Sonia always checks the integrity of my skin, She can always tell if I have or have not exfoliated or when I have and have not used the Vanish, (always buy and use the vanish!) My EWC account already contains my previous visit history, so if I wasn't eligible, the app should not have offered me the promotion in the first place. I was not told I was ineligible until AFTER my eyebrow wax had already been completed. At that point, I was told I had to pay $27 for a service I booked believing would be free. During the appointment, I was also asked if I ever get my upper lip waxed, which felt like an unnecessary attempt to upsell me on another service. I contacted EWC Corporate Guest Relations, who referred me back to this location because it is independently franchised. I would appreciate a manager or owner from the New Hyde Park location reaching out to me directly to resolve the charge.
