OMG i just figured out why they call them that. It looks like a cow licked your head in one spot so now your hair is all goofy there. Anyway, these awesome folks really know how to cut mens hair. I love it. I think they specialize in women's styles mostly cause they have a kitchen dedicated to just mixing up specialty hair color stuff that i don't image many dudes need. I have been getting my hair done at Mabel Salon for about a year, and love it there. The atmosphere is great and the stylists are even better. Recently, Mabel Salon did the hair and makeup for me and my bridesmaids on my wedding day. They brought a whole team to our Airbnb and even did my mother's and Nan's hair as well. We were all done on time and looked phenomenal. My hair and makeup lasted all night, even with a lot of happy tears shed. My first haircut at The Mabel Salon with Jarrett was a good experience all the way around. First, he is a short hair specialist, my cut and style is perfect! I'm older, use a cane, have arthritis and was concerned about not being able to get around as well. But, I was treated great respect, kindness and consideration. Jarrett even helped me out! The salon is nice, relaxed and earthy. It will be my home salon from now on. Though I do wish they would put up a hand rail front and back. The ramp in back is steep.
