My wife was excited because she rode rodeo in Red Bluff for years and frequented this establishment for years. WELL things changed, I guess. All our meals arrived after an extended wait, COLDDDDD. We would have sent then back but the waitress disappeared, about as long as it took to get the food. Only one of the four took the item home, me to give to my dogs. My New York had a gas, lighter fluid taste that I could not get passed. My wife's Prime Rib looked like a maniac with a machete cut it, horrible uneven mess of a cut, it was tough and cold. The meat loaf and beef tips arrived stone cold. The green beans had a shriveled up limp look that was very off putting. The staff showed NO interest in how long or quality of the food. Onlu asked if we wanted desert. NOPE why try it??? Overall. we will not try our luck again anytime soon.

I had a pretty good meal here at the M&M Ranch House, and some pretty good customer service. We came on a Saturday evening, and there were a fair number of folks here and a party going on in the room next door. There was a lot going on on the menu, but there was also a lot of "house specialties" in different colors. I got the Southwest Salad, my buddies got the Chicken-fried Steak and and a burger that had onion rings and ghost pepper cheese on it. They were both pretty good, and I loved that you could get tots instead of fries. They gave you a lot of tots. My southwest salad was good, although a little unbalanced and served on a plate, when I would've preferred a bowl. That said, to get a fresh salad with tasty veggies in this area was pretty nice. I don't know if I'd come again, but if someone asked me a good spot to stop when coming down from Lassen before getting on the 5, I would recommend M&M. Our waitress was very attentive and when she had to help out another group for an extended period of time, another waitress came to let us know that she'd be back. read more

We went again three weeks ago and it'll most likely be our last time. We ordered steaks that came super dry and chewy. My boyfriend wanted it medium rare and what he got was basically a biscuit! This is my favorite restaurant in town! The steaks are great. The Ringer hamburger and their salad bar were rated #1 in the county. The people are friendly, the food consistently good. When I order a dinner there I always have enough to take home for lunch the next day. BEST BURGERS and STEAKS. For the best reasonably-priced meal in town, try M&M! read more

For a Sunday morning at 9 was not too crowded however I learned that they were just allowed to open indoor service due to a lifting of some Covid restrictions. read more
