I've only ever gotten regular, non-gel pedicures here and I've always had a really great experience. I've never had a problem getting in, I usually call an hour or so before and make an appointment. The staff is super friendly and I enjoy the atmosphere here. A lot of other nail salons I've been to are super crowded and jam packed with stations/people/equipment. To the girl who did my design on Tues Jan 7th during closing time. F**** you Hannah who did my nails was great but she needed help to design my nails so she called her co worker, I didn't get her name but I'm assuming she did not know I'm Vietnamese. Covid safe! Pretty empty on a Monday morning. Lisa started doing my nails it was a builder gel refill. Did such a good job. However I'm super picky and I mean really picky about how my French tips look. I love them sharp edged and super curved and thick. So Huan helped out with painting them and doing the nail design. She has my triple check them before curing them. I apprecuate her patience 100%. Many nail techs would normally get frustrated. She was very kind and expressed how she just wanted me to love my nails. I also liked the owner, he was very friendly and knew what he was talking about, and suggested huan to finish after seeing i wasn't loving my nails. (Thank you for your descrite suggestion). I had an unpleasant visit to luxury nail spa.I made reservations for two pedicures for my 91 year old mother and myself we were celebrating her birthday.When I made the reservation I asked the owner and explained that my mother used a walker and she has very low mobility Hoping we would get the first two chairs as we enter. As soon as we came to the appointment Tina the technician, instead of greeting us immediately trying to upgrade for manicures. I confirm with her they were just two pedicures. As she direct us to the chairs we noticed the chairs were in the middle so it was very difficult for my mom to go in with the walker She was already very agitated of sliding of falling, once we were situated. The male technician name John starting to push the manicure on us , He even brought a pillow and a towel and situated under my mom hand Ready to start a manicure. I have to look at him and tell him No! we don't want manicures! I can see my mom wanted to leave she was so annoyed! They would talk between each other in the language probably about us not wanting to upgrade! They never offer us tea or water even though these business always offer to the clients drinks I can see other people having coffee or tea! So I asked Tina to gave us water, during the pedicure I upgraded because they keep insisting for a longer massage the massage it was no massage at all! They rubbed the side of my legs for 10 minutes Without putting any attention on the feet. They finish our pedicures and never came back to check on us, we stayed long time as both technicians were working on other people, I have to ask another technician to let me know if my nail were dry so I can come out of the chair and help my mother to come out of her chair. I am so disappointed I have come here for many many times since they opened I had Tina before and s he was always OK ! had john one time and I had a bad experience with him he was really rude and rough. I didn't request John for my mom bob the owner put my mother with him. I will never come again! I paid 70 for 2 pedicuresi didn't enjoyed! I paid cash so they gave me Two dollars off. I went here on Monday 8/23 after my first 2 spots kept delaying their opening. I will say this is the best place to go! The lady doing my nails was so gentle, kind, and caring. She never huffed once because I asked for acrylics. Most places I go to hate doing them I guess but at luxuary nails they really care about their customers! Excellent beyond excellent customer service! From the time I was greeted to the time I left, I never once felt uncomfortable or out of sorts. She filed down my natural nails- from underneath- with the drill down to the beds. I was not for doing that at all. But it was near closing and once she did one and I realized that's what was happening (!), it was too late (one down to the bed means all will have to be that short if I remove powder dips). My nails had grown healthily underneath. A bonus and part of the goal, certainly. It still left the mark of the ling nail, so it wasn't for appearance's sake. Anyway, 2 of the beds were so sore, stinging and one bled the next day. Not a tragedy, of course! My nails looked quite nice. But I think I'll find a safer choice. If you want to get your eyebrows waxed for cheap ($10 not including tip) Lisa is the way to go! I am not sure what cream she puts on after but my brows dont grow hair which is nice because i dont have to go in for another wax for a while! Very well worth it! I was a victim of their upselling tactics. I'm fluent in Vietnamese, but the problem was that she was speaking to me in English under her mask. My friend and I came together and we were completely separated on opposite ends of the entire shop. I stated I wanted the $28 express gel polish service, yet she mumbled something about if I wanted lotion on my arms, and I said sure since the express did say it comes with lotion. I thought she was confirming in case of skin reactions, but little did I know she was upselling me to the $35 service. $7 add on for my arms to be completely lathered and nearly drowned in too-warm of lotion all the way up to my shoulders-- I was literally thinking in my head like wtf is going on? Had to re-pick my color twice since she had trouble locating my first two color picks in their inventory. My gel polish felt very rushed, and I think she was trying to just move on to the lotion massage part that I didn't even care for or enjoy at all. My nails look ok, and I did like how big the nail shop is. It's pretty busy and a nice add-on that they offer you a beverage. read more

Ladies & gents .... I had a horrible nail experience....at this place! Now normally i wouldn't post about this type of experience but I feel like nobody should have to go through this. So my fabulous Girls (Lori & Sam) from Hibiscus Studio (definitely check them out) wasn't available to do nails for me. So my mom wanted to treat me..so she suggested LuxuryNails Spa and I'm not going to lie I was very Apprehensive but my mom was genuinely trying to be helpful....so I gave In. so the appointment was made and I wanna start out and say I'm sure there are many nails techs who work at Luxurynails who are talented! However I didn't receive that luxury. When you enter luxury nails it's an actual nice nail salon,it's roomy and it gives you the illusion that you're at some high end nail/spa. My first problem I had encounter was what I wanted.My nail tech didn't get what I wanted it was another wondering tech who was able to help out.. So we begin my lady was older and I could sense she was having a bad day ..I tried to strike up conversation With her (asking her how was her day etc) she didn't say anything.. She would have full conversations with the other techs...and ignore me so I kept quiet..And I let her work ... Here's where the part gets weird.. After she takes the "machine" that kinda buffs out the nail ..so there's dust all over my hands and she doesn't wipe them off.. which was odd but I figured she was going to .. So we get to the point where we're gonna paint and design my Nails..I don't know if the other nail tech face her the correct polish and communicated correctly because my nail tech was being so difficult.. So she's speaking her language to the girl and they are going back and forth.. Meanwhile my aniexty levels going up ... So I thought screw it I'll just go matte black.. Simple,easy and it looks nice ... I tell her and she seems "relief" so she grabs my hand and starts to paint .. Mind you she still hasn't cleaned my nails off! I try to tell her but she continues to talk to other techs and once again ignoring me.. So after she applys the matte coat she puts my nails in a Machine with the blue light (which hers kept flickering on and off) So she's rushing it..And when everything is done I look at my Nails and the dust she didn't wipe off was in my nails ! YES I was livid but ladies & gents I held it together and try to tell her respectfully.. She looked at it and try to blame it on me ! And began to argue with me and I was like..your the nail tech..I tried to tell you over and over ... So she took offense to it...she says "I normally charge extra for a matte coat but I won't honey"... Mind you I seen plenty of videos of people reacting at Nail salons And I wasn't going to be that person...because even though I'm not in the wrong all someone has to do is record me reacting and not know the whole story And make me look like the bad guy ... So I went to the front desk where "the male manager" was at And I told him about the situation but it seem he didn't care..and this point I said I'm not asking for a refund but know that the whole customer service was very poor! And you lost a customer And he seem to just smile And told me to have a good day ! I was beyond upset and about the whole thing .. I paid $45.00 for this mess ! After that I got a gel pedicure the whole process took over an hour and 45 minutes to just get one pedicure. I came home and looked at my nails closely and there are many issues. This is a very spacious nail salon there are plenty of pedicure and manicure stations. They always offer you a beverage. And most recently I got my eye brows waxed here. Love it! Lisa is amazing. I paid for a refill- they don't let you know about any extra charges and my tech had gel nail polish on almost every finger/cuticle by the time we were done and kept trying to file it off even after I asked her to stop because she was on my raw skin. She proceeds to argue with me about how my nails are fine- then after I complained to the owner she claimed she tried fixing it I said no- u were arguing and filing at my bare skin. Then continued in her language speaking under her breath and when I asked about the massage on the pedicure she said "we're not your personal masseuse" Your offering false advertisement when you say you get ten minute hot stone massage with service- and all she was doing was simply rubbing the top of my shin only. Not my feet, not my calves- like how we're taught in beauty school. I have no problem paying for a service- but don't offer something you don't really do and argue with the client when you can clearly see nail polish on every cuticle of the full set you just completed then argue again because u were asked to clean the skin. read more

Usually I don't write reviews but I was not at all satisfied with my service today. Everyone working there is really nice, but doesn't understand boundaries. Upon walking in, I informed both my nail tech and the receptionist that I needed to leave at 4:30. When I told her it was 4:30, she continued to put coconut cream on my legs saying only 10 more minutes. As a result, I was late for my doctors appointment although I came there 1 hour prior. I also told her I am not a fan of gel as sometimes it breaks/ rips my real nails, yet she continued to paint my toes with gel nail polish. She didn't ask what color I wanted and did a light pink until I had to correct her saying I wanted white. After I saw the UV lamp, I realized it was gel, probably because she wanted to upsell me. Additionally, because I had to cut my service short, I didn't do many things for the service I offered: paraffin, scrub, hot stones, or a 15 minute massage. For that, they said they would reduce the pay by only $5. Will not be coming back and neither should you! read more

I had the Coconut Cream pedicure and my feet and legs feel great. The staff were friendly and offered a full range of beverages. The salon is clean and the decor is welcoming.
