I got my money back and went to Lowes. This sunday we went to get some paving stones for a project. They told us to go to the warehouse and someone would write up a ticket. There was no one in the warehouse. We went back to the front desk and asked for assistance and they said they will call the employee. The radio he should have answered was just sitting on a desk. We waited 10 minutes and decided to leave. I had parked my truck inside a gated area. When we went to leave there was no one at the guard booth and we couldn't get out. I went inside the booth looking for a switch to let us out. A guard came out and asked for our ticket, I said no one helped us so we are leaving. They still made us wait until the warehouse person could write our vehicle down. I told them we didn't have anything and they could look because once again we were going to Lowes. The whole weekend staff is a joke and they just sit around the desks in the front and gossip. No one is trying to help customers. I suggest closed your. building on weekends.
