I've been coming here for the last 6 months and I cannot express how much I love them. I always get the White French Tip look but I decided to try short Pink French tip! I always go to Vivian she is the best!! Always takes care of me!

This little place is tucked into a strip mall. I know how a lot of people feel about unassuming places like this and let me tell you, you're wrong about this one. This is not a family owned business, but is family staffed. They are super professional, but still personable. They don't do the excessive speaking to each other in their 1st language in your face. There's virtually no cross talk, which I love. I've had enough of feeling excluded these days, so this was refreshing. I called ahead of walking in to see if they even had space for us all. The young lady told us to show up in 10-15 minutes and she would take care of us. I was surprised to see that she had it set up as soon as we walked in. We walked in and were greeted immediately. They sat us in the freshly disinfected chairs ( I could tell because they were still wet) the water was hot and the place was clean. I took my shoes off and my bare feet didn't feel any dust or grime on the floors. It wasn't cluttered or anything. There wasn't a bunch of random tools on a cart. All the tools they used came out of packages, the foot baths were lined with bags and still cleaned when we were done. They had partitions up, masks and gloves on and worked on my ENTIRE family of four all at once. They made my 3 yr old feel special and my 11yr old feel pampered. We all got the same services, but the care they took was individual to our needs. They had to do some real hard work with the husband. They spent a lot more time on him than us and his feet came out amazing. This is my new go to shop when I need quality work done fast. 10 out of 10 recommended from me. Takes a lot for me to give 5 stars. They earned it!!

I really needed a fill and craved a high skill level design and April absolutely delivered with a super sexy Cherry Blossom set done painted on instead of using stickers. April was so easygoing and intelligent to talk to too which helped time fly by, and I really appreciate her staying a bit later to help me get my fill in so I didn't have to drive down to Diamond Bar on another day. I got a basic pedicure for basically $60. Originally price is $43-44. Plus up charge for gel was $60 before tip! Now the pedicure was very relaxing and I'm happy with the results. Just idk if it was worth $60. I mean I could have gotten a full set for that cost

I love my new nails! I heard they changed ownership... but their customer service was excellent! Everyone's so nice and easy to talk to. Thi helped me with painting my nails. She's so young and hip & she's super easy going and was so patient when painting my nails. I love the burgundy and sparkles on my nails! Thi made the process so simple and easy!! And they're also having a 15% off discount for their grand reopening. It's really cool! You gotta check it out and give them a shot! You won't be disappointed.

So I thought I would give this place a chance since the original owners sold the place. The first time I went it was perfect the owner did my fill and another lady did my pedi AMAZING!! Two weeks go by so I go there to get a fill and a pedi. Let me tell you the disappointment the shape of my nails were wrong my thumb was uneven and the petty was done by the mail owner and it look like I did it myself. I'm not the type of person to throw seen or fit in front of people so I went ahead and paid and left. A week goes by and I'm back because the nails popped off they were lifting so I figured I would go back and have the owner do my nails. When I get there there's nobody there so I asked the owner if she can do my nails and she tells me no the same lady that did my nails a week ago is gonna do my nails again. I should've just said no and did the petty but I needed my nails done because I had to go to work and I also had a work dinner as well. So I go ahead and let her do my nails and let's just say I will not be returning as long as they are running the shop!! The first picture is showing the results after getting them done and then the second picture in video shows you the redo two days later and look how they look!!! If someone goes in there unhappy about their nails why would you let the same tech redo them when she already messed up and then you asked me to stay when I was already there an hour to stay longer for you to correct it when you as a owner should have already stepped in and did it!!! A waste of $60 but the pedi I got was amazing sorry that's all their good at unless the owner takes time to get off her phone and help with customers smh

This one is thick and the acrylic and gel are stuck to my skin I tried to pull it off before it dried and she yanked my hand

So I have come to this nail place on and off for a couple years it's close to home. My main issue is always the prices. I came in today after months and I am so upset at my self for going back. I went in for a fill my nails had all broken. She did a fill with acrylic, just filed them, and added a gel top coat and charged me $40. I figured ok I gotta eat the fact that this is so expensive but now looking at my nails my thumb is THICK horribly thick they are not even some are thinner than others and lop sided. Totally not satisfied and I never ever complain about my nails I just deal with it but for nails this short how can you charge $40 no mani no pedi nothing.

This is one of my favorite nail places It's very modern and clean. Cece is a really great technician. THEY CARE & take the time to make sure you're getting what you came for. I would highly recommend anyone coming here. They have different pedicure choices. My favorite part is the hot wax and massages I would like to note that if I could give more than 5 stars on this review, I would give unlimited golden stars.

this was my first time at this nail salon. She was so nice and friendly. She took her time on cleaning up my nails and making sure that I really liked the shape. These look so good and aren't bulky! Some of her nail powders are glow in the dark even the nude ones so it's a nice little surprise. I really like how these turned out and I'm definitely going to come back again! edit: I came back again and still love this place! they're super accommodating. Every set I get done here she does spot on to the pictures that I show her. They're all super nice and friendly. Highly recommend especially if you have insta pics that you want to get similar designs.

I had a really disappointing experience at LaVie Nail Salon. The girl with the dramatic contact lenses was incredibly rude. She rolled her eyes at me multiple times and openly talked badly about customers while doing my nails. The whole atmosphere felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. I got a full acrylic manicure, and honestly, it was sloppy patchy, uneven, and rushed. When I got home, I checked my receipt and noticed they charged me an extra $15 on top of the $60 base price and the $10 tip I had already left. No explanation, no added service just an extra charge that feels like a scam. I left feeling frustrated and taken advantage of especially when I came into the establishment respectful and friendly. Be careful if you decide to go here double check your receipt and prepare for bad attitudes. I definitely won't be returning. read more

If you're in search of a high-end nail salon, this might not be the right spot for you. However, if you're after an incredible pedicure, I highly recommend Vivian--she's the best! I would gladly drive over two hours just to see her because she pays such great attention to detail. And don't forget to ask for the jelly treatment in the water during your pedicure; it's super relaxing! I really enjoy supporting small businesses like this one! read more

This nail salon has been around for ages, but I only come here on occasion since another nail place I frequent is closer to my house. I only get pedicures, I don't do manicures. Though the facility is kind of dated, the nice ladies and decent quality work make up for most deficits. The prices are ok. $25 for the regular spa pedicure and for additional services, such as gel coating ($5), buffing and shining ($5), callus removal ($10), nail designs (at least $5+) , & etc. will cost you extra. Other pedicure packages I saw on the menu range in prices from $32 up to $55. read more

this was my first time at this nail salon. She was so nice and friendly. She took her time on cleaning up my nails and making sure that I really liked the shape. These look so good and aren't bulky! Friendly staff and very clean work. I paid $75 for a full set which I thought was a little over priced however, she did very neat and clean work. Almost 4 weeks later and there is no lifting or chipping. Definitely recommend this place and I will be returning :) read more

MY NEW FAV NAIL SPOT! Everyone there does an amazing job. I am super picky about how nail places take off the gel and how they shape my nails and hands down, la vie meets my expectations. I went there yesterday and Helen did my gel mani. She was super attentive and wanted to make sure my nails were perfect. I love my nails shaped into a coffin and some places don't do a very good job on shaping but Helen did amazing! I also wanted to get gucci designs on my nails so April designed my nails and OMG I AM OBSESSED! She is so talented and detailed oriented. Even my fiancé kept complimenting how nice my nails came out. Im definitely going to be back!! read more

This is one of the dirtiest and not sanitized place I have ever visited. The business in LA is definitely not good. They are very slow and doing nail for each other. The nail salon I normally go to would always give me a new set of manicure kit. Here you are sharing with many clients before you. My guy did forget to apply top code on one of my hand. First time here today. It's a small place, but was clean and comfortable. I was a bit surprised that I didn't get to place my feet into the water to enjoy the water massage until after the old nail polish was removed. I enjoy putting my feet in the water and getting a brief massage. The nail tech only applied one coat of nail polish color and when I questioned if that was the practice here she asked for assistance in understanding my question. I believe it was the owner who got involved and made the situation worse than it needed to be. I didn't ask for a second coat as the clear coat had already been applied. I didn't indicate a refusal to pay so I was surprised that the owner became so confrontational. I wasn't happy with their service and won't be back. read more

They're absolutely best nails place in DB. I tried couple of nails shop in the area, but no one did a good job as them. The staffs are friendly and caring. Never coming back here. I came here last Friday for the first time to get a full set and pedicure - $55 for Gel Extensions & $35 for a Pedicure (very pricey). I tipped 15% so I paid $100 total. April did my gel extensions and her mom (the owner) did my pedicure. April did a nice job on my nails and we talked a lot. We exchanged names and I planned on coming back to her. Her mom did my pedicure and she used wax on my feet. THE WAX WAS SCORCHING HOT, SHE BURNED THE HEEL OF MY FOOT. I kept telling her my feet were burning but she didn't listen until I told her I could no longer do it. She finally took it off, after my heel was burnt. When I got home, I saw that my left toe nail was smudged. My right toe nail was also not painted correctly. I couldn't check at the salon because they were about to close and I felt rushed to leave. Today I went back to get it fixed. Neither April nor her mom acknowledged me. Another girl fixed my toe nail. She did a terrible job and it was super bumpy. I told the owner (April's mom) and she attempted to re-do it. It was STILL BLOTCHY AND PATCHY. Then APRIL came by to re-do it. She finally managed to paint it evenly. Can you believe it took 3 tries and ONE HOUR to do a paint job on one BIG TOE NAIL? This is just regular nail polish on my big toe nail, not gel. I'm not sure if the owner is qualified for this job. She burnt my heel because the temperature of wax was too hot, and she doesn't know how to do a simple pedi. The salon is also dirty with flies and their tools are unsanitary. I'm never coming back and will never recommend this spot to anyone. read more

However, interrupting a customer before they even finish asking a question is, in my opinion, unprofessional. Of course, a business has the right to refuse service, but as a customer, I also have the right to share my experience. As business Mentioned " courteous ", I believe a courteous staff member would respond in this way, " sorry I am busy" " sorry we are close" and a courteous staff member would not consider a new customer's attempt to speak--before having the chance to finish--as an interruption. In their response, the business also labeled customer questions as "slander." Characterizing a customer's reasonable feedback as "slander" is itself a form of labeling. It shifts the discussion away from the actual issue and places an unwarranted accusation on the customer. With this type of attitude, it is difficult to understand how customers are expected to feel comfortable or respected. This response is disappointing, not because of disagreement, but because of its flawed logic. A customer raising a concern about an interaction is not an act of hostility, nor does it constitute slander. I left my comment on this platform with the expectation that, as a business owner, you would first reflect on the appropriateness of the staff's response. A simple acknowledgment or clarification would have been sufficient, and I would have been willing to try your services. When a business is open to the public, a respectful exchange between staff and customers should be the starting point. Interpreting customer questions or feedback as antagonism runs counter to the basic principles of doing business.

I understood, owner ends up doing my nails, She wanted to remove the prior nail bed down completely, when I only needed the surface removed to remove the color. I declined and asked nicely if she can just sand off the color. She did but then never applied new gel to my out grown nail bed. She misunderstood what I was asking for and only painted a coat over it and then went straight to the color. I asked to clarify before adding the color, and she said it wouldn't be needed because of saying I like my nails thin ‍ again me trying to be understanding and not making her fix it I just said ok, but asked if the price was gonna be different since I wasn't getting applied new retention and she straight said "no its the same price " which just made me more disappointed. Not only am I getting a late fee but also a half done manicure. I don't think I'll be returning again. I would hope they would treat returning, on time customers with grace. It was horrible and awkward to want to go back and it's such a shame because I truly appreciated their work. **In response to the owner: No, I was not 40 mins late. I had specifically scheduled my new set with Amy when I made the appointment four days in advance. However, when we got there, it became clear that she had been double-booked, and there was confusion from the very beginning about who was supposed to do my nails. For a service that was booked several days ahead of time, I expected things to be much more organized. I made an appointment for two full sets and two pedicures at 5:30 PM. When we arrived, they had us sit at the pedicure stations and started on our nails. My sister was able to get her pedicure while her nails were being done, but I was told to wait for another pedicure technician to finish with a client. What was especially frustrating was that the front desk employee knew we had appointments for two pedicures. When a pedicure technician became available, instead of taking me as scheduled, she assigned that technician to a customer who had just walked in. Even though I had an appointment and had already been waiting, I was passed over and forced to wait even longer. By the time I finally got my pedicure, my nails were already finished. The same technician who did my nails then rushed through my pedicure, and it felt like it was completed in about five minutes. It definitely was not worth the price or the wait. Speaking of price, I was also shocked by how much more expensive everything was compared to what was advertised online. I was charged $75 for builder gel alone, which I found excessive and much higher than I expected based on the salon's advertised pricing. The lack of transparency about pricing made the experience even more frustrating. I don't understand the point of making an appointment days in advance if the technician is double-booked and walk-in customers are prioritized over scheduled appointments. The lack of organization, poor customer service, rushed work, and unexpected pricing completely ruined what was supposed to be a special birthday outing for my sister. Unfortunately, I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this salon based on my experience.

For parking, it is a little tricky since it's in the corner of a plaza but nothing too difficult! Will say this is only my first visit but I'll happily visit this place again if I'm in the area!

I went here because all of the good reviews, it was a disaster. I went to get my nails done for my wedding, and my mother as well, they destroyed them. We both got acrylics and pedicures, 1. They didn't put acrylic all over the white tip, but proceeded to put gel over without fixing on many nails, then I got a very simple design put on my nails, that ended up looking like globs of black sharpie marker with those streaks like it was running out of ink, but the lady said it would be better after gel was put on..... Then she puts gel over the messed up acrylic and design, and i put my hand in the machine, and she pushes my hand over to the side of it trying to fit my small finger from the other hand (which she tried to fix but didn't , and got the gel on my fingertips against the machine, I told her she needed to fix it, again she said it would be fine. Then my nails came out with globs of bubbles in the gel, and the acrylic line showing where they didn't cover the whole tip.........and design still looks like crap, I didn't have time to bitch and complain because I had a wedding schedule, and they couldn't fix it regardless, they would have to scrape it all off and start again, and since they drilled the thinness of my nail down to nothing, that wouldn't have been safe for me. WORD TO THE WISE, IF YOU WANT TO TRY THIS PLACE FINE, BUT DON'T DO IT FOR AN IMPORTANT OCCASION. read more

On my way to meet my client and happen to see the grand opening. So I decide to give them a try, and they are amazing in services and beautiful salon, with spa chair, human like massage to relax.., Everyone are so friendly and Tina is the best. She takes time and take a good care for my facial, before leave they offer a cool bottle of water for free. Highly recommend to everyone read more

I walked in on a Sunday morning at 10:30am. It was packed and they said 15 minute wait so we waited...it's been an hour and we have been sitting here. Had they told me the wait was an hour I would've gone somewhere else and been done by now. Horrible service. read more

These ladies have always provided me and my mom with great service. Whether I come with and appointment or just as a walk in I never get to wait longer than 10 minutes. I usually request Kathy and she does an excellent job. read more
