He still seemed confused so I guess that that's his baseline. His purpose there? I have no clue. He needs to train his staff better. There is something about rice when it is perfectly cooked. This was no exception. My wife who is cutting back carbs ate every grain of rice in bowl. I havent seen her do that in years. I first heard about Youta because of their ramen. It did not disappoint. I judge ramen on its broth. This was silky, rich, a bit garlicky and porky liquid goodness.
