The front veneer they placed was crooked, the color did not match my natural teeth, the size was incorrect, and it protruded noticeably. I sought multiple opinions from other dentists afterward. One explained that the way the veneer had been placed appeared to leave a small gap where bacteria could enter, and I ultimately lost my front tooth. This has caused me significant emotional and financial hardship. I went in to follow up with their team about my major concern and they denied even having it done there and maybe I should check my previous dental records. ( no accountability) Rather than addressing the underlying problem, I was encouraged to have my teeth professionally bleached. I felt pressured into agreeing because it was presented as an immediate solution. During the whitening procedure, the staff placed the bleaching agent on my teeth, gave me an old-fashioned bell to ring if I needed assistance, and left the room. I could hear employees laughing and talking during their lunch break while the bleach began burning my gums. Because my mouth was held open by a dental device, I couldn't speak or get up. I repeatedly rang the bell, but no one came. I became so distressed that I texted my husband, who had to come to the treatment room and knock forcefully on the door before anyone responded. This experience left me feeling neglected, unsafe, and completely unsupported. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this office.
