First of all, a 50% deposit is required in order to book the appointment. I had no problem with that but didn't realize until after that I had chosen the wrong date due to the date being so small in font. I received a confirmation that showed a date that was further out than I desired and wanted to cancel right away but there was no option to. I responded to the email, calendar invite, and sent a text all stating that I needed to cancel the appointment right away. At this point my appointment should have been cancelled and pending deposit charge should have been cancelled as well. It was not. Instead she responded argumentatively and told me that she would cancel but I had to wait (and so does my deposit) until the following week whenever she was back in salon. While the amount of those funds may seem trivial to some, to others they are not. For me this disconnection and the way it was handled is unprofessional and inconsiderate to the client. Doesn't really make me want to even give the service a chance.

Other salons trained me without me even noticing, packed into a tiny space, treated like I'm on a conveyor belt, rushed out before my nails even had time to properly dry. I had honestly forgotten my time and my experience mattered. Delane's brought that back for me. The professionalism was on another level too. No games with the price going up if you don't tip in cash, which is honestly tacky and rude and tells you exactly how little they think of their customers. Nobody crowding me in next to three other people either. It was calm, it was peaceful, it actually felt relaxing instead of stressful. And the cleanliness. Towels were fresh, equipment looked properly cleaned, none of that murky blue water sitting in a dirty container that's clearly been there for who knows how long. Even the bathroom was clean, and that alone tells you a lot about how a place is really run. This place deserves zero stars. I rarely post negative reviews, but this was... really really bad. The place itself is dirty, equipment is old and worn out, instruments were not sharp and it completely messed up my already problematic cuticles. The space is extremely cramped, it felt like getting pedicure done in a flea market. There was no space to walk around, the pedicurist was constantly asked to stop so someone could pass by her, all while I was staring at another customer right in front of me 3 feetfrom me. The pedicure tubs are laughably small and uncomfortable. The quality of the manicure.. I probably could've done better myself at home. These are the rudest nail technicians. Horrible experience! The technicians are racist. No doubt!!! The customer service is clearly clear that they do not want our business. Absolutely rude!!. There was only one person getting their nails done at the time when I came in with two other nail technicians just sitting there with the receptionist doing nothing. Horrible experience. They always seem to rob you and charge extra money. Make sure to check your receipts. The nail polish also came off the same day. Girl on the front desk has a really bad attitude and no desire to help. It was clearly optimized for making most money and not comfort. Don't waste your money here. read more

I came for fill here about a week ago with an appointment with Julie and still had to wait 15 min for here. The very next day my nail polish chipped off slightly ( I didn't mind) , then 4 days after my fill one of my nails completely came off so I called for an appointment with Julie to my nail fixed, the daughter of Julie refused to make an appointment to "only fix one nail" and she advised me to come after 5pm because it slow. So I come after 5pm to wait 30 min for someone become available to fix my nail. The guy that helped me, wad so rude , not only did he mess up the shape of my nail that needed to be fixed at that time but damaged one of my other nails in the process and a day later that same nail broke . I walk into the salon today and Julie tells me wait for 10 minutes and I ended up waiting for 45 minutes to get one nail fixed and worst service and they make you feel like they're doing you a favor. I would never recommend this place to a professional that's looking for good customer service. read more

Worst nail salon experience in my life. it was filthy. Flies all thru the salon. Funk coming out of the bathroom/back room. I don't know where to start. This place is very dirty, the mirror, floors and the tools they're using is NOT disinfected. The girls are friendly but lack skills. They charge for a spa treatment but u walk out of there looking like flea-marked. My gel pedicure is lumpy and looks like I had my 7 year old apply it. The worker didn't make me feel comfortable and did not let me pick the type of service I wanted. I kept insisting to take off all these add ins that I didn't want/need. I strongly advise everyone not to get their nails done at this salon. Don't be fooled by the 5-star reviews -- most of them are bought just to boost their ratings. The truth is, this place is extremely unhygienic. The technicians do not clean or sanitize their tools after each client. They reuse nail files and sanding bands from one person to another without changing them. I was a regular customer here for six months, and this is the result: I ended up with a nail fungus caused by dirty, unsanitized tools. Don't let yourself become the next victim just because the prices seem cheap or the reviews look good. Your nail health is more important than a temporary pretty manicure. read more

The absolute worst place. The owner is an asshole, super rude to customer, and racist. I had to end my pedicure half way through because i felt so uncomfortable and was so dissatisfied and they still charged me full price. I still have my old nail polish on... like how the hell you don't see that? She asked if i wanted my nails clipped...yes duh...and even then took nothing off. Waited for about 30 minutes which is fine because when I called she said they weren't taking appointments (really weird) So I started telling her what I want, she kept telling me "I know, I know! She obviously just flush the water, after each use, and replace it with a cheap, plastic cover! I developed horrible warts, all over my right sole, and still haven't completely removed them, with the purpose of ridding them, completely! She only uses 1 soaking tub, and disregard health and hygiene standards, for her customers! I made a big mistake of going to her filthy salon, and is still, paying the price for it! This business have to be shut down, by the health department, right away!
