and also a lifesaver. Not only did he tow my SUV immediately, he also worked with my insurance adjuster to work out the details and settle everything. Also, Bella was very pleasant and helpful as well. Each time I called, she was very polite, which eased my anxiety about my situation and made me feel understood. I was in a rear end accident on 10/3/22, 3 car accident i was in the front. The car who was at fault was totaled and had to be towed. The tow that was on scene came up to me in the middle of exchanging insurance with the driver at fault, told me to get off so and so exit to pop out my trunk. I had my 3yro son with me at the time and he said something about my gas tank. Obviously i was still shook about the accident and believed him. He ended up showing up to the location and told me he had called a tow truck to tow my car and requested an uber. He said my car was going to be taken to a HONDA COLLISION CENTER, and that honda would give me a rental. BS! I got home started my claim w the insurance and felt sketchy once the insurance couldn't locate where my car was. The receipt was bogus the numbers were bogus! I had to find their number on the FMCSA! The place my car was at was in fact NOT A HONDA COLLISION CENTER! But this stupid auto shop!! I called to tell them im picking up my car around 2 something in the afternoon, accident happened around 8:30am that same day, and he said it was $745 to take my fking car out!! I did speak to him very disrespectful i acknowledge but looking at it now these people are a scam! They take advantage of the situation people are in! The accident happened in El Monte, and my car was towed deep in Los Angeles about 45 mins away! The funny thing is after i called this shop, someone from "State Farm" called me claiming to be the estimator assigned, i called state farm back and they said they haven't even started any investigation since i just opened the claim and no one was assigned! I called "Alex" back and told him and he shrugged it off. Obviously they wanted me to keep my car there longer so they can try and collect more $$! Im reporting this shop to the BBB! $745 to tow a car after they said it was "Free", these people are scam artist, it cost more to tow my car than to tow a semi truck! read more

This has to be the worst place in all of LA..... to begin with they cannot guarantee that your vehicle will be parked inside the facility. The place looks sketchy. Its being "remolded" as they work on cars. Something is completely off and the neighborhood isn't exactly the best. I had to drive to the end to turn around and noticed a bunch of cars outside with missing bumpers, headlights and half assed primer. I have never seen that! I took my car to a real certified Tesla repair shop- Paulees. If you go Tesla Collision support it will give you the listings of approved shops. Don't risk it with these chop shops! read more
