This is the fifth time I have been to M studio, I thought this would be my new "spot".. today my daughter and I had an appt. at 11 for two pedicures, a full set and a gel manicure.. it is now 15 minutes after 12, my daughter is still getting her full set, she has yet to start her pedicure and I have not been seen at all.. if fact, this is the is the second time they have taken a walk in, in front of me. so disheartening. at 10 minutes to 12 I was asked if I wanted a manicure, I responded yes with gel polish.. the technician seemed as though that was an inconvenience and stated my appt was at 12. I guess I was a little confused cause, whether 11 or 12 I was ready for my mani/pedi but being that he seemed a little frustrated I declined my services.. we will be leaving today with one instead of four services... and disappointed. read more

First time here, Ellie did great with what I was asking for and did it exactly how I wanted it to be. Overall she was great with my nails and feet but MESSED up my eyebrows badly and tried covering it up and I didn't notice til I walked out of course but I'll definitely be going back for nails again but NEVER WAXING my eyebrows there. This place isn't my favorite. They're not very personal and speak Vietnamese the whole time excluding you from all conversation. Made me feel like I was being talked about the whole time. Service is mediocre and they don't have a good nail color selection. They're not my first pick. read more

Terrible, terrible! I would give 0- ZERO stars ,of I could! Will never use this place again! Not only did they do a terrible job, but the Tech hardly touched my feet! It was the fastest pedicure I've ever gotten. She hardly cleaned up any calluses and the nail Polish was super solppy! When I brought it to the other text attention, she tried to fix it, but made it worse by putting more polish over it. Then, began mumbling things in their language and the original tech made angry faces. I felt so uncomfortable even calling attention to it. She hardly touched my feet! She cut a bit around the dry skin, barely filed my toenails! Then, she lightly used her nails (with gloves) to scratch up and down my calves! No massage! She spent 1/4 of the time the other tech spent on my 8 year old next to me who just got a pedi for fun! I had to calm the owner outside to show her the polish and all the skin around my nails. She said it was just my skin and the tech cut it already! Got upset at me, smerked and walked away! Wow ! Terrible! read more

My mother has been coming to the studio for 20 plus years. The staff is amazing, the work is excellent and the salon is very clean. I have now been a regular client for a year and couldn't be happier. In reading the other reviews it seems the "unhappy" clients are simply people who couldn't be bothered to make an appointment. Walk ins are welcome but not at the expense of a regular client who took the time to make an appointment which in my book is a HUGE plus. The entire staff treats my family like their own and everyone is extremely friendly. The ladies try to make conversation with every client and always in English and very rarely do they talk among themselves in something other than English so I was surprised to read that review. Anthony is NEVER rude. He tries not to spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to walk ins not because he is rude but because he is trying to be respectful of the clients time that he is currently working on. He answers the phone, makes appointments, collects payments and directs the flow of the salon all while continuously servicing his own book of clients and still manages to keep his regulars happy, in my opinion that is a WIN! read more

I have never done a review before, but I really felt this one is necessary. I was desperate to get my nails done tonight and everyone told my they were booked up, and everyone was an hour from closing. I finally contacted M Studio Nails, and was told they were booked, but if I could be there within 20 minutes, they said they could take me. Kim is the lady who worked with me, although they were close to closing, she still took her time and did an amazing job on both my toes and fingers. She did not rush, even though they were already closed, and she gave my nails a complete makeover. They went over working by an hour just to serve me. I have never been so happy with a service. I will definitely be going back. They are absolutely awesome! read more

I visited this salon for the first time last week. It is a beautiful salon. But the service wasn't great. I came as a walk in and it took about 5 mins for someone to acknowledge I walked in the door. The lap top the nail technicians were playing on was way more important. The lady that did my nails barley touched my feet and barley filed and clipped my nails. I asked for 2 flowers which she applied and removed numerous times. Overall it was not the greatest experience. I spent $10 on two flowers that looked like blobs and had to come home to file and clip my nails myself. That was a waste of $30 bucks read more

Did not get what I wanted. Lady hurt me so many times, and in the end my nails came out looking like my child did them, all lumpy and just a mess. I have been going to Anthony or Todd for several years now and I'm extremely happy with their work. my nails are always done very well and they don't break like the other salons. although they accept walk ins it is best to make an appointment as because they are so good they are busy. Their pedicures are also great. The salon is very clean and quiet. The staff is courteous. Their prices are fair. They are always on time. I highly recommend them! read more

Shirley and Kim are always very friendly, efficient and do an excellent pedicure. The others in the salon always look grumpy, sound grumpy and don't like kids. BUT, I go there for a nice pedicure and I get it. That's what I pay for and I'm satisfied. The older woman doesn't do a great job and did a child's once that was awful and was irritated that we said anything, like it was our fault. Made her re-do toes, she wasn't happy. So be sure to ask for Shirley or Kim and I heard my friend say Anthony does a great job on nails. read more

The younger nail tech Danny incorrectly did my nails and then became very disrespectful when I politely tried to explain this to him. His female cousin then argued with me about trying to fix them but they were not fixable. I told her to just soak them off and start over and she began to argue with me. Then they both started going at me. I then told them both that he failed to listen to me and not to be disrespectful. At one point I had to tell the manager to speak to them about their attitudes. I was then handed over to an older male who redid my nails. Although the nails came out well I'm highly concerned about the cleanliness I the product because there was floaters in the liquid....I think the state board needs to pay a visit to this place. read more

I bite my nails so when I go in a nail shop I am always embarrassed.. VY always takes great care of me and makes me feel pretty and my nails looking beautiful. Everyone at this shop is so friendly. They always smile and Kim does great work on my pedicure.. even when I go months and months without coming in. The worst service I have ever received. I went as a walk in since my usual place was too full for a last minute mani and pedi. The lady who worked on my toes didn't understand anything I wanted done so I explained to the person working next to her. She didn't bother to break down the difference between their reg pedi and spa pedi. She said the spa included salt and other things. Their reg pedi is basically you sitting in a chair while they work on your feet in a bowl. Spa pedi is while you sit in the big massage chair...for which they charge you $3 EXTRA BUT it doesn't include any extra scrub or work. She barely scrubbed the bottom of my feet. When I tried to explain that I wanted the salt scrub, I was advised by a third person that this is their "deluxe" pedi which is $25. I understand that not every one has a firm grasp of the English language but when you don't bother enough to ask for help with what your customer wants, its nothing but laziness. Plus the other folks in there are not friendly AT ALL. They had extra fees for no reason and it was not listed on their wall with the rest of the prices. No wonder I was able to get a walkin appt. I have found this salon manager/owner, who sits at the front station to be very rude, arrogant, and does not that a attitude that should be sitting in the front to "welcome" customers. He not only acted like I was bothering him, but when I asked him a question he had his mask on, turned his head away from me, and talked in the other direction. I told him that I did not understand what he said because he looked away from me and had his mask on and would he please tell me if I could still be seen as I was 8 minutes late. He did not answer me but said "they" are busy. Again, I asked him..."so does that mean Yes or No"? Again...no answer, I asked again, can I been seen? Again no answer! I asked again..."could you please tell me if I can be seen or not?" Again he mumbled. I kindly told him that when he turns his head away from me, has his mask on, I can not understand him. He finely removed his mask and gave me a clear answer. He an the woman at his station started laughing at this request...very rude behavior. He finely answered me and said about 10 minutes. I agreed...when and got a cup of coffee and came right back. I waited almost 1 hour more, and 2 walk-ins were taken before me. Finely seen, not really worth the time invested. manicurist talking non-English, when with a client...is just plain rude. I am thankful for the nice customer sitting nest to me as she was the only one that made this experienced tolerable. Work was ok...not wonderful. Pedicure without a message....not really worth it. Then as I am sitting waiting for my nails to dry and still other customers in the salon. He told me they were closing. I told him that I wanted to wait until everyone else was leaving because my nails were not dry. Again, not friendly...just looked irritated. He was so rude to me...and so very indifferent to several other customers. I agree with the other reviews that the management is very rude and unfriendly. Prices are OK...but not worth the treatment I received. I was in this salon from 1 1/2 hours for a pedicure. I don't understand how a "front desk" person could be so very rude, insulting, and unfriended to customers who are willing to spend money at their place of business. I know I will never be back to salon and would never recommend it to anyone. I will look for another salon that will respect me and my money and my time. I will give this salon 1 star. It is a very uncomfortable place to spend time and money. I will share my negative experience with my friends and family and warn them to not go here. A very negative experience. read more

Stay away! Get your nails done elsewhere with better service! Came to this nail place on a spur of the moment. The only good thing about this place is that there was no wait and considering that we went there on a Saturday, this was surprising. But now I know why they don't have a lot of customers. They are very rude. ZERO customer service skills AT ALL! Went there with two young kids who did not misbehave but just spoke aloud a lot - just like any other normal kid or even normal adults for that matter. We were told not to come back with the kids because apparently they were "too loud." the owner did not say a thing - which indicates ratification of that discriminating comment. one staff there even told one of the kids to "hurry, hurry because I have another customer coming soon" wheN choosing her color. if she had been talking to an adult-paying customer, that would not have been acceptable at all. Stay away from this place at all costs. I suggest they put a sign out front "no kids allowed - be quiet at all times" if they have a policy to discriminate against loud kids or parents with kids! I want to start off saying this is my first time ever writing a review. Everyone has bad service occasionally but this was so bad I feel the need to help my fellow nail people out. My daughter and I came her to get our nails done for a vegas trip we are taking this weekend. I got a full set and pedi, she got a gel mani. The girl (unfortunately didn't get her name) who did my nails sliced open the sides of two of my fingers with the nail file and when she saw the blood she laughed, literally laughed and said "oops sorry" then when it came to my pedi I paid the $8 extra for the callous remover where she once again made me bleed by scrubbing my heal so hard. I ended up paying $69 and the last two days wearing Band-Aids with Neosporin in 3 different places hoping to somewhat heal up by the weekend. My daughter got her mani, when she was done it looked like my 7 yr old did her nails with gobs of glitter everywhere. I asked them to redo them (which I also NEVER do) and they came out a little better, but still not professional looking. So I strongly advise you to stay far away from this place. Horrible! JUST HORRIBLE! in all of my life getting my nails done this is by far the worst place ever! Not only did the man doing my nails, ANTHONY, do a horrible job on my nails but he had terrible customer service. I had gone in on my lunch hour I asked him if he could do my nails in that amount of time and right before he verified that he could he grabbed my hand and started doing my nails. I asked him if he could verify that he could do them in that time again and he looks up and says yes. During the whole appointment he kept stopping to help other customers and that I could undertsand but at certain points he would stop, look off to the side and zone out! He surpassed an hour and I couldnt be any more late than I already was. The part that pisses me off the most is the fact that he did not even finish my nails and STILL charged me. Of course I paid because I had to go and had no time to deal with him, but I also indicated that I would be back. I got a simple pink & white full set. I asked for dark pink and it is discolored. The bottom of the nail is light pink and then goes to dark pink. Not only that but there is the pink on the white part of the nail. He didn't cut my cuticle and there was glue all stuck on the inside between my nail and skin. Worst part of all I called him this morning to let him know I was dissatisfied with my service and nails and that I would like a refund and he argues with me that he cannot because they were already done, even though he didn't finish. He said just come back and we'll put the gel. I argued back and told him that they were done poorly and that I did not want the gel and did not care if he took them off even and that I would be in today for my refund of money and he said okay whatever and hung up on me. NEVER EVER AGAIN will I step foot in this establishment after I get my refund.Poor service and poor work. read more
