I loved the first gel manicure and pedicure I received when I visited here for the first time back in May. My friend gets her nails custom done by Alena, and boy she does an INCREDIBLE job. They are always highly decorated and she uses cat eye almost every time. So imagine my surprise when I come in to get a basic manicure and pedicure, and my total is $25 MORE ( $30 if you include the additional 3% you pay to use a card) for a more basic service. The nail tec used builder gel (I had not asked for it), and charged me for removing a full set of nails (I had one tip on my thumb from a brake and one broken nail that had a bit of acrylic on it to give it strength, the rest simply had gel). And this is what I dislike about nail shops. They should state this upfront, not after the fact. And when I pay more more my basic pedicure, basic nail polish, and no designs than the last time I came in and got glitter and a design nail (or about the same my friend pays for her design nails), then something feels very wrong. Unfortunately, I'll have to keep looking for a reliable nail shop with transparent pricing. Edit, update: this manicure was chipping the day it was applied (as the nail tech was filing the builder gel, a giant clump ripped off the base). But 2 days after, nearly early nail has lifting, chipping, and the natural nail underneath has broken, too. A manicure that lasts merely 2 days isn't quality work at all. read more

I absolutely love this salon!!! Such a lovely place with an amazing atmosphere, they really have the best quality nail polish and tools. Everything is up-to-date and clean! Alena is the owner -She does most of the manicures and her lovely daughter they are SO talented- The really nice ladies that do the pedicures do amazing jobs as well. (And I can sit in that massage chair and get a massage All Day. It is soooo good) As far as polish- they have every color and style and all the newest techniques available .. cats eye , chrome, gel, and she is a master at shaping whatever shape you like from oval/ coffin/ stiletto/ squared, almond! You name it ! I'm so happy and pleased every time I go there I will never go to another salon as long as she's here. This is just from my most recent trip. This is my go to spot whenever I needed my gelx nails done! Alena is METICULOUS with her attention to detail. For some context, I've been told multiple times by past nail techs that I have very thin skin near my cuticles. Because of this, I thought that getting cut and bleeding every time I got my nails done was normal--it is not!!! In all my time coming here, I have barely ever been nicked by Alena. She is soooo careful and gentle and you can tell she takes pride in her work. Her work is consistently 10/10 and I have never left dissatisfied. I haven't lived here a year, and am looking for my go to nail salon. I chose the basic pedicure, so I can check out the service. My lady was quiet, and kept moving my foot around awkwardly to do my toenails. Not too big of a deal, but my right knee is sensitive and hurts. I kept telling her my knee hurts, and she just kept moving my foot awkwardly (ow!). She ask me to choose a nail color, but the nail color she applied was not the color I chose. I told her on the very first toe, but she insisted it was the same color and continued painting all my nails. Basic Pedicures are $35, but if you get gel, it's $15 extra. I had accidentally thought the price was $25, and asked if I could see the price sheet again. She got argumentative, but showed me the price sheet. I apologized and said I thought I read $25, and paid her $50 and tipped her $10. The vibe here is not customer friendly, I felt she didn't appreciate my questions, which is okay if I spoke rudely, but I did not. To me, it was not a pleasant, relaxed experience. It was not a positive experience. It's a one and done visit. I'm still searching for my nail spot. read more

Cute nail salon with the most friendliest staff. As I walked in I was immediately greeted by the owner who knew I was coming in at 4! Kim did my pedicure while Alina did my acrylics. I asked to get them removed and have a full set with French tip. Everything turned out amazing, we were talking, getting to know each other, and I was nodding off because I was so relaxed with the ambiance in the salon. Got a gel manicure and pedicure here on 6/1/23. I was scared of trying a new place because of the horror stories of different salons online, but I decided to take a chance and try this place since it was closer to home. I got my manicure done first and the nail tech was super friendly and did a great job (I think her name was Jenny but I'm not 100% sure). It was also pretty fast since I didn't have any previous nail polish to remove. She noticed how short my nails were and I informed her that they kept breaking so she was very gentle and gave me tips on how to soak off my gel polish next time in order to let my natural nail grow back stronger. After my manicure I got my pedicure done with a different technician and she was also very friendly (I didn't get her name or I don't remember getting it). The process went fast, however, I made several outbursts regarding to being in pain when she was buffing my nail and clipping the edges of my nail (on both of my big toes). She apologized both times and continued with my pedicure. The pedicure seemed to be fine when I left but the next day I started noticing that the skin around my nail (where I had expressed pain) was a bit swollen and red. Today I started feeling pain in that same area and the swelling/redness seems to have increased. I am hoping that it is just a small reaction and that it will go away soon. (Will post an update in a couple days if it goes away.) Update: I spent about a week applying rubbing alcohol and eventually the swelling/redness went down and it no longer hurts. Grateful it wasn't anything major and just bad irritation from the pedicure. read more

I came in on a whim because I needed to waste some time before an appointment I had. I was getting a basic pedicure and it was truly the worst experience I've ever had. Not only did the lady who was doing my pedicure cut me on every single toe - but she was wiping my blood off and continuing as if nothing was wrong. I told her many time it was hurting and she did not stop. I did not allow her to polish my toes because they were still bleeding. It seemed very unsanitary as she was planning on painting over my blood with a bottle of gel polish I'm sure would've been used on someone else. Please be careful coming here, I still paid for the service done but got quite a bit of attitude from the lady when I stopped her and wouldn't allow her to paint my nails. read more

Called to get a pedicure and asked for the price which was 30 for reg but I asked how much was with gel which they said 15 pluss. They were flexible with my appointment The pedicure was ok they didn't push my cuticles nor payed attention to any care needed. I wasn't offered or asked about any other services They offered ( for pedicure ,add one)but with the suppose reg with gel polish i got a half job of painting my nails which was a bit messy as I mentioned they didn't care for any cleaning of the nail bed and came out splotchy and textured . I got a scrub and a 4 min massage that felt like she didn't want to bother with ) she added some lotion that had an unpleasant smell. They don't accept card but had a Venmo Qr to scan I asked to see how much again even though it had to be 45 the lady said 50 and were staring at me to still tip her ( the lady with bangs and glasses I believe ) They were all nice but I wouldn't come again for the price I pay I rather spend my time and money else where . read more

This was my 2nd appt to fix the horrible job they did, they got confrontational. I was shocked. While it was happening. Even some clueless current client was thrown into the situation. I was so confused and shocked. How aggressive and unapologetic they were. So much drama that was not needed. I asked for my money back. An they refused that also. An I decided to give them a 2nd chance to fix it. But once I was there, it was a different treatment as a customer and they got confrontational to another degree . Definitely not my style. I don't recommend anyone in the world to go there. 1110% don't recommend it. Period.
