We wanted to try a variety of menu items so we opted for the 2-person family meal which comes with 2 chicken sandwiches (we chose one classic and one spicy), 6 spicy chicken wings, 2 chicken cartilage kebabs, and 1 order of fries. This was a LOT of food for us and we even ended up having some leftovers. The chicken sandwiches, especially the spicy one, were really good and super hefty in terms of how big the chicken is! The buns are soft and the meat is good, not a really big patty likes 5 guys but enough for lunch and bigger than In-n-out doubles. The chicken sandwiches are amazing, no questions at all. However...Totally different story wrt management/training, or lack thereof. I had a taste for a burger and thought to give them a try, not the chicken sandwich. Went in and ordered, upon paying with my credit card was told that my card was declined. Odd I thought, so I used another. As I was waiting for my food, I noticed that both cards ( via their respective apps ) indicated the same charge as happening. I.e. that 'declined' card actually went through. I am old enough though to know to wait and see if the 'pending' charge on the first card was real or not. Also, the person behind the counter was not, in my mind, in a position to correct anything. So I waited to see if these two charges went through or not. And they both did. Here's where I'm a bit disappointed. There is no way to contact anybody in management to get a resolution. The phone goes straight to voicemail and they never reached back out to me. Also, there isn't a way to electronically contact them? Weird. I considered doing a charge back, but know that these are rather costly so I instead went back to the shop. I explained to the person behind the counter my situation and they offered another burger/fries ( same order basically ) as before. I figured that this was ok. Honestly, they didn't know what to do and couldn't do anything but this by the looks of it. We ordered spicy chicken sandwich and crispy shrimp sandwich and fries. The chicken is really great. It's very crispy outside and juicy inside, which reminds me of KFCs in China. We went late on a Friday evening and there was no line, but the wait for the food was a little long (~15 min). Overall good food but service could be improved. read more

Decided to to try out this place for lunch. Their main focus are their fried chicken sandwich but decided to try their crispy shrimp burger since I never could find a place that does it. The crispy shrimp burger is so-so, but for the price you pay I would expect it to be more elevated than just a slice of iceburg lettuce and a light spread of mayo. Also maybe some more seasoning on the shrimp patty but it was at least hot, crispy and juicy. I also ordered a side of fries but was a bit disappointed in them. They weren't hot/crispy and just kinda warm. At least inside was nice and clean. Service is contactless and you would need to ring the bell if you need to ask the staff for something. read more

A new Chinese-style burger called "Macho Burger" has been opened in the Bay Area. It's said it is come from LA to the Bay Area. It sounded pretty impressive, so my buddies and I decided to give it a try. Total for two people with tax: $47 Orleans Chicken Burger: $10.99 / $15.98 combo. I thought this was the best on the menu, suited my taste buds, but it was a bit on the sweet side Tender Beef Wrap: $10.99. It doesn't taste much like KFC back in China; the beef is tender with a hint of black pepper steak flavor. The beef portion is decent, and they're quite generous with the sauce, very creamy Sweet Corn: $4.99. I wouldn't recommend this; they put Thousand Island dressing on boiled corn, a bit too greasy New Orleans Grilled Wings: $11.99. There are six wings, and they're tender, quite similar to the real deal, but a bit too sweet They also have combo meals: Two-people combo $39.99, Four-people combo $89.99, which is more cost-effective than ordering individual items. This restaurant primarily sells burgers and chicken sandwiches with a choice of sides. Burgers and chicken sandwiches run about $10.99 plus $4.99 for sides. The fries are a big portion. Food was tasty. I noticed many to-go orders sitting on the counter but dine-in is also available. There are both indoor and outdoor seating. We did our ordering via kiosk at the front. They have a device that displays your number when your order is ready and a pretty loud speaker system that will call out your number as well. read more

Passed by this place and decided to give them a try. We didn't see the fried shrimp burger on the self-order kiosk so we asked the staff if it was available to order with them. We made our order of Fried Shrimp burger and Spicy Fried Chicken burger meals The wait was quite long and it didn't seem too busy on a weekday late afternoon. The fried shrimp burger was quite bland in flavor but their signature fried chicken sandwich is where it's at. The flavor was very reminiscent to China's KFC kind of seasoning. I like how the veggie for the burger was a soft butter lettuce which paired very well with the Fried chicken. Overall: You won't get smiles with your orders and the wait time for food is quite long. Would recommend trying the Fried Chicken burger though. read more

Ate the beef wrap and fries. Lived the added Hua Jiao to the beet. Have it a wonderful and unique flavor - loved it. The wrap vs. "content" ratio was biased towards the wrap. I wish it was biased towards the meat. I asked for extra, super crispy, almost burnt fries. Had to send them back for further frying. Not sure what's the point of calling the Oder number loudly over speakers when there are only two people waiting. It felt too "aggressive." Will give it another chance. read more
