They got me a great used Honda in great shape with all the trimmings with rims and low mileage. They also got me financed even though I have terrible credit. A month or so after I bought the car I had a problem with the instrument cluster and Matthew replaced the whole thing and took care of the problem. They outsourced the service to Nate and George from Prestige Complete Auto Body & Paint Services. In a nutshell, I couldn't be any happier. They were professional, friendly, courteous, timely and honest. They came and picked up my damaged bumper Thursday night and had it fixed, delivered and re-installed Monday afternoon. I believe "Sunlight Copper Metallic" color on my Suzuki was not an easy color to match, but they made my bumper look brand new again. If I have more body work problems in the future, I will definitely go back to them.

Took in my car for an engine mount. They replaced it, no problem. I was happy to know I had a neighborhood auto shop to count on. So then I referred my brother in law. His car wouldn't start. He took it in and they claimed to have fixed it, he paid $800, so he drove it off the lot and it wouldn't start the next day. He took and back and they said it must be something else and is going to cost more to now do a diagnostic and throw more money into it. He had a bad experience and had to take it somewhere else to drain his pockets even more. Then today happened. I took my car in because some belt has been squealing every time I start the car. So I asked the guy Ramon to look at it, and he ran a quick test. The test said that the engine cleared ok, and the alternator cleared ok. He asked if my engine light was on, I said yes. And he said a diagnostic test would be $65. I remembered I just ran a diagnostic recently and went to go grab my paperwork and come back. When I came back, Jose was there to ask what I needed. I told him I brought my paperwork back and it only said that I needed a power steering belt because it's gone and ripped off a while ago, but the only thing I wanted to fix was the squealing. He looked under my car and said he needs to run a diagnostic test for $85 but he can't run the test until the power steering belt is replaced. Sound weird? So I'm like, "wait, the other guy told me the diagnostic test is $65, and you're telling me $85. And you're saying you can't run a test until replacing the power steering belt, but they only thing I want to fix is the belt squealing noise. How can the belt squealing noise be coming from the power steering belt if it doesn't exist? Can't the power steering belt be eliminated as the problem if it doesn't exist? Then Jose started getting defensive and accusing me of thinking I know more than them, and proceeded to tell Ramon not to fix my car! Clearly they both gave conflicting information, are trying to charge me up front for diagnostics before really looking and hearing for the problem, and are giving me the run around. On top of all that, whenever I've been in there to get something checked out and asked even 1 question, they try to send me to Auto Zone like they're insulted by questions. It did save me a lot on my car battery at Auto Zone however so thanks for that! Ramon is basically a sponsor for Auto Zone because he's told me twice now to go there. Good partner you have there, Jose. Anyway, make your own judgement call after this. You can give it a shot. If you like getting ripped off, lied to, and won't ask them any further questions about your car before it gets serviced, then this is the right place for you!

Do Not Go Anywhere Else…read more I have a 2004 Chrysler Pacifica that seemingly requires a lot of work. Like beating my head against a wall, I take my car to the dealer to have it diagnosed and inevitably end up calling Marty (the proprietor of Jerry's garage) to have him rediagnose and fix it. EVERY SINGLE TIME I bring it to Marty, he fixes it for a 1/3rd or less of the cost. It's not just the cost, it's that he looks at the car and will fix only what needs to be fixed and nothing more. I have been bringing my cars to Marty for nearly 7 years - usually for bigger work - and am finally learning that he is the ONLY person that I should ever bring my car to - even though he's a bit of a drive from where I live. His shop is no frills. There's no free coffee (although he'd probably give you some) and no free WiFi and no "free" car wash (my last "free" car wash at the dealer cost me $115) - but guess what? You get your car fixed. And I guarantee it's the best value you'll find around -- and he knows what he's doing. Well worth it. An honest, trustworthy mechanic is a bit of a myth these days, but if you are looking for the last one on the face of the planet, you've found it with Marty. I could not more highly recommend him.

He has very competently handled all the service and some very large repairs on it and kept me running! He has always been more than fair, talking me out of repairing things that were non-essential, until they needed to be done, and patiently explaining whatever really needed to be done. He has always been generous with his time, often not charging me as much as he probably should, I suspect! He serviced this car for 12 years and I don't think it would have lasted this long had anyone else serviced it! I now have a new lexus, and Marty will be the one I go to.
