This is my second time coming and I love their pedicures treatment! My friend brought me because this is not a place I would have found on my own. It's a little gem tucked away in a plaza and I'm so happy she brought me as a guest the first time. I went for the middle tier pedicure treatment option, and it's such a relaxing experience, they wrap a warm towel around your neck and after soaking your feet , depending on the tier, you get a hot stone massage. I got the 17 minute one and once my technician started to massage, with the combination of the warm towel, I fell asleep and had a little 15 min nap. Best feeling ever! I like that they don't pressure you for gel polish or to move to a higher tier treatment, that's my concern with most nail salons. The pedicure chairs are comfy and all the nail technicians are sweet and friendly. It's a cozy setting and I would definitely return back. read more

I called this morning and confirmed an appointment for 1:30 PM. However, when I arrived, I was left waiting at the front desk for a long time. After checking in, a staff member simply pointed me toward a chair to soak my feet. No one spoke to me for the next 20 minutes, and my feet were left soaking in cold water. A technician briefly approached me but walked away again. The service didn't actually begin until 1:55 PM. At the start, the technician seemed somewhat impatient, repeatedly telling me to lift my feet higher for the scrub. To her credit, she was polite enough to double-check with me that the nail polish color would be quite sheer. The entire service wrapped up by 2:40 PM. If you are just looking for a rushed, quick appointment, this place might work for you. However, if you are looking for a high-quality, relaxing experience, I would highly recommend going elsewhere. read more

I've only had a pedicure a handful of times in my life so I may not be the best judge, but all I can say is it was GREAT! She (Lina) was wonderful and caring. She did exactly as I asked. We paid a little extra and got a massage that was so relaxing. My daughter treated me for Mother's Day and we both really enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend this place. I had such a great first experience at Diva Nails on Blossom Hill! I just moved to San Jose and have been looking for a good nail spot, and I think I've found it. I originally called to check their availability for acrylics, and even though they were busy, they were able to fit me in within 30 minutes. Jasmine was my tech and she was amazing--super kind, talented, and did such a beautiful job with my nails and the design. The prices were also really reasonable! On top of that, Jasmine even squeezed me in for a pedicure, and the lady who did it was so gentle and helped relieve some discomfort I had from an ingrown. It made such a difference--I left feeling way better than I came in. I even ended up getting an eyebrow wax at the end, which also turned out great. The whole experience was unexpectedly perfect. I came in for just a nail appointment and left feeling all dolled up. Jasmine and the rest of the staff were so welcoming, and as a Vietnamese American, I felt right at home. Definitely coming back! I paid $35 dollars the gel polish is old because my nails have bumps, lint and a lot of lines as you can see in the pictures. The French lines are not even. I've been coming to this location for a while now. Jessie is my go-to for manicures and Joanne is my go-to for pedicures. Everyone is very nice and their establishment is clean. It's located in a shopping center with ample parking. They practice a safe environment and have plexiglass and wear masks and gloves during your session. Masks aren't required as a customer, however this is based on county guidelines at this time. They have a variety of nail options, regular color, gel, powder dip and chellac. Their assortment of colors is great too so you're sure to find the right color for your design. If you're getting a pedicure each chair is a massage chair which is nice for relaxing. One of my favorite items to get with my manicures and pedicures is the paraffin wax. It's super warm and relaxing and leaves your skin super soft! I was going there for years. I've gone from Gel polish with designs to then get acrylic, i have always gone to Jasmine for my nails and designs. The absolute biggest thing about this place is pricing is not consistent. Sometimes I'll pay one price another time ill pay a completely different price, so I would text her ahead of time on her business line asking how much for nails but also! To see if she could do those nails. It has never been an issue between her and I for years. The last time I went there I made appointments ahead of time. Ive waited over an hour for her yo start my nails before, shes taken 3+ hours to do my nails because she takes breaks and will talk to everyone else and actually work on others nails. It started to feel like I was being taken advantage of considering I kept my feelings to myself. However, this time was completely different. The salon was busy so I had figured out which design I wanted and asked if she could do it and all of a sudden she started going off on me. Slamming a menu in front of me saying she needs like 2-3 hours to do them and she can't and I need to schedule it that way (which has legitimately never been told to me) this entire time she is shouting at me causing most of the salon to listen and watch. I tried showing her 3-4 different designs after that and she continuously denied including designs she has done extremely similar before. I finally stuck with a sparkly pink. The entire time she huffed and puffed through her work and was absolutely talking shit. I only sat there and got my nails done because I needed them shorter desperately. One of the designs she said no too was because she claimed they were stickers... it was a drawing on a nail template. The thing that made me the most mad is that 1. She continued to bring up her statements the entire appointment. And 2. The entire ending of my appointment she tried to get me to do a simple white flower design even after I told her no twice before. I left aftet paying and decided I was not going to go back so weeks later I texted her letting her know I wish to remove myself, my friends, and family from her client list as I have told them all what has happened and they do not wish to continue with her either. She went radio silence. I told her it was due to our last interaction. I wish she would have apologized to a client shes had for such a long time. Very disappointed. read more
