My boyfriend decided to help them because we had a lot of stuff, it took way over the three hours, if my boyfriend had not helped them, it would've taken way longer. Missing a bunch of items, they didn't even fully unwrapped some of the furniture and left some of their moving blankets here. Tried to call and ask about the missing stuff never got a call back. My stuff is broken. My boyfriend tipped them a lot without my knowledge, and I wish he wouldn't have, but he was trying to be nice in the moment, but on further inspection, they didn't deserve it Definitely not going to use the surface again and definitely not going to recommend it to anyone, it wasn't cheap and they did a bad job.

I have referred them to many of my friends, colleges and clients. They will come and give you an estimate and will (for a little more) even pack you up. They NEVER broke a thing. From the beginning, Eric was incredibly kind, professional, and easy to work with. He initially had me upload photos and videos of everything I needed moved so he could provide an estimate. A few days before my move, after I had already moved many of the smaller items myself, I was able to update the photos and videos. Eric reviewed the updated inventory and actually reduced the cost of my move to reflect the smaller workload. I really appreciated that honesty and flexibility. Communication throughout the process was excellent. Melissa was always responsive, answered my questions promptly, and made scheduling easy. Moving is always stressful, but the team helped make the day much easier. They were careful with my belongings, worked efficiently, and one thing I especially appreciated was that they assembled my beds before leaving. After a long moving day, knowing I had a bed ready to sleep in that night took a huge weight off my shoulders. The company name really fits. They helped make what is typically a very stressful experience feel much more manageable. We arranged a long distance move which required the…read morecrew to drive up to Fresno, pack my elderly mom's furniture (many old fashioned heavy pieces), and drive back down to SoCal. We had a two-destination drop off. The guys at Noble executed the move perfectly. All items wrapped and cared for. We used Noble again a week later to deliver misc items to our son an hour away from us in LA (local move). They came on time and again another flawless move. My husband and I appreciate the care taken, the friendliness of the guys, and most of all our stuff was moved well. Would definitely call again for anymore moving needs here or out of state.

Friendly, super upbeat, professional, efficient, honest, and priced nicely. No surprises. The way moving should be. They have their own truck. None of this haphazard renting of a truck just before the job. The truck comes fully equipped, complete with a killer platform liftgate--largest I've ever seen a mover use. They come with everything they need. Including their own strength and vigor. It was Noah and Akeem. They were fast but didn't rush or do anything sloppily. They had a particular difficult job, packing and moving an elderly person who had become a hoarder. Not the nicest situation, but they handled it like champs with no complaining or snide comments. We gave them a video of the room they were moving and they were pretty close time-wise to the estimate. They had to discard some old furniture, break down several things, and pack a lot of things too. The move was from Anaheim to Thousand Palms, CA (near Palm Springs). They very quickly unloaded the truck at a storage facility there. I give them my highest recommendation to anyone who has to move in this tri-county area. The company is also a member of BNI, and BNI member business have some pretty high standards. These guys met and exceeded those standards. Just outstanding.

They had very pleasant attitudes and were extremely efficient at packing and unpacking the moving truck. We also had a lot of junk to haul, and were planning to look around on Yelp. During the move I asked the guys if they also hauled junk, which they do. We were so happy with them during the move that we just scheduled them to come haul the junk a few days later. They sent Geo and Jeremiah to haul the junk, and again they were fast, efficient, and had amazing attitudes. After my experience I would definitely use and recommend them for moving and junk hauling. During our most recent move (a 1,000 sq. ft. condo and full garage), the movers argued with each other throughout the day, and one mover spoke nonstop about his personal life, which made an already stressful day feel chaotic and unprofessional. They repeatedly complained about the amount of items to be moved, despite the size of the condo being modest. The move took significantly longer than expected. More concerning, they failed to remove numerous items from the garage -- including multiple boxes and other belongings -- which we did not discover until after a very long day when we returned to the property to turn in the keys. We then had to spend over four additional hours making repeated trips in a small sedan to retrieve everything that had been left behind. They also left a marble dresser top (which is not easily moveable due to weight, which is probably why it was left behind) and a 16" x 4" cylindrical item. The owner initially stated he would arrange to pick them up. However, when I followed up, I was told I would be charged a three-hour minimum for them to retrieve items that their crew failed to load in the first place. This experience reflects a serious decline in professionalism, accountability, and customer service. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend this company. Oh, and the owner closed his convo with "God bless", lol.
