They are always very friendly and accommodating for a walk-in appointment. The salon is hygienic and clean. They also have a very nice selection of gel polish colors, especially cateye colors. I recently had an ingrown toenail (my first ever in 33 years) after my latest visit but the owner was quick to help communicate this with the nail tech doing my pedicure so it doesn't happen again. This made me feel very understood and respected as a regular customer here. The owner also tries to remember the regulars at the salon and always offer a warm welcoming, which is very nice of her. They offer a discount for cash payments, but also accept Venmo (even for tips) while credit card has a small charge. I think their prices are very reasonable and definitely cheaper than the last salon I went to before switching to Pedi Nail Lounge. There is a large shared parking lot in front so plenty of parking nearby. I also like that there is a coffee shop (Blvd coffee), food spot (Chispiro's) and Lucky Grocery store right next door that makes the location extremely convenient for me. 5/5 , definitely recommend if you're looking for a new nail salon

The nail tech was super sweet (i think) and the place is immaculate! Super clean!!! As for the nail lady: overall she did an ok job. (I guess) let's get into it. -- sooo during the process I saw that she made two of my nails extremely crooked. The first nail, I noticed was my ring finger. I asked her if she could please file it more because it looked like it was going to too much to the right. Immediately, she said something in her own language to her friend sitting next to her I did not want to assume they were talking about me, but I had a feeling. She did file it and she asked me if it was better and I told her " almost" I requested she file it just a little bit more so it looks more straighter and she started saying something to her friend again. I went from assuming they were talking shit to they most likely were because they were talking in their own language and all of a sudden her friend said in English " she does a good job" and then continue to talk to themselves in their own language so it was very obvious, they said something about me in my request to make my nails straight. This already made me feel uncomfortable to tell her about my thumb, which was ridiculously crooked and very noticeable but I did ask that she would fix that one also and she got my thumb and filed it quickly and was like "is that better?" I just told her yeah, even though it was not better. I didn't want to make a big deal about it but inside I was super annoyed. Nails are expensive and when you go for a service you want it done correctly you don't want to come out with crooked nails. I also asked if she could do a small gel design and I showed her a picture of what I wanted and it was absolutely nothing like I showed her. The design she gave me look like she spilled glue on my nail and was like whatever about it looks nothing like the picture I showed her. I was upset. I just didn't say anything. I'm going to post a picture of the gel design of what I wanted versus what I got. The gel design that I requested was supposed to be what looks like a swirl and thick as I mentioned above, she looks like she just rubbed a glue and the line was super squiggly . As a professional nail tech....like why???? I feel like the potential for this nail tech is absolutely there I just know that I can't ask for a design the next time I try her again. (which I will be going back to her to give her another chance.) I will share a picture of my nails. It wasn't a horrible job, it was just OK. Moving forward if I go with the nail tech again, I will not be requesting for her to do any type of design just because what she gave me was not what I asked for. I'll do an update if I ever go back

Hana was gentle, detail-oriented, and gave an amazing massage. She checked in throughout the appointment to make sure I was comfortable, which I really appreciated. Tim was quick, efficient, and did an excellent job with my cuticles. I also appreciated his recommendation to try Gel X since it may help with my gel polish allergies. I'll definitely be back to try it with him. The salon itself is clean, spacious, and has good air circulation. After checking in, a staff member simply pointed me toward a chair to soak my feet. No one spoke to me for the next 20 minutes, and my feet were left soaking in cold water. A technician briefly approached me but walked away again. The service didn't actually begin until 1:55 PM. At the start, the technician seemed somewhat impatient, repeatedly telling me to lift my feet higher for the scrub. To her credit, she was polite enough to double-check with me that the nail polish color would be quite sheer. The entire service wrapped up by 2:40 PM. If you are just looking for a rushed, quick appointment, this place might work for you. However, if you are looking for a high-quality, relaxing experience, I would highly recommend going elsewhere.
