Awesome experience with the crew from Noble. We arranged a long distance move which required the crew to drive up to Fresno, pack my elderly mom's furniture (many old fashioned heavy pieces), and drive back down to SoCal. We had a two-destination drop off. The guys at Noble executed the move perfectly. All items wrapped and cared for. We used Noble again a week later to deliver misc items to our son an hour away from us in LA (local move). They came on time and again another flawless move. My husband and I appreciate the care taken, the friendliness of the guys, and most of all our stuff was moved well. first of all i had to really calm myself down before i wrote this review.as a former small business owner,i know that we need to support each other.noble is a family owned business.josh the owner came to my house ,looked into all the rooms,closets,shed and the garage. josh was informed that we had 42 years of stuff.josh was also informed that i had offsite 10x20 storage shed filled with boxes.josh left and then sent me a email with the estimate of cost for the move $7902.50,i asked josh if was sure that everything would fit in a 26 foot truck,josh assured me that it all would fit,josh said they know how to pack the truck,i asked him again and josh said it would fit josh said trust me,so i believed him(he has years of experience). the day of the move josh and his crew went over to the storage unit and loaded up all boxes.when we got to my house he all of sudden said that all of our belongings would not fit in (1) truck that he needed to get another 26 foot truck,which now cost me double the price.i was not very happy at that point,but i had no choice but to proceed with the packing/loading at which time after loading most of everything,i had a van that i rented for ($200.00)i asked him if they could load the items on the moving truck,plus what i had loaded on the back of my pickup truck.josh said they did not have enough room,at that time i was really pissed off.the workers did not finish till after 4:30 pm,and we still had items left that would not fit in the van.($200.00 wasted),i then had to rent a 10foot uhaul ($800.00)the next day(at which point i was not able to be at my location to meet with the movers,that were supposed to be there @ 9:30 am on the 24th of oct.,so i had my friend drive 4 hours from where she lives to meet them which they did not get to my house till after 12:00pm.extra money spent,double the quote,(also had to spend the night at hotel,another expense $200.00 for one night.then went back to our old house and loaded up the uhaul. as i was picking up uhaul josh called me to come by and get the rest of the payment,i again expressed how displeased i was no reaction at all,i feel that josh took advantage of our situation.and did not even make and effort to comp.us a little bit.i mentioned to josh i could have had another reputable company that quote me $5000.00 less with a 53 foot truck(note:i am not a rich person by far,but i trusted josh's word(and family owned company) i would not recommend this company to anybody stay far away.sometimes trust is not always the right move. side note:after moving into our new house and opening boxes(which were not not put in the rooms that were labeled on the boxes,some things were broken,handle on living room entertainment tower was broken,now i need to place all the handles to match. These guys were quick and affordable. We had a hiccup (that was out of their control) that led to a very late start the second day (moving day) but they got there and got right to it, and seemed genuinely apologetic at the circumstances (that again were not their fault). My only feedback would be for the packing service, as we found things like shoes in boxes labeled for the garage and other kind of weird things, but would absolutely use the service again. I am a senior and I'm horrified with the treatment and lies from this company. the damaged every single piece of furniture. I still have 22 totes 4 dog kennels and priceless painting they have not delivered. I can't even get a supervisor on the phone. I'm getting the run around , I paid then almost $10,0000. They said my things were in good hands. A big lie. then when they delivered I had to pay $500 cash or they would have left my things , that they did bring in my drive way. Louis, Diego and Art were so efficient, careful and it was absolutely worth the cost. They packaged everything carefully, set it back up and saved me so much time and heartache. The evening after the move all the big furniture pieces were in place and I was focused on unpacking boxes. I recommend you have all items boxed up and labeled on the day of your move. Also make sure you take measurements at your new place to have a clear idea where things go. They can only be as efficient as you set them up to be. HIGHLY recommended. read more

I highly recommend noble moving for your moving needs! We did a local move from Orange County from a 3 bedroom apt to a house and they did a wonderful job and such great value!! From the start Josh was a great communicator and responded to all my questions in a timely manner. He answered all my questions kindly and provided me with a quote right away! There is nothing noble about this company. In their advertisement, they say that they are fully insured. What they don't tell you is that you have to pay for the insurance. I asked Josh about this when he was at my house, and he said that we could make a decision later. So I went ahead and booked a day for the move . Big mistake! I DID NOT SIGN ANYTHING. I decided to check around and found a company that included the insurance at no charge and was cheaper. I canceled my appointment with Noble Moving and hired another company. Josh call me the date of the move and said they were ready and I told him that I had canceled. He said he already had a team ready and I told him again that I had canceled. A few weeks later I got a bill by email for the full price of the estimate, even though they didn't do any work. After fighting with them for a couple weeks and I DID NOT SIGN ANYTHING Today I got another bill for half the amount. Even though they didn't do any work! read more

It's rare to have a great experience moving with the change of so many things going wrong but Josh and Jackson were organized, left our things in it's proper rooms, and make sure each piece of furniture was wrapped so it wouldn't be scratched or damaged. They we're adept at maneuvering furniture so it wouldn't dent or scuff the walls. My things were organized and labeled in large clear plastic bins so they knew were to leave them, and they didn't need all day. Everything you come to expect and hope for in a moving company!!!! We had a challenge in moving. We had an apartment which needed to be packed and moved and a mobile home which also needed to be moved to the same location. Nobile Moving did it all with precision, speed, and professionalism. They packed my 1100 sq ft apartment in just under 4 hours with only two guys. All boxes labelled and properly packed. They next day was the big move. They stop by the mobile home, a 1500 sq ft space, dropped off the items and placed them in there proper location and reassembled all necessary furniture and then went to the apartment to do it again. Pack and unload and reassemble took approximately 12 hours with a short meal brake. These gentleman worked there tail off and consequently the quality of delivery showed. We moved from Irvine to Corona and I felt completely stress free! They wrapped everything so nothing would get damage. They even helped us move some items to trash. There's was a mix up with our new building and they didn't have an elevator and they moved everything to the 3rd floor very quickly. They aren't wasting their time or ours. Communication was key and they did a good job communicating with us. Tip try to move around rush hour, movers will charge double drive time so I paid two hours worth of traffic instead of one. I used them personally several times already in the last couple , they moved our office furniture out, a move to Big Bear , and our biggest one a whole house move to Montana. I have had numerous negative moving experiences in the past, including having had things broken, damaged, shattered, lost, dropped, etc. How does Noble Moving compare? Not even in the same playing field! We had to move urgently and after just one phone call, Josh put us at ease. He gives honest competitive quotes (with NO hidden fees!!) and delivers way more than he promises. He made numerous suggestions to help save us money and time, including letting us borrow extra wardrobe boxes. They don't just care about your stuff, their care about their clients too. When moving my daughter's changing table, my husband accidentally snapped the loose leg on the bottom of it. Without a second of hesitation, Matt (who is an absolute gem!) grabbed his tools and not only fixed it, but he re-inforced it so it wouldn't happen again!! He could have easily put a single screw in to replace the previous one, and I would've been just as happy. I couldn't understand why he spent the extra time and energy, especially after having moved our stuff in and out for 6 hours! When he told me he had 2 sons of his own, that's when I knew exactly why.
