That was my 4th & last time. I honestly should've left upon arrival but tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. It got worse & my entire meal was rushed. I tried to bypass the lack of Hospitality from previous visits, and even recommended the place to some of my peers and their recent feedback + feeling rushed, was similar to mine. When I politely pointed out the mistake, the server insisted that I had ordered fries and made it seem like it was my fault. Eventually, she said in an arrogant tone that she would give me the fries for free, but she later took the fries away from my table, and no one apologized for the mistake. What disappointed me the most was not the wrong order, but the attitude. Mistakes happen, but blaming the customer, refusing to acknowledge the error, and failing to offer a simple apology is unacceptable. My parents witnessed the whole interaction, and it was embarrassing and frustrating. Poor customer service and lack of professionalism.
