I called for an haircut appointment for Sunday & was told there would be no problem but they needed to confirm the time with the stylist and would call me back. I stressed that I needed to know the time ASAP so I could arrange my schedule around it. I did not hear back all day Sat so I called Sunday morning to find out the time I'm scheduled. Came in with hair past my shoulders. showed photos of mid length at the shoulders bobs. Showed exactly on my neck where I wanted length to be. Told him I do not blow it dry nor use product. Ritche ignored all of my wishes & chopped it so short that I have to wait to even have someone fix the worst haircut I have ever had in my life and I am 68 years old & Have had a few less than great cuts. I'm a college student attending CSULB and if you need a simple haircut with no color then this is the place to go. It's a short drive from campus and only $40 for a wash & haircut. It's smaller and cozy so you don't get overwhelmed with multiple stylists and Khaner is very nice. read more

Before the pandemic I usually went to Westminster. I have a hair stylish I like there, but the distance makes it hard when I'm busy and need a quick cut. So, yesterday I decided to search on Yelp for a nearby salon. I found this salon and read some great reviews. I saw the price is about the same I paid my regular stylish, so I wanted to give it a try. I followed one of the reviews by telling Richie to just cut my hair however he thinks looks good. At first, I loved the new business owner that took over as he retired. I went to this salon about 3-4 times and absolutely loved the haircut but this recent time was very different. They had another client being worked on right behind me, which you can see in the mirror in front of us. The new owner who was consumed as to watching the hairstylist behind her, she completely ignored me and botched my haircut. she then went on to add $15 because my hair was "long". when I originally came in w/ the same length in the first place and it was the same price. Just had my first appointment with Richie today and it definitely won't be the last! He looked at my hair and the pictures I brought, consulted me on what he thought was best for my hair, and ended up giving me EXACTLY what I wanted. My daughter and I visited CL Salon to see about getting an appointment for a cut and color and we were given an appointment much sooner than we'd expected! My daughter wanted to get the color purple on her previously box dyed hair. I was worried about the damage it may cause to her hair, but with the care of her stylists there was nothing to worry about. They took immaculate care of my daughter, continually confirmed she was okay and comfortable while the appointment went on and they used quality products on her hair.
